Chapoteo's water park soft opening event was a little chaotic at times, lots of missing information resulting in long lines, but that's why they're training. We enjoyed the clean water amenities, the mariachi band, and folklorico dancers. Viva summer!

well It was too expensive and the food is false advertising only 12.50 for a slice of pizza but the menu says combo pizza so we thought a box of pizza was that price and we ask too and the guy says it's a box of pizza paid it and got our Oder and it was only 3 slices pizza not good false advertising and I am disabled too so I would not come back they rip off. and they charge 15$ to bring out own ice chest and u can't bring any food or drinks in side so they can really charge u man it's not right i know it's a business but Man U got to be rich to come here sad place will never return false prices on the menu and false advertisement u guys need to make it clear people be aware unless u have a lot of money than come but if ur on a budget than it's not worth it and less rides

The water park was clean and also had plenty of lifeguards on duty which I liked for our daughter. The only thing that was a little ridiculous to me was the expense of the cabanas. 90 dollars for the whole day on weekdays and 110 on weekends. This does also include 10 drink wrist bands but still it is a bit much. Additionally, there are more cabanas then public shaded places to sit. While we were there all but two cabanas were empty. Also outside food is allowed in the parks. So they nickel and dime you for everything. But in last thing I do like is the price of a season pass is only 40 dollars. That also gets you into all four water parks around El Paso.
