I got a drink I happened to be allergic to, Pamela insisted I should not pay for the drink and insisted that she replace the drink with something that would work for me and also insisted I take home a desert on the house. They were so kind helpful and quick I really appreciate their service and empathetic response. Rock on chilis!

2021 April. Chili's in Freedom Crossing inside Fort Bliss Main Post.I have visited this location several times this Spring. Like many businesses inside Fort Bliss Im grateful they are available inside post for soldiers. But, Just like many other chain restaurants in the Freedom Crossing area every time I have visited the food was good, but the costumer service is simply no good. Disappointment.Again, their food and drinks are good but orders take forever and if you happen to need more drinks or food yeah your waiter will likely not be there when you need them. Also paying your bills takes a while.

I visited this location during my lunch break today. The place seem to be busy but not too crazy. The service was a bit slow. I dont blame the servers. There were only two servers for the entire restaurant. My server-Juan was pleasant and friendly. I ordered an avocado 6oz sirloin medium rare with a side of asparagus. After a long wait the Manager brought my plate to my table. My sirloin was missing the avocado and pico de gallo that comes on top of it. When I mentioned it. He replied with "Oh shit, that's true" "I'll bring the items on the side". He never did. Neither he apologized for the long wait or the mix-up with my order. My server came to the table and asked if everything came out alright. I told him that my stake was over cooked and that I was missing the topping for the sirloin. He apologized and brought the items immediately. To some this might be a silly thing to complain over, but if you love a good sirloin as much as I do. I believe you understand the disappointment that comes along when your sirloin is overcooked.

First time using this most recent addition to ever-popular Freedom Crossing Shopping Complex on Ft. Bliss. Now, Chili's is one of my favorite chain restaurants, so my expectation was naturally fairly high. As I was contemplating on what to eat for lunch on this holiday, I noticed I received an email earlier in the morning for rewards offering free appetizers. I decided to order online for take out.I was going to use a gift card I acquired earlier this year. With a rewards email (on my phone) and a gift card in my hand, I went to pick up my food. Though I arrived 10 minutes earlier than my pickup time, food was already ready. I was hoping that my hot food wasn't getting cold, and my cold food wasn't getting warm...Transaction was less than ideal to say the least. First, the cashier said she couldn't process my rewards QR code. Well, what she really said was they don't honor rewards at this location. Second, she said she didn't know how to process a gift card which was no more than email print out with QR code. Finally, she went to get a manager after trying something on the cash register, and he guided her how to process them. My hot food definitely got cooler after that. I was so hungry by the time I started to eat, and I really don't remember how it tasted except I kept thinking I could use more pico de gallo for my nachos. I may not come back here though it's a very convenient location relative to where I work and live. However, the restaurant I normally use never gave me any issues. I hope you won't have any issues when you come here like I did today. I wish they would train their employees to provide better customer service like simple processing of coupons and such. Maybe it was her first day on the job. The interior of the restaurant looked very nice and up-to-date since it's a newly opened location after having done some remodeling from the previous tenant.I will highly recommend for everyone to join Chili's rewards club. It's free to join, and they will send you rewards from time to time. Most common one is free chips and salsa with a purchase of adult menu items. I think as long as you eat at Chili's every three months, you can maintain the benefit. Sometimes they will throw in fresh guac or queso for a limited time. I used my free appetizer reward as I mentioned it before. It's worth joining if you eat at Chili's at least occasionally.

Previously on Pleasonton Road, we had this harmlessly prosaic, yet completely forgettable bar and so-called "grill" known as 'The World of Beer'. One stoically uninspired chicken sandwich and flavorless burger later, I wasn't at all sad this place was shutdown and, in its stead, was replaced with a Chili's. On post. At long last. But...does it hold to the test of time?Well, the food is pretty consistent with what you'd expect from Chili's standards. So, it at least shares that with its off-base counterpart. Where it differs though is....you guessed it--the service. The waitress herself wasn't all that bad. What was quite vexing, however, was the wait time for food. See, I was here on a lunch break with my boss and some coworkers. A...LUNCH...break. That means it really shouldn't have taken 8 million years to receive food.Alas, what should have been a brief 45 minute or less lunch rapidly turned into a 90 minute clusterf*ck. Somehow, the kitchen staff brought me ranch dressing with my boneless buffalo wings, despite me very deliberately asking for bleu cheese. Additionally, they forgot my fries. And so, the waitress had to be sent back to go get them. Luckily, those came out quick.Other than that, it's your typical Chili's really. I would certainly recommend coming here, should you find yourself with an inordinate amount of free time on post. So, if you have an important meeting to attend, maybe take that meal with you to-go.All CDC compliances seem to be in order here, complete with scanable menus. So rest assured, you won't drop dead if you decide to dine-in. All things considered, I'm gonna give Chili's on Pleasonton 3 patrons impatiently waiting for their lunches on an un-busy Wednesday afternoon out of 5. At least you know the burgers here will be served with actual flavor.

Service was AWFUL. The server got everything on the order wrong, didn't knew how to charge for the order try to over charge us... They keep giving our food to the table next to us. Manager talk to us but didn't make a difference or give better service. The server went to the table three times and was really uncourteous. I will never let this girl be my server again. And then she was mad cause I tip less than the % recommended Girl you did so bad so bad need be grateful I left something. If your server doesn't do a good job everything else gonna be wrong...

Horrible experience. Went for dinner and what was a 2 hour ordeal gave me nothing but an undercooked burger, slow and inattentive service, and being treated like we weren't even there. I asked for my recooked burger to be put in a to-go box and asked for the check since it was taking forever. Another 20 minutes rolls by, with a lukewarm "sorry" from the manager, and I finally get my food. Then I sat for another 20 minutes for my check. Food was cold by then. Still paid for it because I'm not the type to request a comp for a bad product or service, but I think it's very unprofessional to not diagnose the lackluster service and food and offer some kind of compensation. All in all, glad I will not ever be coming back to this location. Fort Bliss deserves better.
