Cleaning Pros

Said they would be at our home at after they finished a job at 8:22 AM. We were scheduled for 9AM. They texted at 1:15PM saying they were on their way, and didn't show. Very unprofessional and disorganized. Use another service for God's sake and your sanity!!Also, I'd like to point out that your husband Mike's complete and utter lack of professionalism whilst doing the quote. To elaborate he constantly hit on my fiancée in front of our 14 year old son. This was also the third time we had a quote done because this company could never seem to get the scheduling correct. However, Mike had no problem finding the house when he knew my fiancée was there. Part of being a business owner is owning when you are in the wrong. In no way shape or form were we trying to get a free cleaning, as a matter of fact we offered for you all to come over and see the terrible job so we could pay you what you thought it was worth, but you refused to come to the house to evaluate that. Future potential customers beware!!!!

Unfortunately I can not recommend cleaning pros. (I am not one to leave a bad review right away)I hired them to clean a house that we just bought in Las Cruces. The house was empty and not dirty we just wanted a deep clean since other people lived there before us. Thinking I would get a super clean house at the deep cleaning price, I was disappointed. At best we got a standard clean and that was after I had them return a second time. I still had to come in and clean the outsides of the cabinets, the walls and baseboards before we moved in. I think the most upsetting part was that I didn't get a call or message apologizing the first time I addressed my concern. The second time they cleaned I never got a message or call telling me they had finished or asking if I was satisfied with the final result. The only communication I received from them was an invoice to pay. I really believe that good customer service goes a long way in this day and age. I would have been more impressed that they called and cared. I would have been able to put aside the cleaning job itself if I would receive a phone call or message. It's a shame because I would have used them for a cleaning service on our short term rental home. But they lost my business. Not just on the bad cleaning job(twice,) but mostly on bad customer service.

Cleaning services were required for a medium-sized apartment and a recent move-in. The ladies from Cleaning Pros did an excellent job and I had to take the time to rate it on Yelp. Floors were thoroughly cleaned, kitchen looks new, and bathroom was thoroughly scrubbed. Appreciate all their work and help for a recent resident of Las Cruces!Gracias para tu ayuda!

I needed a DEEP CLEAN job done to my condo so I could list it on the market to sale. I called the owner (Mike) to see if he could help me out & they went above and beyond expectations. Every baseboard, wall, floor, & toilet was expertly cleaned and to me & my fiancé's satisfaction. I'd highly recommend Cleaning Pros for any deep cleaning of your preference. James A.

I had a very big job for cleaning pros to do. A little apartment but a big job. They were easy to work with and they worked with my schedule. They did a fantastic job on my apartment. I would highly recommend cleaning pros to anybody that needs a deep cleaning or any cleaning for that matter for the home. I expected to pay so much more than I did. They are a great value.
