I was referred by another Nissan Dealer who did a nationwide search for a part that was on back order everywhere I called and the part supposedly in the manufacturing process. I have had a 2 month search ongoing looking for it. I spoke with Jordan in the parts department. Professional and personable and very courteous. I had the part ordered and paid for and then shipped to another state in less than 15 minutes. Wow! The part arrived within three days. Bravo. My vehicle got fixed and is now road worthy for a 1000 mile drive. THANK YOU Jordan.

Good selection of vehicles but lacks customer service and fails to fulfill promise to customers after sale. No personal touch to each and every customer. Sales department all cares about is their commission. I bought a vehicle here in October of 2022, a used toyota highlander with broken windshield and floors. I was promised for them to be replaced. After following up with my sales person, Marco, I was given the runaround of still trying find a floor mat for my vehicle. I followed up for a few months, still empty promise. It is now March of 2023 and still nothing from them. The same situation with my windshield. I was redirected to the general manager, Hector Solis, but it seems like they are all the same. They fail to fulfill their promise to customers after they made a sale. I will be filing a complaint to their own department because at this point I already gave up on them and I just hope that this do not happen to other people that goes to CASA Nissan to purchase a vehicle.

The sales person was above and beyond, but there was always a but... the car is ready but... the payment went throw but... the down options for a payments are these but... Really not a great experience, I have owned Nissans and they are great cars, Manegment no so great on this dealership!

they abused my 85 year old mother! coerced her to trade in her car, and made her sign a 5 year loan. she's 85! her car title was also on my name, and nobody ever contacted me to approve the trade! this is senior abuse!!!!

This is actually for the whole casa family auto group. Because if it's happening at one it most likely happens at all of them. I have purchased 5 cars with casa, the first 4 at casa ford nothing but kudos for casa until I stepped on the lot at casa Nissan that is. Wanted a used car found what I was looking for. Settled on a van price was told car would be completely detailed all the little white stuff on car removed, and would be ready the next day which it wasn't but I was okay with that. I told them Wednesday would have been fine, but then when my wife and I went too the dealership my salesman Ron Smith wasn't there and no one had no idea about my car took another day for them to bring me the car without tags no contact wasn't ready yet. Being the holidays I was busy at work and just took it the way I got it. After getting contract found out I was charged for over 5500 worth of add ons I never asked for nor wanted. Apparently when I signed the contract on the computer my finance man added stuff never explained any of the charges, probably why they fired him. I got my 3000 dollar unwanted warranty removed but now I wait to find out what the sales manager Luis Acosta will do about the rest. He has been looking into it since a week ago Thursday. I also had casa ford reach out to me as well, so I guess all of the casa family is the same. Buyer beware

Don't believe that 7 day return policy they won't take vehicle back unless it's transmission or engine problems but according to their website it says no questions asked & no where does it say it has to be that. Cowards!

Worst customer service unfortunately. I bought a battery for a Nissan Armada 84 months warranty in 2020. Battery is dead even after continuous charging it slowly. Spoke to luis Torres says I have to bring vehicle in with battery so they can determine battery is no good. I told him battery is dead how do I do that? Makes no sense!? Sorry that's policy. Anyway make matters worse even if I can jump battery to start and risk bringing vehicle to casa Nissan. They will prorate my battery from $275 lol! All of a sudden they upped the price of the battery. I call later and found that a battery cost $220 with core. Talked to operator Bernie? to register a complaint was sent to voicemail. All the five star ratings you see must be employees and family members because these people are sly and conieving. Ended up buying a battery from Costco for $114. With core. These dealerships are nothing but cesspools of thief's.

If you want to buy a used car from this place, DO YOUR HOMEWORK 1ST! Know about other vehicles in the area and know what gap insurance is if financing. Most importantly, ask about the $1,500 accessory charge they will add to the price at the start. Didn't say a word to me about it and had to ask about it. 2 weeks later still haven't received paperwork. Poor, if any, customer service after the sale. Had to initiate all communication multiple times on same issue! If you can but else where, do so. Don't waste your time here. I should have walked away!!!
