I would NOT recommend this company for your sprinkler repairs. Their prices are reasonable but their customer service is horrible. A rough estimated repair week will provided and then they just show up and perform the work unannounced and then leave the job site. A bill will then be emailed and texted to you. The work was not verified to have fixed the problem so I had to call them back to fix the leak. They came back and fixed it, so I then paid the bill through "Intuit", the service that they use for payment. I received a paid in full confirmation so I thought everything to be good. One week later I get a call from them saying that the payment did not go through and that I now owe a $45 cancellation fee. I tried disputing this with supervision, but the $45 was more important to receive than a happy repeat customer. Some things just totally defy logic. Why would you charge your customer for a payment processing error and then verbally state that is more important then gaining more business and a future date.
