I grew up in Philly and this is the closet I can get to a Philly cheesesteak. There used to be another restaurant in the far East side but they closed down. No matter how many times I come to Freedom Crossing, I probably eat here half of the time. I normally get the small Philly chicken and fries and order a drink. So for the price it is well worth it. Then if you have a STAR card, you save another 10%. If you fill out the survey, you get free fries so I think it is well worth it.

DONT EAT HERE. We decided to stop by the bathrooms before heading to the chick fil a thats in the food court. My husband used the bathroom and while being inside he was horrified in what he saw when he was washing his hands. An employee from this place (Charley's) walked out of the stall and he did NOT WASH HIS HANDS!!!! We followed him back to Charley's and he WENT BACK TO PREPARING FOOD!!!!! WITHOUT GLOVES!!!WTF we were so disgusted... please don't eat here! I wouldn't be surprised if these employees don't do other "things to the food," when no one is watching.

I like coming to Charley's but I Noticed at the Sandwich bar their lettuce was brown. Did not look fresh at all. So make sure you pay attention when you're adding veggies to your sandwich.

I give the new Charley's a 3. The food was really good, and served quick. The food alone would've been at least a 4 or higher. The dining room however is another story. At least 4 employees walked past a full garbage can and 3 of them added to the overflowing pile. Tables are left to be cleaned by the next customer. Ketchup on the tables, fries on the floor, empty French fry containers. If they clean up the restaurant I would give them a higher score, but not until then.

The ladies working today were super sweet! very welcoming when we walked into the door and even helped us place our order:) the food came out super fast and super hot and overall was a 10/10 and I'll definitely be back!

Horrible service! The staff in here is rude and not professional by any means. Poor handling of the food and the manager on duty(unless he wasn't manager) was a joke. Take your business elsewhere!

I'm wondering why such a difference in the meat portions? I ordered one from this restaurant in January and it was loaded with meat, and then we ordered today for the second time and there was hardly any meat. Anyway, everybody loved the food. It was really good. But I'm giving four stars because I'm disappointed that all 4 large cheese steaks were cheated out of meat.
