Took my car in yesterday to get it looked at and perhaps get an estimate on repairs. I walked in I am assuming it was the owner, CJ, sitting behind a glass window. He greeted me and I went on to explain the issue with my car. His first response was somewhat arrogant, " we can't look at it today" and afterwards just stared at me. The he said you can bring it tomorrow and that they opened at 9am. So I said ok I will bring it at 9am. He then asked me if I was going to buy the parts or if I wanted them to buy the parts. I assumed they would get the parts since I don't know what parts to get. So I said if they could get them and then he asked do you want something cheap or good. I said I wanted something good. He then gave me his card and said see you tomorrow. I arrived the next day at 9am and they were barely opening. I spoke to young guy and told him why I was there and he questioned who I had talked to and I said I did not get his name but I assumed it was the owner. He said it was CJ and he would be in shortly. He arrived at 9:15am and asked me yes sir, what I can I do for you. So I told him I spoke to him and that he was going to check the car for me. He then asked me arrogantly if I was leaving the car. I then said, I did not have a ride and he seemed bothered and raised both arms like he did not care to give me a ride. So he asked where do you live. I told him but at this point I decided I had enough with his arrogant attitude and told him I was going to take me car somewhere else. I personally would not recommend this place based on CJ's attitude and demeanor towards me. He seems to have enough customers to keep him going that he did not care for my business. But he could use some training on how to talk to and treat customers. I went to Firestone and they happily welcomed me and were happy for my business. They quickly took my car for a test drive, told me what repairs needed done, and car would be ready TODAY. Mr. CJ go to Firestone down your street and look how the lady greets you when you walk and try practicing that type of customer service.

Took my Mini in to get a wheel and Tie-rods replaced. They did very excellent work and the car was done in a matter of days. Would highly recommend.

I have been doing business with this company for a couple of years, and up until recently, I have had no complaints. The owner was pleasant. He appeared to be skilled. He has certifications and awards for customers to see. He talked about family life, God and the Bible. Today I took a car in for warranty work. I had arranged for this in advance, with the owner CJ by telephone, when I was out of state. Today, one of his workers took the keys to the car. He told me that there were others ahead of me, they couldn't get right on it. I let the mechanic know that I needed to drive to Arizona on Monday. He promised that the work would be done long before that. Good enough for me. I left. After walking home, I received a phone call. It was CJ, the owner. He told me that the car could not be worked on in time for me to go to Arizona. So, I walked most of the way back to his shop, in the summer, in Texas. When I walked in, CJ started telling me it wasn't his fault. I told him to just give me my keys and the warranty that had not been filled. He became enraged, He threw a set of car keys at me while using the foulest language imaginable. He seemed to aim for my face. I returned the keys to him because they belonged to a Toyota, not my car, a Chevy. He threw more keys directly into my face. By now he was making racial slurs due to my skin color (he's Latino and I'm white), still cussing at the top of his lungs. He moved on to making very vulgar statements about my recently-deceased mother and what he would do to her. He also kept coming at me and screaming for me to prove I'm a man by fighting him. Two of his employees literally dragged him away from me when he was trying to land his fists. He used profanity well over two hundred times, often in speaking of the acts he wanted to do to my dead mother.I cannot imagine a worse business owner. I was not even permitted to get the car keys and the receipt from the previous repairs without him bullying, screaming threats and vulgarities and trying to hit me. I realize he would not be in business if he did this everyday with every customer. Like I said, he was fine when I first knew him, However, instead of the warranty work I am contractually entitled, I get an extremely violent racist individual with no respect for women, my mother, a white person or even a customer who has paid him so well. If all that God talk wasn't just a hook to deceive people and get them to let their guard down, it's time to learn some respect and repent. He doesn't always show his violent side. He doesn't wave his racist flag for everyone. He doesn't scream at every car owner that he will defile their dead mothers, but why roll the dice? I mean, he was such a nice man to me for so long. But, when he decided to get out of the warranty for his work, his true colors came flying through. I saw a woman-hating, violent, vulgar, racist bully. Will you stand toe-to-toe with him while he berates your dead mother? Why bother? There is no reason to spend our hard-earned money in such shops. Let them get the message that we don't put up with their abuse! Vote with your money!I have given an account of what I experienced first-hand, what i saw and heard at this business. Enter such a place at your own risk.
