Chilitos

Ordered food from here on door dash, first of all the burrito shows it comes with rice and beans, well it didn't come with that. And then I got nachos and the chips were so stale it was nasty damn near lost a tooth. Not to mention I could tell it was bottom of the bag because I basically just got a pile of broken ass chips.

Great Margaritas! Like fantastically, authentic & well done with that alive, loving spirit that served to you when it's shaken so well it has a fizzle that speaks to your heart, soul & taste buds! On the Rocks w/ salt - Yes please, Chilitos!

The food was hot and fresh and the service by Jules was great! The number 2 combo plate is the perfect variety of what they have to offer. Don't forget to add a side of Fries! The fries are hot and delicious and taste great dipped in their signature salsa!

The people running this place are a bunch of crooks. I swing by to pick up an order and paid with cash to avoid their 3% convenience fee. I hand the money over and only then does the employee tell me that they "don't have any change". I look in the cash drawer and they literally didn't have any coins in there. This information should have been communicated BEFORE I paid. I get the food and the receipt but as I was on my way out I saw they charged me the convenience fee anyway so I go back in to have the employee give me my money back. They had to get the manager and then this person went to the back office to get some coins for the fee. I asked why they didn't give me change for the order when they clearly had coins available but the manager said they "don't have change all the time". What a load of BS. Just a bunch of excuses to gouge customers as much as they can. I will not be back and will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

They were a little understaffed tonight for the early dinner rush (6pm on Sat night), but once we were seated the service was quick and thorough. I had the Combo #3 with ground beef taco, chile relleno, and enchilada both red and green sauce served with refried beans, rice, and lettuce. The red sauce had more kick to it, but I liked the flavor of the green a little more. I enjoyed having both "Christmas" style. I also ordered a draft local blonde ale (Bosque Brewing Pistol Pete's 1888) that came out in a giant frosty mug which was a steal at only $5.50! This was my second time at Chilitos, but first time at this location and I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town.

I had the chicken fajitas. The meal came with complimentary chips and salsa. Chips were thick and crispy. Salsa had a lot of garlic powder and i love garlic! The chicken fajita came with a big portion for the price and was charred. It also came with homemade flour tortillas, beans, rice, plus lettuce and pico with a big dollhouse of guacamole and sour cream. Fantastic!

Dad and I came in today and the service was great! We both ordered the chicken fried steak and they were cooked perfectly. The green chili/white gravy sauce was a perfect blend of heat and flavors. Thank you for the service and food. We will return.

Having been to Chilitos on Foothills several times in the past few months and on every occasion having a really good meal, I have upped their rating to five stars. This Chilitos is clearly in the top three or four Mexican restaurants in town. The ambiance is nice, the service has been very good, the prices reasonable, and the food excellent. The smothered burritos have rated an "A," the sopapilla compuesta an "A-," and the chile rellenos an "A." It is clear why their business is thriving. (And I might add, this is probably the only restaurant around where you can still get a sopapilla compuesta with chile con carne since Nellie's closed its doors. Food is very good here. Service is friendly and experience nice. Food was delivered as ordered....hot and alot

Great food and salsa. Good margaritas. I like to do the chacha there while I eat my tacos
