Friendly staff, seamingly fair quote for simple touch up job. A small job estimated for a 24 to 48 hour turnaround. Planned for pick up on Wednesday.Took car on Monday, called Tuesday evening to check if car would be ready as planned for Wednesday pickup. I was told by the secretary they would call me Thursday or Friday. My reply was that they had planned it to be ready be Wednesday which in my opinion is more than adequate time. I explained to her I don't have another car to use and I depend on them being punctual. She replied that she didn't know anytyhing about that. I told her that if they haven't started the work on it to let come and get it and we can schedule a better time when they are better staffed. She replied she would look into it. Before ending the call I asked her to please ask the service manager to call me to discuss avaiable options. I already paid half the bill so I don't think it is an unreasonable request.As of yet (Wednesday) they have not reached out to me to discuss this. I am hopeful the 1) business manager will reach out to explain the delay 2) They complete the work expediently as promised. 3) The work be of acceptable quality.At this time the job is not completed and stalled for unknown reasons.I will update this post once progress is made.... So I picked my car up on friday morning as had been recommended by the service manager the night before. The shop employees hastily completed final details as I waited in the beautiful sunny El Paso morning. My review is based on my personal experience as it relates to: 1) Customer service and communication. When the phone is answered and my case is known and an honest update is forethcoming. "I don't know", "You have to ask ..." and "You can call back..., are shallow responses.2) Turnaround time start to finish. Accuracy of scheduled work. 3) Quality of work. When the work is delayed, accepting the car is done hastily. The burden of proof of craftmanship is on the customer. I think it is fair to give favor of customer service because they were able to finally wind it up within the business week. This is important because they are closed on the weekend.And in spite of not returning my calls or providing definitive responses, the car was completed. So yeah, they did ok. I will not review the quality of the work at this time. Looks good now, lets see it next year?

After a head-on collision, one of their "scouts" saw me post-accident and would not stop harassing me about choosing their services, to which I reluctantly agreed.They promised me my vehicle would be fixed exactly a month later. As soon as I get the paycheck from the offender's insurance, I gave them the full check (~$7,000), and they argued with me that that was NOT the full amount, and they expected another couple hundred out of my own pocket. After pointless rebuttals and arguments with the front desk clerk, he snarled and told me to go away. After 30 torturous days, I called them and one of their workers named "Noel" kept saying they were sorry because other cars had unexpectedly rushed in, so I agreed to give them another week. Three weeks went by (with no calls nor messages from them), so I decided to pay them a visit. As soon as I get there, I see my car in the same spot that it was in when I left it 2 months ago, with the workers horsing around inside, laughing while chasing each other with dirty rags and beers in their hands.After I threatened to retract my insurance paycheck and go else where, they said they would have the car ready for me in one week. Come a week later, it was finally running. But it was obviously rushed. The air conditioner was in perfect condition when I left it, and NOW IT DOESN'T EVEN TURN ON AT ALL. The paint job was the worst I've seen. Air bubbles anywhere I look, and the custom spoiler I had installed was ripped off. TL;DR: I get harassed into accepting their subpar services, only to be inconvenienced and forced to pay more money than was originally intended. After I threatened to take my money elsewhere, they rushed my car, leaving the paintjob looking the worst I've ever seen and the car system deficient WITH my custom modifications ripped to shreds. I'd go to WalMart's crappy Auto Repair section before coming here again. 0/10, PLEASE...DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT COMING HERE!!!!!

They return my car with scratches and a broken edge on my bumper ...and they told me it was already like that .... very dishonest people working here... while driving away from the place even the workers look at me like they knew what they did .....you know what I mean? ...don't risk it go somewhere else

wife got into an accident and they were camped out scouting the spot and they emotionally manipulated her into picking their shop where they let her brand new civic sit in a dirt lot for 3 months with no sort of care or cover on the broken windows and constantly lied to us about the status of the car and about which parts were on order. bunch of liars they also tried to claim to the police that i was harrassing them into ordering parts. Please for the love of god never ever take your vehicle here i am saving you money and time.

I've had these guys do some various work, all of which has been excellent. Recently I had them do a full paint job on my car, along with replacing my front windshield and repairing my strut tower. Not only did they do amazing work, but the turn around time pretty quick too. The price was unbeatable too. I 100% recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.

Would not recommend this shop! The shop owner/ manager and clerk had lied to me on several different occasions. My vehicle had cosmetic issues and a few parts under the hood that need replaced. After waiting 6-7 weeks and the shop had been paid 1 week in, all that was done was a used bumper slapped on and a wipe down of my fenders and the shop saying they painted them and straightened them out with they didn't. After requesting my money back due to lack of service, it took another month to get the money back because they spent it on other things rather than the vehicle the money was meant for. DO NOT RECOMMEND for anyone unless you want a half ass job and want to be lied to about your car!
