Cleaning Solutions did a phenomenal job on the carpets in our entire house! We will be hiring them every six months and next time I'm definitely going to have our couches done as well (it really makes a difference if you have bad allergies).I spent a lot of time getting quotes from different carpet cleaners and simply, the process just wasn't fun. I like to streamline everything, to be able to send an email or message, get a response and be able to look over all of the information. Most of the time an online quote wasn't an option and then when I'd call in they said they needed to actually come see the house (not ideal at all since that could mean sitting around waiting for five different companies... ain't happening). Cleaning Solutions gave me a quote online... HALLELUJAH! And it was a very competitive price with the few others that were able to give me a quote without scheduling an appointment. I knew that the price could differ a little once they saw the rooms (maybe the size of the rooms were bigger than they expected or the fact that I didn't specify that there are three little steps from the kitchen could add to the expense). I booked 'em.The owner, Matt, arrived on time and ready to verify pricing and details before he started. Three bedrooms, two hallways, the livingroom, one full staircase, and two three-steppers only ran us $109 + tax! The price I was quoted was the price we paid... that's a win! The other thing that blew my mind was how quickly Matt was able to finish the carpets. All of the carpets were done in about an hour, give or take, and he let us know that we should try to give the carpets about four hours to completely dry.I also just want to mention, I took the time to vacuum before he arrived and I recommend you do that as well (especially if you have dogs) just because it can hurry the process along. Matt was very professional the entire time he was working and was even nice enough to pencil us in for a reminder in six months in case we forget to schedule something. I would definitely recommend Cleaning Solutions. Our carpets look great (even the heavily trafficked areas like our back door) and the price was the best we found.

I sent several e-mail inquires to different carpet cleanng businesses in EP. I received a response back the same day from Cleaning Solutions. We had three bedrooms plus a walk-in closet quoted at $69 + tax. I appreciate the ease of communication, price transparency, and ability to schedule directly.The next week, about half an hour before the scheduled appointment, I was given a courtesy call that Matt was running late due to an unforseen issue with the job he was at. He offered to reschedule or come by later, which I chose later. Fortunately, I was flexible that day with my schedule.Matt was very courteous upon arrival despite our house being a mess with moving boxes and stuff strewn everywhere. We didn't have to move a thing out of his way, he snaked the cleaning hose through the house and was done within an hour. He asked us to check them for approval, which I liked. The carpets looked great afterwards. I also want to add that about midway through, our rude neighbor came over and complained about the cleaning van having about 1/2" of a tire on his rock yard. (We had instructed the van be pulled into our yard so that was on us.) Without missing a beat, Matt unhooked the van and moved it the whole 1/2" back with no complaints.His quote was spot on as far as final bill goes. Overall, I'm very pleased with Cleaning Solutions and highly recommend anyone looking for carpet or upholstery cleaning to give Matt a call!

Great customer service n great job. They get the job done. Long time customer. They r always my people to call for any emergency or regular cleaning.

I used them a coupe times. They went through some personal changes and the service has been sketchy at best since. Since they're been open you can call ir text. I left a text early that afternoon and noticed it was left without a response most of the day. I ended up calling that evening at 830 and to inquire about the cleaning and he played passum as to whether or not he saw the text. I did not get a call back for the service the next day but received excuses that weren't true.

Cleaning Solutions cleaned our carpet in 6 rooms and carpet looks brand new. Great job! Info and Scheduling with Ken was great. Robert was right on time and super nice to work with! I would highly recommend their cleaning services.
