If I could give zero stars I would! Turned my car in for service. Got a call from a service rep who said my tire is balding on the outside and the tech won't rotate my tires unless I buy new tires (nice sales pitch). I said give me a price quote, if not rotate my tires. Over an hour later, the service rep never called me back, so I walked to the Nissan dealership. Came to find out, my truck was done and the refused to rotate my tires! No one called me for an update, overall piss poor service! I call to file a complaint, no call backs! Not the first time Charlie Nissan did this to me. First time was several years back. I had 16 inch nails in my tires, and I had tire warranty. Took it in to Charlie Nissan to change my tires, they refused and just did a seal! Talk about disrespectful! If I had known, I would HAVE NEVER GOTTEN THE warranty! This is why I'll take my service elsewhere where! I hope they lose business for fake promises! This is bad practice! I would NEVER buy from them ever again!

Quoted us a high number to buy our car and then we get there to sell it to them and the service manager tells my husband nvm we can't offer you the number after all. Not sure were to begin but we been trying to buy a preowned. It tooked them a week to let us know that it wasnt ready. They just keep saying it will be ready that day and we go and end up saying something is wrong or that they need more time its been the third time we been there and keep wasting our time. Also the person that helped us kept lying. First he said that the motor had warranty for life and that oil change too. End it up saying not on preowned cars. Only oil and last nothing was cover ob preowned . We went and sign the papers to bring home our "car" and came up that it wasn't ready yet !!! So we came back with nothing again !!! No se ni como empesar. Ya tenemos una semana tratando de comprar un carro usado y no nos an podido dar ese carro. Ya que nos siguen mintiendo. Primero la persona que nos ayudo nos dijo que tenia garantia de por vida y cambio de aceite. Al ultimo salio que no. Ya nos an echo ir 3 veces para desirnos que todavia no esta. Solo nos an hecho perder el tiempo!!! Todo ya esta firmado y aun no no la an entregado!!! Creo que Charlie va a tener que tener PAU PAU porque no cumplen lo que disen !!!

From what I have heard from people, including my wife just now who confirmed, Charlie Clark makes free oil changes part of certain new purchase agreements. After you get the car and it's time for an oil change, they make you schedule an appointment. Be aware that THAT appointment time means absolutely nothing to them. They don't have enough people to do oil changes, period. My wife was scheduled for 11:00 a.m. and was told it would be 2:30p.m. And she isn't the only one, while she was there she heard other people with their own stories of waiting for hours for their "free" oil change.Charlie hopes you will buy one of his crappy Nissans with a promise of free lifetime oil changes, and then just go somewhere else when you don't want to wait 4hrs for your scheduled oil change.

Absolute worst customer service ever. Been 8 months since my wife bought her car. Still don't have permanent plates for it. Every time we call we are told they will call back with an update. Nobody ever calls back. In the past 8 months they have all new staff meaning nobody stays for long. Employee turnaround does not help the situation at all. If I could put less than 1 star I would. 1000% would never recommend to anyone to go there and buy a vehicle.Update: after involving the DMV about the plate issue, all of a sudden they were able to handle everything and get the plates. Their staff is a complete joke and the exact opposite of what I would call customer service. Charlie Clark himself should be ashamed of the way they handled everything and look into hiring honest and hard working individuals, not the trash he employs currently

Purchasing my vehicle went smooth. However I feel the whole Nana's warranty is a scam. Every other I vehicle I have purchase came with warranties that come bumper to bumber warranties. Even roadside hazard on the tires. However Nana's does not. I feel and believe it is just enough so a purchaser does not ask thinking they are good. I even asked during the sell and it got blown off. There was not even an opportunity to purchase more. Perfect example I got a srew in my tire mileage right at 2000 miles and take it to Charlie's and I get excuses how they can't repair but I have to purchase new one. The whole service center is a way Charlie makes money.Make sure to insist on proper warranty when buying a new car from Charlie Clark Nissan.John Mullins

I went to go and buy a new car. The sales person lied to me about 3 times. He gave the night to think about it. I went back in the morning & confronted them about the lies they told me. And I got my bank on the phone & the bank representative said they took $2000 less out of my trade in and jacked the price of the car I wanted to buy up $3000. Not a good place to do business. I will never go back if I need a new car. I urge you not to go there. Just keep on driving by.

Don't know what's going on at Charlie Clark service use to be excellent...but it seems like it has gone down ...service department lacks the customer service it had before when there was a manager name Frank I believe was his name ...it just bad now a days I wouldn't take my Nissans there for service anymore.... they are good to sell cars and that also has suffered customer service..... again don't know what is going on there but you have lost a loyal Nissan owner ....
