Get your free oil changes, free breakfast but NEVER buy tires there. I bought a tire on their recommendation thinking it would at least get me 40k-50k miles. My tire eroded from the inside with under 10,000 miles on it.

On this occasion the service team at Charlie Clark did not deliver a good service. This has been the worst experience i have had at a dealership. I took our car for an oil change. I left it there at 8:30am when we made the appointment. I left it there and i told them i would pick it up later. They called me at 11:08 am saying that the car was ready. I told the service advisor that i would pick up the car later in a couple of hours. I was able to get there at around 3 P.M. in a rush because i just wanted to pick up our car and leave. Once they gave me the keys and i got to the car i noticed the keys were not really working because the flashing lights did not go off. When we got into the car we noticed that the car was UNLOCKED and already ON because someone had left it like that. It means that the car had been on for a minimum of 2 to 3 hours.How incompetent can someone who works with cars every day be? It's ridiculous that they provide that kind of service! Now the car might or might not come up with an issue later because of someone that could not press a button for the car to turn off.Even though the main service manager, (which was great, nice and treated us super good) from all the stores came to assist us and tried to make things right by filing up the tank and giving us some mugs and cups. This still demonstrates how much the service team at charlie clark DOES NOT take care of other peoples vehicles. I don't think I'll ever go back to purchase another vehicle from here, it is such a disappointment.

We were interested in a vehicle we saw online and spoke with a saleswoman. Due the language barrier, it was difficult to communicate. However, she did promise to have a sales manager contact us the next day. IT NEVER HAPPENED. We live in AZ and were willing to make the trip to El Paso, but happy we didn't have to make the drive after all. Poor customer service!
