Cielo Vista Apartments

Worst apartment complex in town! Whatever you do stay away from this blight like the plague, the apartments are old and grossly unkempt, the maintenance crew is lazy and complains when they have to even try and repair anything (most is half a$$ to nothing!) and management is rude and plain un responsive. Also the pools or lack there of are festering holes that breed mosquitoes at the bottom of muck filled rainwater puddles. Stay away!

On Tuesday 5/11/2021 an El Paso woman woke up to blood dripping from her ceiling after an upstairs neighbor passed away and decomposed for multiple days. Bodily fluids from the body dripped into her apartment. She might be responsible for those damages. Unqualified apartment management with poor maintenance, back housekeeping, safety equipment and fire fitting

Horrible, there was a body decomposing and management did nothing about it. The body leaked all its fluids, blood etc over a tenants face and belongings and they won't cover the expenses for her to get a new mattress or stuff she lost. Horrible management and they won't return her calls. DONT RENT FROM THEM.

A woman woke up to the feelings of wet dripping on her & she turned on the lights to see her whole room covered in blood & blood dripping from the ceiling fan. She calls the police and they come to find out the neighbor right above her was dead, decomposing for a while and his bodily fluids begun to sink into the floor & started dripping into her room and her ceiling fan splattered it everywhere. Though the apartments are not at fault for the man dying but they are wrong for the helping the lady. You could only imagine how traumatized that lady must've been.

Where to begin? Well let's start with their description of their apartments. I have no idea how long one can claim that they are under new management but apparently they've been under new management for years. Yet is the management really management? The property manager is just a girl stuck in her high school years who will judge you the moment she sees you. The girl can't even dress herself properly for work but yet wants to criticize others. Her name is Isabel Franco and gets nothing done. Don't even run to the office with a complaint because it'll never get handled. They are very rude, racist and the discrimination is insane. At first, they will paint you a pretty picture with the older woman inside with a very sweet voice but very conniving. The man (guy) in the office is short tempered. I've been looking for corporates information because they need to start knowing what's going on with a business like this. Next let's get to the maintenance men. Eek. I know everyone has a job to do but yuck they look scary and disgusting. My boyfriend even thinks they're creeps. We even had to install cameras at the time because they were taking items. They hardly ever have work because you will catch them doing nothing or sleeping in their cars or suvs. Let's hope they actually keep up with background checks. I'm so glad my mom, I, and my sister are out of there now because boy were they uncomfortable. The men will even cat call you ( even though I didn't think that was still a thing.) The apartments have many bugs and spiders. The walls are very thin.They do pest control every month, but it isn't pest control it is a walk through of your apartment to see what they find that they are not okay with to charge you. The maintenance men are also the ones who do pest control even though they say they hire an outside source. The rules are ridiculous but if you are smarter than they are and know your tenant rights you'll be fine. Usually, I try to give people the upper hand on reviews but everyone who reads Cielo vista apartments reviews and are negative needs to know they are all true. The review of the property manager being mean in the swimming pool is true. She is very rude and uneducated. Just read the reviews people. Watch how she responds to people's complaints or issues. She does not know how to take ownership or be apologetic. She's very dismissive and deflects the issue onto the other person. Someone like her does not deserve to be a property manager. Maybe she needs to be a stay at home wife with her full house family.

I do not recommend these apartments. Management constantly changes rules not part of the written release. Windows and patios lack screens creating a public health problem. Neighbors are very snoopy and will snitch on anyone who is not Hispanic. Office managers are moody, inconsiderate, and discriminatory. Many stairwells are in disrepair and are a safety hazard. Too many residents with aggressive Chihuahuas who will mad-cow you if you ask them to control or pick up after them. There is Chihuahua and small dog feces everywhere. There is a lack of hot water at least once a month. Maintenance does a very poor job especially with plumbing so much that you will have to hire your own plumber if you want your problem fixed but at your own expense. Office staff absolutely hate it if you place even legitimate complaints. Ethnocentric staff that make anyone non Hispanic unwelcome
