Charlie Clark Select Pre-Owned Joe Battle

I bought a Tacoma here yesterday. I gotta say, I'm impressed. I've bought vehicles from other dealerships before but never at this one. My sales guy Alfredo has to be the most professional and attentive car salesman I've ever met. Props, Alfredo; I'll be coming back to you for my next car 10/10

STAY AWAY from Charlie Clark on loop 375. This place deserves a zero star. The manager and sales are dishonest and non transparent. I had the worst car buying experience of my life. If u go be aware they will try to cheat you out of your money with their add ons. In my case the manager made up add ons that my vehicle did not have and were not on the window invoice just to jack up the car price. Tried to contact customer service to complain they did not help one bit. they referred me back to the manager that made the fictitious add ons to the vehicle in the first place. I am a senior and probably not as savvy as I used to be and let them pull their dishonest stunts. I regret ever doing business with them. Hope this helps someone else. The sales team at this location is ripping people off. Be Warned. Use my mistake to help yourselves.
