Chinese Dumpling

Hard to find good Chinese in Midland but this place offers great dumplings and Chinese dishes. Will definitely be back.

Food was good. Service as well. The dumplings could have had more seasoning in the meat but still enjoyed.

Came on a Sunday wasn't busy it was new for me. Hesitant because it's a small restaurant but ambiance was great. The Pan fried beef dumplings were amazing ! The chili sauce is a perfect pair. We also got the bao chicken buns they were great very sweet similar to dessert. The spicy beef noodle was good the sauce wasn't super spicy I think it was a good touch. I enjoyed the food so much I recommend stopping by and giving the restaurant a chance !

This place is amazing! 10/5 stars! Food is great and staff is friendly. This is that hole-in-the-wall gem! I can't say enough. Me and my co-workers eat here at least twice a month. Highly recommended!

We ordered the Chicken Fried Noodles, Pork Bao, Pig Bao and the combination fried rice. All were delicious and will be back.

There was no indoor seating. I was asked only take out is available even though it was a little past afternoon.The total price came out a little pricey for two meals. They even asked for a tip even though it was for take out. I will say the food tasted great. Great portions. *Keep Reading*.The way it was package was awful. By the time I arrived to my room, the hot or soy sauce was everywhere in the bag. *Pictures will be provided.*The cashier/assistant cook was coughing a lot in the kitchen. She did not cover her mouth. I didn't know if I should cancel my order or eat it. As of now, I do not feel sick.Eat at your own risk.

The food are always fresh. Service always top notch, Bonnie is amazing. Eva, the owner and chef always busy cooking fresh dishes but always smiling. Everything on the menu are cooked very fresh in authentic Chinese style cooking. My grandparents were 100% Chinese, so eating here reminds me a lot about their cooking. The atmosphere is amazing. I like the bench with back cushion

I think this is the definition of a hole in the wall but I would say that everything I got tasted really authentic and so delicious. The cold tofu with chili oil over it has amazing flavor. The wonton soup with pork dumplings and shrimp also had really delicious flavor. Get it spicy with jalapeños! The only qualm I had with the soup was that I had to dig the shrimp out of the broth and peel it myself in order to eat it. Overall, I would definitely go back! Thanks!
