Chachi's Mexican Restaurant

I decided to take my sister out for an early dinner. We went in and were greeted with a bubbly hostess who sat us and asked what we wanted to drink and we both got some sweet tea. The place is quaint with murals painted on the walls. My sister ordered the two shrimp taco plate and I ordered the chicken flauta plate. After having some chips and hot salsa, we ate and enjoyed our meal. They were both quite tasty. My sister was overwhelmed with her meal. She couldn't stop talking about it and said it was the most authentic she's had in such a long time and gave it a 10 out of 10. I definitely recommend anyone that comes around Las Cruces NM. give this place a go. We'll definitely be back. I need to try these awesome margaritas I've heard so much about as well. Miguel was our server and he was polite and professional. We also met Raymond and he was a nice gentleman from the family owned restaurant.

Let's start with the food, every item that was ordered during my visit was absolutely delicious and served in pretty large portions. The Chile con Carne burrito plate smothered in green chile sauce is more than enough for two people and it's full of flavor, they don't go easy on the meat, cheese or sauce. The fajitas were also cooked perfectly and they were tender and flavorful. My husband got the combination plate and was satisfied with all the items he chose, and specially the chile relleno, you get to pick three items. The salsas they bring out are very good too, especially the green one. The Monster Margaritas are humongous and come in a variety of flavors, super refreshing and not packed with sugar. I recommend both the Cucumber Margarita, so refreshing and the Mango Margarita, slightly sweet and full of flavor. They do serve beer as well and they have Happy Hour Specials. The service was great, our waitress was attentive and friendly. Our food came out fairly quickly although the restaurant was packed. It's a popular place with the locals and for a good reason. The ambiance is lively and bright. The prices are $10 and up. It's not cheap, but it's worth a visit.

These folks never disappoint, the food is always fresh and delicious, the drinks are cold and refreshing ! There is a reason these guys have been around for a while! If you are looking for amazing food, drinks and service this is your place!

Fantastic service. Authentic New Mexican Cuisine. Fresh, deliciously spicy and Devine Best I've ever had. The brisket is so good It made my knees buckle. The enchiladas are a taste bud flip out. I wish I could eat here every day. The chairs and tables made me feel like I was right at home and grandma was in the kitchen. A wonderful experience. .

During the pandemic I became addicted to ChaChi's with their drive thru menu! ChaChi's has fabulously flavored salsa and food that is on point. I always order the chicken flauta plate with chips and queso and my eating companion loves the burrito supreme with asada meat and smothered in red. Watch out because some burritos are just burritos and not a plate so if you are wanting rice and beans ask for the plate. As a side note I have eaten ChaChi's at least a dozen times and most of the time the order is perfection but sometimes it is not - so always make sure to check your order before you leave. Also, I just found out meals no longer come with complementary chips and salsa it cost $2 for a 4oz and chips (still worth it)! I highly recommend ChaChi's!!! I will be back!!!

Go to where the locals go. Everyone from Cruces knows Chachis is legit. Let's get to the good stuff, here's what I had today:Combo Plate with cheese enchilada and beef Torta. The enchilada was cheesy and yummy. I got green chile which wasn't overpowering with heat but still spicy. The Torta was absolutely delicious. The tortilla they use is fresh and has amazing flavor. The meat and potatoes inside the Torta was seasoned perfectly.Chile con carne burrito: Meat and potato burrito smothered with chile and cheese. What more do you need?Margarita- holy smoke this is huge! I expected a regular size but hey, gotta do what I gotta do. Service- spot on and very attentive. Great job!I'll be coming back for more!

Food was amazing! I only visit New Mexico occasionally and this was a great find. I will go back anytime I am in Las Cruces

I can say this was a fun place to eat with huge portions of food. Good pricing and a relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend to everyone!!

I had an intuition that red and green chile anything across from a tattoo shop was going to be stellar and I was right. The colorful ambience and kind waitstaff was bonus. Highly recommend, it may be the best thing in dusty ole Las Cruces!
