Owner is rude as hell. I was interested in finding a nice HD lace front wig and she going to tell me I can't touch a product I was trying to buy. Regardless of the COVID situation, if you're going to be open, and ur prices are already high for low quality synthetic hair..... how about not be rude? Also, I was trying to take a picture of the tag on the wig and she just about lost her mind saying no pictures here. That's when I just walked out.

BLACK PEOPLE BEWARE!!! Asian owned but they have black girls working in there....I'm going to star this off by saying I'm honestly not really sure how to feel about my experience . The store itself was a nice size, although the aisles were extremely small, definitely not big enough for two people to walk side by side kind of small. Anyway, as my 5yr old and I walk in we're "greeted" by a young black girl who tells us to sanitize our hands (another group of women walked in at the same time as us) she thank asks me if I needed help, or if I knew what I wanted. I asked her to point me in the direction of the braiding hair, and she walked me over to the aisle, which I thought was nice. She even engaged in conversation telling me how nice my nails were (I mean cause they are nice lol, check out my review on my nail tech at Star Nail) and all that Jazz. Ok she walks away to go handle her business I guess idk I'm busy looking for the color hair I want....I've been looking for about all of 3-4 minutes when the the same going lady come back around, but this time she's not engaging in conversation, no, she's a couple aisles away pretending to "fix hair" (mind you there's not one other body in the section, which means NO ONE HAS TOUCHED THOSE DAMN PACKS OF HAIR) and she's peeking down where I am. I'm walking back and forth so that I can compare colors and I can feel eyes just watching me. I pick my color and she literally follows me up to the register but careful to stay a few feet behind. I pay for my stuff and the same black girl is back at the front "greeting" this young black man. I hope he doesn't feel as profiled as I felt BY MY OWN KIND going into that place. And it's too bad cause they definitely have all you need as far as being a fully stocked beauty supple. SMH

Amazing range of supplies. I had no idea there could be a place like this with such a vast array of options. It was overwhelming! The ladies were helpful and patient in explaining uses and offering suggestions. If you need or are considering a wig or extensions, braiding supplies, etc, I would highly recommend this place.

I love this store. They sell a wide range of products specifically for African American hair which is nice because must department stores are limited on products.I purchased something in the wrong color and was able to exchange it with no problem. The owner is extremely nice.
