The food was 5 star, good large portion for a very good deal, our waitress brought us the food on time and she did an excellent job. Ambience is great there's paintings of birds on the walls, it's ecstatic. I highly recommend this restaurant

Went here for the first time yesterday and I won't be back. There were several cars in the drive thru so I went inside to order and the staff made it clear that they don't want people doing that. They kept asking me if I had a car and I should wait in my car for my order. I ordered a combo plate (3 item) and a chile relleno burrito with queso for my friend. I was confused about the bill because there was an additional $1.75 that I couldn't account for. I had checked the menu on their website ahead of time and the prices didn't match up with the prices through their online ordering system. Some items were a +/- $0.50 difference but that didn't explain the $1.75 extra on my bill. When the food arrived (over 20 minutes later) I got an itemized receipt and apparently the green chile on my enchiladas was an extra charge. That wasn't indicated on their online ordering system. There was also a 3.5% extra charge for paying with a credit card. This annoyed me because the staff didn't tell me there would be a charge for paying by card. The food was mediocre. My enchiladas had very little cheese in them and the chicken on top was dry and stringy. There was some green chile on them but not much. The chicken flauta was slightly burnt on the outside and dry on the inside. The chile relano was soggy and had the texture of a wet sponge. My friend's burrito was very large and it was smothered with a lot of queso which was nice, but the rellano on the inside was practically nonexistent. Basically a big cheese tortilla with beans.I had left a nice tip but I shouldn't have bothered. I don't know what the other Chachi's locations are like, but if they are anything like this place then I will steer clear of them.(Also, this isn't the first Yelp page for this location. There was another one with more reviews but it disappeared sometime in the past year.)

Coming from CA, we have been on the lookout for some good Mexican cuisine that is quick and easy. We found Chachi's express for the nights we don't feel like having a sit down dinner but still want food that isn't the normal "fast food chain" type and still leaves us content. Service was great as they were patient with us making our decisions from the well-rounded menu that catered to all different diets and palettes. For all the food we ordered (family of 5), the wait time through the drive-thru was about 10 minutes and all items were accounted for, presented well even in the to-go boxes which can get messy especially when working within a certain time frame, and bagged well for our drive home. We are excited to try the sit-down restaurant soon. We loved the red salsa and fought over the canisters for our own meals. Now we know to ask for more.

Went here because the actual restaurant was closed and they were right by each other so we thought why not. Only 2 cars in front of us and we waited 30 minutes after ordering (not exaggerating). We just ordered the steak nachos and a drink. Nachos were $12 and they were decent, but both my boyfriend and I got sick an hour after eating. They came right back up. Unfortunate and disappointing first impression of the famous chachi's.

Workers here never wash there hands. Owner's make there workers pay there coworkers for doing the job there already getting paid for. Management is a joke. I highly recommend you never eat here.
