City Storage

So sweet! This neighborhood U-Haul location was incredibly helpful and thorough. They had such sweet service!Our car wasn't working with the different trailers which was such a hassle after already having a long day of poor customer service with a different U-Haul location (U-Haul of Coronado- DONT GO THERE!!!). It turns out the adaptor we bought at the Coronado location didn't work and this manager threw in a new one for free so that we could use the trailer! Amazing manager, great service! They were kind, courteous, and helpful and really redeemed U-Haul customer service in my eyes!

I am very pleased with every encounter with this storage company. They had the best prices in the Area and the best sizes. I paid 75 dollars for a 10x15 I believe. They are very polite and the gate is open 24/7. I feel safe leaving my stuff there. And they offer a 10% military discount- which I did not have to ask for... he offered it to me with receipt of my CAC. I would use this company again.

Great place to store your car while away for business or deployment. Right off the highway and very affordable

This storage facility has the best staff I've ever encountered. They were very quick to answer any questions I had and also were able to house my 40 foot fifth wheel in a great location on their lot. They also have probably the best prices on propane that I found in a long time. If you have storage needs I Definitely recommend city storage.

Excellent service and response to your needs. I have rented two units and my RV. The facility is perfect for any storage needs. coded gate and entry, cameras. and easy access to get to the facility.

Great storage facility. The staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to help you. The facility itself is new and well maintained. They are about to expand the rv parking which is great news if you have a trailer. For the rv parking it's very competitively priced. I can't speak highly enough of the staff.

Well, it's a storage place. I rented out one of the outdoor units to put my car and other belongings in. Having an adjacent wall to climate control definitely helped my glass stuff. It was just big enough for a Civic and just about a dozen Rubbermaid bins. They have plenty of other larger units and indoor climate controlled ones. My only gripe is a rodent or two got into one of my bins but whatever, every customer needs to take their own precautions for a calculated risk. This cost me about $110 per month. Which considering the size isn't too bad. And when my debit card stopped working while I was in the field and I wasn't actually paying for the service, they were very understanding and didn't charge me the penalty. As far as storage needs, this place is good, and you can park a trailer or car in the lot as well. Or a boat, if you have one out here in the desert. It's off Railroad Drive and near the exit off 375/Transmountain so it's very easy to get to. They have packing supplies like boxes, locks, little wardrobe boxes for more delicate things. It's fenced and has security cameras as well.They also have plans for expansion. More storage units and other things.And when I came to get my car and found it wouldn't start, the guy was very understanding and helpful. He brought his car and some jumper cables, and even cleaned off the battery terminals. And when that didn't work he took me to auto zone to get the battery charged/replaced. My only suggestion for them would be to sell other storage supplies like moth balls or mousetraps, pest repellant, stuff like that. In addition, I'd also suggest more car tools, whether for remedial maintenance or storage. Like fuel stabilizer, maybe a few jacks, longer cables definitely.This is a great place to store your stuff. There's room for improvement, which they are very keen to address, but as far as leaving your stuff somewhere, no worries here. And if you find a problem, they'll help you out.

Very clean and well lit storage facility. We can't say enough about the staff. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
