DO NOT order cakes from here We had a LARGE order for our baby shower and they canceled through TEXT the night before at MIDNIGHT. My mom had to rush to Walmart and stay up until 4 am and wake back up at 6 baking something that was ordered WAY in advance!Then when I posted my review on google and Facebook, the owner proceeded to call me hormonal & the other mentioned how not everything is about me The owner Claimed she fell and broke her neck at midnight (hence the text cancelation at that time ) but we ordered a large three tere cake , cookies , and cupcakes and were supposed to pick them up EARLY that morning. Why they weren't already done before that is beyond me, now reading back at some of the bad reviews it's seems like she makes excuses white often & doesn't follow through with promises she makes her customers!!! Even without all these hormones i will NEVER recommend this business & will make sure to point out the unprofessionalism of this establishment so people do not waste their time / money / etc !!!!

It was my first grandson' baby shower and we didn't get the cake, cupcakes, or cookies we ordered. I was notified at midnight the day before and from reading the reviews I guess I should be thankful? The cake was my centerpiece to the candy bar that we set up so it was pretty upsetting. I wanted everything to be perfect and they ruined the moment for me. I had to go to Walmart at 1230 and bake until 4am. It turned out beautifully and it was a very happy day for my family but I shouldn't have had to stay up baking all hours just several hours before my daughter's baby shower. So if you want a 50/50 chance of getting your cake then this is the place to order. I would never recommend you all at all, I waited a few days to get an apology of some sort but since I never got one the least I can do is share my experience so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

This happened on September 20, 2014,​ and I posted reviews on facebook but they seem to be deleted. Yesterday I went through​ my wedding pictures and noticed I didnt have any pictures of my wedding cake because it was a disaster. I dont want any bride ever going thru this ever. My review below is the first one I posted on facebook in 2014. So this Saturday was my wedding... Lian showed up with a cake that was completely different than what I ordered even the colors where off (I had ordered mustard and grey)! I went up to her and told her it wasn't my cake and she said there was nothing else she can do at that moment turned around and left. At that moment I thought my brothers or my husband was pulling a prank on me. I didn't even get a sorry or an apology she just turned around and walked away I had to get the security to stop her so I would be able to talk to her and all that she said was "I dont deal with bridezillas"..... I hate fondant and it had fondant, I clearly told her I hate vanilla cake and ordered chocolate and one of the cakes had vanilla, the cake was dry and the fondant was extreamly hard.... Till as of today she hasn't answered my call.... end of the ​story, if you want a piece of mind stay away from this place its not worth the headache or your money.

I hired Chasing Butterflies Pastries to bake and design the cake for what has been by far the most important day of my life...my wedding. Unfortunately to say, they showed up 2 and a half hours late with a cake that was falling appart and falling short of specifications (see pictures). I had also paid them an additional fee to design some custom made fondant cake toppers that turned out to be plastic, and store bought. I wouldn't recommend this vendor to anyone seeking to have their dream wedding cake.

Unprofessional do not get your services here. Save your money and your time. All they have is excuses

extremely unprofessional, horrible customer service, and unreliable will literally cancel your order the night before after months of ordering with an absurd excuse.

Stay away from the business. The day of the wedding Leeann did not deliver my wife's cake! Then the groom's cake was horrible, dry, and extremely late...what a joke. The cake was nothing like any photo she shown us. She came to are home and picked up payments but some how has yet to refund us any money for not delivering one of the cakes. She even mentions her husband as a cop and thought she would be reputable. She even came out on KVIA news for this.

Don't use this bakery!!! I ordered a cake for my dad's 94th birthday and they never delivered it!! I called, emailed and texted Le Ann,( the owner) when the delivery time passed. I never heard from her! We had no cake for my dad's birthday and 27 disappointed guests!

We had an appointment with her, we went to her house (the shop is in her home, which is fine with me). She showed us many wonderful pictures of cakes, then she asked us how much we wanted to pay for the cake we were ordering. This is the first time a baker asks me how much I am willing to pay for a cake!?! I found that to be very odd. I told her I would come back tomorrow to leave her the deposit, and she said that we could pay the total when she delivered the cake. Well, she stood us up, she never delivered the cake. Unfortunately I didn't do my research before the party, I just found out she has a history of doing this to many other people. BEWARE!!!!

I was hosting a baby shower recently and the other person making the cake for me cancelled on me a few days before the event. I called this place and explained what I needed. I was told they would be able to have this done for me, even at such a short notice. We agreed on all the details and the price. I was even asked at what time they should drop off the cake. The day of the event came and went, and I didn't get a cake. I called a million times and not even an answer. Left voicemails and never even got a returned call to apologize for them NOT SHOWING UP!! I understand it was a 3 day notification, but I would have preferred they turned me down like every other palce did and not be told I would have a cake and then not show up at all. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Had to give one star, but they don't even deserve that!! Pathetic way of doing business!
