A chocolate gift shop catering to all looking for the perfect treat or present that is chocolate, chocolate, and more chocolate! The staff is welcoming enough, and the prices are reasonable. We were looking for something representing locally made that will be gifted for associates on a business trip. We will be looking to return for Christmas stocking stuffers and other gifts. Chocolat is a Chocolate Factory in El Paso specializing in chocolate gift baskets. This review is based on a chocolate assortment gift basket I received at home on my Birthday. The delivery man was courteous. My friend who sent me the chocolates said "Chocolat" specified someone needed to answer the door; otherwise, they wouldn't leave the chocolates basket outside. The basket was perfect and beautiful. The assortment of chocolates was gourmet and unique. I enjoyed them all, but my favorites were the giant chocolate-dipped pretzels with different toppings and the rum cake. Chocolat's rum cake was the freshest most rum-rich rum cake I have ever had. The chocolate assortment was put together with much attention to detail and care. I highly recommend for gifts of any occasion.

This place is magical! Willie Wonka has nothing on this place. They have amazing gifts in all price ranges- I picked up a few things for my dog's groomer, my neighbors, and my gal pals. Everything is beautifully wrapped. They have delivery as well in orders over $35. Let me tell you, nothing can bring a smile to someone's face the same way as a delivery of some delicious chocolate in a big basket, wrapped with a great bow!

There's so much to say about this gem that I'm surprised the last review was so long ago. I visited right before their closing time without realizing and the staff greeted us with kindness and turned back on their display lights. We ordered an assortment of truffles and desserts some of those (nutella, kahlua, raspberry jelly, raspberry cream) and everything we ordered was perfect! A velvety delicious piece of heaven. And the assortment of flavors and options are endless yet everything tasted fresh. If you are looking for a Valentines Day gift or just a little something to indulge, this is your place. Oh! And the prices were incredibly affordable for the high quality variety offered at this place. I'll definitely be visiting again soon. Another one to add to the list of favorites in El Paso.

Have you ever seen a family playfully fight over a massive chocolate covered assortment to where your mom had to hide it until Christmas Eve so no one got to it? How about to the point where your dad already tried to open it up before it was time to indulge?Well that's what happened when my mom had the most beautiful chocolate charcuterie spread from Chocolat.This decadent and rich dessert spread would even put Willy Wonka and his crew to shame. My favorite bites were the hand dipped white chocolate covered oreos and the milk chocolate covered dark chocolate cake bites. I kept grabbing one and the crazy part was that didn't include the options of the chocolate covered pretzels, truffle bites, individually wrapped chocolates and cookies, and so much more.Everything was fresh and that's that my mom had it at the house apparently for about 2-3 days before opening it.I loved every bite.

A true gem in El Paso! The Dubai bar is absolutely delicious. Great customer service. Recently discovered this place during the holiday season and it is my go to now to get my sweet tooth fix!

I can't believe I even have to write this, but after my recent experience at this store I feel like it's my duty to warn others. This place has completely gone downhill since the new owners took over.First of all, the customer service is absolutely terrible. The owners are rude, dismissive, and act like you're bothering them just by being there. I've been a loyal customer for years, but the second I stepped in after the ownership changed, I could immediately feel the difference. The staff seems as miserable as the owners, and it's clear they don't have any real interest in running a quality business.What's even worse is that they lie about their products. They tell everyone that they make their chocolates in-house, but I recently found out that they're actually just buying everything from Asher's Chocolate Co. If you're going to pass off someone else's work as your own, at least have the decency to be honest about it. It's pretty obvious when you recognize Asher's packaging and what they sell.The place is also terribly organized. There's no rhyme or reason to how the products are displayed, and it's impossible to find anything without rummaging through a disorganized mess. I've seen better setups at flea markets.Honestly, there are so many other chocolate shops that actually care about their customers and their product. Save your time and money, and don't waste either on this place. It's a joke at this point, and I'll never be coming back.

Last month when I went in Chocolate to place my usual holiday order. No one even said hello to me so after waiting awhile and being ignored I left. Because there's no place in all of El Paso that does delicious chocolates as beautifully as Chocolate does, I decided to give it another try today. The new owner was there and could not have been sweeter. She took my order in minutes and we chatted a bit. The employees were delightful as well. Transitions are hard. But the kinks are being worked out and I could not more strongly recommend this lovely business. I sincerely think there is no other place in El Paso or on line that will provide both the presentation as well as the quality for your holiday gifts...or for a treat for yourself! I recommend Chocolate 100%!!

New fresh loving owners!!! I'm loving it! Same if not better decadent chocolate recipes!! We just purchased the TikTok viral Dubai chocolate bar, and it was absolutely insanely delicious!! I'm so glad we returned! I've placed my orders for clients and holidays and heard there are new and bigger things coming!You must go in and meet new owners! They light up a room!

Do not do buisness or advertising for her. She is highly unprofessional and will not hold up her end of the deal. After a year and signed contracts she decided to renig on her end of the deal providing the services that were owed. Many people have called the owner looney, abrasive and rude. After witnessing first hand , I will never shop here or work with her again. It's unfortunate because her Staff is always super sweet unlike her. She also loves male attention and is highly inappropriate with any male that walks in her store. Just know karma is ugly just like what you decided to do.If could give 0 stars I would
