Staff is friendly! Apartments look great. Can't beat the golf course views. This girl Justine is hilarious, you would be messed up if a golf ball hit you! I've lived there 8 years and never had a golf ball hit me. Staff also takes care of the broken windows if golf balls hit them. Heated pool, and fire pits. Awesome place to get away from everything. Gated community. Couldn't ask for better in Cruces.

I was going to rent from them, signed the lease and they backed out of the lease, a few days before I was suppose to move in. They returned the money I put down, but kept the application fee, even though they were at fault. Of course, if I would have broke the lease I would have been charged. Poor customer service, glad I decided not to move here

I have resided here for approximately 3 years and during that time every time I have requested maintenance, they are generally quick to respond.My issue is with the pool. During the summer months the pool is overrun with non-residents, primarily juveniles and most are consuming alcohol. The word is out that the pool at CASAS DE SOLEDAD IS EASY TO ACCESS. On a holiday weekend it is not uncommon to see large groups partying and monopolizing the pool area. For families who reside here with children this can be intimidating. The staff responsible for maintaining the integrity and safety of the pool area are overrun and understaffed, they need help. They regularly evict non-residents from the pool area but they are not here 24/7. A private security firm or off duty law enforcement officers should be brought in to maintain the security and safety of the pool for ALL RESIDENTS to enjoy. With the rampant underage drinking occurring on the premises civil and criminal liability issues are going to occur.

Don't waste your time. It took a while for me to actually talk to someone about getting a tour to see the place. They were one of the few apartments available when looking. I was trying hard to find a place for my daughter and I so we wouldn't have to stay at a hotel. I filled out an application. Had a hard time getting someone to answer the phone. When someone did pick up, she was rude, but I still submitted the information they were wanting. I tried calling back to check the status and see if I could sign the lease. I was really needing a place to live. I left voicemails and emails and they never got back to me. It seems like they just like getting people's money from the application fees because they don't actually try to help you move in. I gave up of course and was able to find another place and signed a lease within a day of applying!

This place is horrible. They make all kinds of promises to get you to sign a lease only to find they are lies. The apartments are not clean when you move in and they don't fix anything. I asked him five times to fix something and they never did. I left my keys in my apartment to go to pool for several hours. when I came back, maintenance had gone i and locked the door when they left. It was now after hours so I called security. They told me they do not do lockouts and I had to call a locksmith to get into the apartment that they locked me out of. I also paid for a parking space but someone else was always in it and they wouldn't do anything about it. They also gave me mailbox keys that didn't work for my mailbox and told me I had to go to the post office to fix it myself. they lie, give no service, create problems for you and then take your money. DO NOT RENT HERE!

I've been actively attempting to contact this company for inquiries on an apartment. I went there about 4 months ago and had them show me around the property. Since then I've left, no joke, 6 messages on the voicemail (because no one answers the phone), I've stopped by 2 times during my lunch during one visit I waited 30 mins for someone to come back to the office and the second time I was asked to wait because they were handling other clients. I would've made an appointment but no one would call me back. I have also sent in 2 e-mail inquiries about properties the company posted on CraigsList and HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK FROM SOMEONE. Absurd! I obviously was very interested in living here or I wouldn't have invested the time. At this point I would take the advice of the other reviews. The management at this facility is poor.
