Great BBQ, had chicken, hot links and brisket, Small but very personable place, throwback atmosphere with family feel.

Amazing BBQ and the potato salad is to die for. Was a little skeptical when we drove up, not much to look at but when you go inside you can tell it's a warm, homey place. Christine is warm and friendly. The food is absolutely AMAZING! Even the kiddos liked it. The ribs are fall of the bone tender and you can tell the potato salad is homemade. Went for a family dinner and ended up taking a full rack of ribs and 2 pints of potato salad home. I definately recommend this place. Keep an eye out when you're driving or you just might miss it.

My favorite BBQ place in the southwest. I love the brisket, I love the chicken, I love the ribs. Charred to perfection. Have never been disappointed. The restaurant has a genuine soul ambiance, cool place to eat, to step out of the mainstream for a bit. I eat to live, but eating here makes me think I have it the other way around. I'm not a fan of any cobbler, but the peach cobbler here is pretty good. Good enough for my picky fifteen year old to be very impressed by it. Also, he and my seventeen year old requested I pick up food from here, the last time I stopped by. They never request anything that's not popular chain.

You know peach cobbler smell? The second you walk in you are invited into peachy heaven. But I'm on a diet.... But a man can dream. But the Rib Plate AWESOME big thick ribs, that stay on the bone just firm enough but will tear away as you go. Slathered in a semi sweet BBQ sauce. Very very good. 3 come on the plate, family business as a 8 year old boy came to get the drink order. Little blues in the background. STOP TO EAT CAUSE YOU MIGHT GET MESSY IN THE CAR.

Easily the BEST place to eat in Kermit! Finally tried it for the first time since we moved here, honestly hadn't ever noticed the place until a friend recommended it and boy were we missing out. Food quality is excellent and so full of savory flavor, potato salad is possibly the best I've ever had. Great people, great food, new regular stop.

Cool little hole in the wall spot. However, the portions were small and served on a styrofoam plate. No biggie but the fact that it was heated up in the microwave just blew me away, I wanted to leave then but didn't want to be rude. So we stayed and ate what we could. The sausage wasn't bad but everything else seemed like it was from a day or two before just re heated. I have read all these other reviews and I can only relate to 2 of them, I'm like were these people eating at the same place? lol def lots of room for improvement!

Ms Christine makes visit worth it. Smokes all her meat the old school way and doesn't overcharge you like other bbq place in town. Everything she cooks is 10/10. Give her a try.

Nice hole in the wall restaurant. Friendly & fast service. Got the chopped beef sandwich- Mac and cheese- potato salad. Wish the portions of sides were a tick bigger but it was great over all. Definitely will come back if I'm in the area. Mac and cheese was my favorite.

We ordered a chopped brisket sandwich & a regular bbq sandwich and it literally looked like wet dog food. A literal spoon full of mac & cheese for side. We couldn't eat it.

The best bbq in town. The ribs were nice and tender the potato salad was great and the sliced beef was so tender you could cut it with a cheap plastic fork. The apple pie was delicious
