My disabled Mom, uncle and myself lived there for over 5 years, my uncle got the covid 19 about 10 months ago and I talked to Itzel the manager about giving us a new stove after cooking on one range and also asked for disability impaired wheelchair parking nothing was done, I reported them to the disability commission and out of retaliation my 2 year old puppy got attacked by a pitbull dragging a kid and I used my stun gun out of self defense and afraid of our lives, they gave us a 3 day illegal eviction notice and accused me of attacking the pitbull. They have a very bad reputation of retaliation against anyone who reports them to corporateBeen a victim contact the department of fair and housing ASAPI am submitting 5 lawsuits against them

**BEWARE** Upon move out they charge a whole extra months rent. No matter the reason you will pay an extra months rent, HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMENDMany things are broken, I don't have time to explain them all, communicating with the office via their website appears to be nonexistent. I had to lower the rating due to finding multiple cockroaches in the apartment. This is unacceptable. Do not live here. I have only paid rent once.If you're curious it's also haunted.I was contacted about this review months after writing it, the office was upset with my review and stated that I should have put in a work order for the broken things. The office staff is rude especially compared to my previous apartments in this town. These apartments are run down at best, if you're looking for a fixer up go ahead and put in your application.

By far the worst place I ever stayed. The rent was cheap but so was the complex itself. A lot of broken items in the apartment. The maintenance team there was never keeping up with any work orders. We waited 3 months to get back a deposit after moving. The laundry facilities are terrible, the pool was filthy, and the gym was never built. If you're moving to El Paso DO NOT even consider this place.

This is by far the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. To start off we do the apartment walk through, and what do you know (soggy wet boxers) under the kitchen sink... It was disgusting, and the office man Charles starts to laugh as he removes them... Seriously.. But we have them the benefit of the doubt.. Yet they still disappointed us. The maintenance is horrible. They "band-aid" the problem instead of replacing it or fixing it correctly. We've been here for 7 months and it's one issue after the next. We are so excited our lease is almost up. The office manager was supposed to resolve an issue I came to her personally about... And she said she was going to give me a call back that weekend... A week goes by and I check in with her again.. She says "glad you came in, I forgot".. Absolutely no customer service here.

Maintenance sucks, the staff is rude, and I'll tell anyone and everyone I know here to run as fast as they can. There are much better places here actually worth the money.

Lived here for one month two years ago. Felt the need to come back and write a review because people need to know. There is Mold and their wiring is old so you will be exposed to dangerous levels of EMF. I feel terrible for the families that are unaware and the children and pets who are probably getting sick. This place needs to be demolished. The staff knows too.

Worst place to Live in, especially for the price. My studio in the north was way better. They have a " emergency water shut off " every damn day. Nothing gets fixed here just half assed repairs. can never take a shit without ptsd of not being able go wash my Hands. Long hours at work won't know if I can shower. They'll email you last min or after the fact when they shut off. Maintenance sucks fr. The office sucks they all just suck.
