Clean Water

Presently surprised with this company which also does water heater replacement and installations! We called them and they gave us a very reasonable quote over the phone and we set-up an appointment for the following day and in less than 48 hours we had a brand new water heater! Roberto, the technician, was very professional and took about an hour to complete the full install and they hauled away the old water heater. Excellent service, highly recommend! Thank you!

Today they installed our second system after we sold the last home. John has been great about taking care of any issues we had with our last one and most of the time was out the same day. The machines are great and the care we get is by far the best. We had many different companies come to our door trying to sell us other water softeners at a much higher price but for us it was an easy choice to go back to Clean Water.

I had called many water treatment companies to compare pricing and Clean Water definitely was the one we chose. They have every range of pricing for every system type you could imagine. We finally purchased a whole house system for a great price! Our system is modern with a touch design on the system head. Easy to use yet very sophisticated system! Great investment!

Purchased a complete system from them in mid 2020. Once the system was installed I never heard from them. I called for service and they responded. No maintenance reminders or system follow up. When I called to schedule a service on 04-19-23, my call went to voicemail. The message was that no one was available so I'd have to call back. Of course the voice mailbox was full so you couldn't leave a message. Overall, the installation was satisfactory. No problem there; however, the follow up is non existent.

Great company, very professional really have a complete understanding of their systems and the products on the market they compete with. Any follow up service we have requested was taken care of immediately and in a very timely manner. The system works exactly how it was described and the reverse osmosis system water makes drinking it even better.

Upfront and not trying to make a dollar by scamming their customers. Unlike other companies that were trying to sell me their product by offering and telling me stuff that was not true, Clean Water of El Paso (CWoEP) were straight up with me. I spent about two months researching every bit of information that was given to me from the companies that I interviewed and dispelled much of the information that they provided, but with CWoEP the information given to me was spot on. John came out broke it down to me letting me know that I needed and what was just spending unnecessary money, but if I wanted he would throw it in. He was honest and wasn't trying to make the extra buck. Everything that he promised me was done at no extra cost. Unlike the competitors that want to add more money to simply run my connections to the refrigerator. Again, truly professional company and John and his people made everything smooth. If I could give it 100 stars I would.

Discovered the company when I went to a home show a couple of years back. At first seemed like their customer service was great until it came time to maintenance my equipment. I was told at installation I would get reminders but never received them. Kept persisting about getting the invoice or any documentation of my purchase and I am yet to receive them after several reminders and apologies. I suggested email or mail to facilitate but still nothing. I guess I will need to go in person.

clean water of el paso is the best. the company first sent a company representitive on his appointed time. he was very punctual . the presentation was phenomenal.we live in a world where everything is kept from the consumer. based on this rep's knowledge and professionalism were we sold. when he was going over the different products they carry, he never made us feel like we should buy the top line product. this made us feel like our financial means was priority and not his commission. after showing us the product line , he then asked what product would work best for you and your family? never was there a push to buy the top line product. i set appointment installation for 2 weeks after the presentation. the selling rep was at my home 15 minutes before the time we set up. the installer and his employee proceeded to plan out the system install keeping in mind the best configuration that would conceal the pipe and wires leaving the least damages to the walls. after they were done they cleaned up. you couldn't tell anyone had been there. i am going on 2 months since install and i have had no complaint's. the only complaint i have is with myself, why did i wait so long to put in a soft water system. and on the other hand if i would have done it sooner i perhaps would have never heard about clean water el paso. i heard about them on the steve kaplowitz's am 600 radio espn show. in my honest opinon i believe clean water of el paso is number 1 in el paso. try them you won't be disappointed.

Big on sales, but absolutely awful afterwards. Our RO developed a leak, I couldn't get anyone to return my calls for repair. When they finally showed up to repair, they replaced with used, shoddy parts which then caused the unit to run and empty continuously. I called another company to repair rather than go through the warranty with Clean Water. Spend your money elsewhere.

Great company. I called many companies in the El Paso area for a water test and whole house R.o system, Every company gave me quotes of over $15000 . When John from Clean Water came over he tested my water and asked why i would want a whole house r.o and in his opinion i didnt need one but a different type of whole house filter, we love our system and saved thousands
