Champions Tae Kwon Do

I have been in the fitness business for over forty years...yes, over forty years ago I was a certified cardio kickboxing instructor. I learned then that the body adapts to you physical activity very quickly so you need to change your cardio workout every 90 days. That's what brought me here- I came looking for a great workout and got one. Great instructors and facility. Lots of different classes.

My daughter didn't like the first class, but we decided to keep her in it to help with her self confidence. She had her second class and loved it. They remember every child's name and put attention to each student when its needed.

We absolutely love this place. My kids (4+6) have learned a variety of different skills since joining a couple of months ago. The teachers are amazing, very patient with the little ones, and remember every child's name after just one class. 5 stars and more for this place!!

Awesome !!!! We love this taekwondo gym (both kiddos and parents). They not only teach excellent taekwondo but also respect, discipline, community service. They really care for their students. Can't tell enough good things about it. Very very happy. My kids have been attending champions for two years now.
