Cisneros Locksmith

Just moved into a new house and needed a LOT of lock-smithing. We wanted new keys for all doors, swap out exterior doors to electronic keypad locks and have them all keyed the same, AND several indoor and outdoor doors did not close/latch properly. Amanda took my initial call and was polite and professional. She scheduled our installation within a very reasonable period of time. She called me on the day of our installation and advised me she would be running about 30 minutes late (they had an emergency where a man had locked his baby and his dog in his car). She then arrived at the new estimated time. She reviewed all of the work that needed to be done and got going on it right away. Roger arrived to assist with the doors that needed serious adjustment so they would latch properly. Amanda then wrapped up the rest herself. We could not be more pleased with the service. We found both Roger and Amanda to be extremely easy to work with. Their prices are more than fair. Their attention to detail is outstanding. We highly recommend this company!

No call no show. Unprofessional. Took morning off from work to meet with them. Tony at All Access was great. Came when scheduled and got the job done.

Our home was entered and items stolen before we moved in. I called Cisneros and he came the very next day and re- keyed and our replaced all of our locks. Prompt, courteous ( even fun), professional and fairly priced. Without a doubt if I need a locksmith I have found the one I would use again without question. He did such a great job I even gave him a tip.

A key broke off in the front door lock. I had worked 16 hours that day, so it was 11 PM when I got home. I called and requested for someone to come out and remove the broken key. The first phone call referred me to another number, I called that phone number and was referred to another phone number. I finally got someone on the phone and told them my problem and address, I was informed that someone would be coming over. I waited almost an hour and no one had shown up, so I called back and the lady answered "Yes", not Cisneros Locksmith or even Hello. She ask if, "no one showed up". She said she would try to get someone else. Finally at 1:44am, two men showed up. They tore the lock apart, removing the complete lock and charged me $120.00. I was unable to secure the door, since there was not a lock in the door.

I needed a spare car key and owner told me to text an image and said he could get another one but then he suddenly stopped communicating with me. Terrible customer service and follow up

After making a home purchase I called this company to come out and re key all the locks. He never showed up. I had my girlfriend call A locksmith the following day. Not knowing who I called previously she called Ceniceros again who finally showed up. I asked him why he didn't come when I scheduled he said he was sick. I guess there is only one person. A few weeks later I said I'll give him another chance. Scheduled A project. And guess what. No show. Lame way to do business! Perhaps he only responds to girls and I should have my girlfriend set it up.

Drove down from California today to fix up my property only to find out I wasn't able to get in. I was completely stressed out until I called up Cisneros. They were the only lock Smith's in town that actually answered the phone! Think the guys name was Roger that helped me, he did a remarkable job! Customer service was amazing, Roger arrived quickly, and was able to get me into my property without any issues. Also saved me money on having to replace all the locks! If anyone is in need of a responsive and reliable lock smith Cisneros is the company to call. I'm impressed, thanks again for the awesome service!

Roger came out and re keyed my 2002 Dodge Ram. Very happy with his service and would call on him again if the need for a locksmith comes up. He only got 4 stars because I don't give our 5 except in very exceptional situations.
