Charlies Grilled Subs

I highly recommend Charleys since they have a lot to offer. Whether you want a chicken sub or a meat sub, you get to pick and add on any extras. The extras vary from lettuce, tomatoes, to jalapeños to banana peppers, or onions. I eat here often and love it. The food is great and the best part is the deal on the back of the receipt.On the receipt if you take about 3-4 minutes to answer an online survey you can get FREE fries and a drink on your next order of a sub. The price can't be beat. $$$ Also if you use your military STAR card you save even more.

The food is good don't get me wrong, however my experience there lately has been lacking. I normally get breakfast there, a side of egg, sausage and bacon. All for under $4. Breakfast is shown and posted to end at 1000. I arrived here 10 til 1000. I was asked what I wanted to get and mid sentence was told we're not serving breakfast anymore. The cashier taking my order seemed rude, and upset. I checked my watch, it I retorted, ma'am it is 10 til. The line cook, had mentioned, if that's all she would like to order, we can make it for her. The cashier proceeded to take my order, but rushed me through the whole thing, after each item, she said in a dull voice each time, is that all? I understand, they were getting ready to switch to their lunch menu, but the fact of the matter is, if they want ppl to come back, don't be so rude. Maybe she was having an off day, who knows, but she didn't have to be so ugly about it. I'll try to come back solely for the food, but if the service is like this every time, I don't think I'll be doing business here.

Their sandwiches were put together well and tasted great. They ran out of liquid cheese so no special fries. The fresh cut fries were ok but not crispy.
