I have lived here for awhile and have seen several managers come and go, including the one who was stealing money somehow. The only real problem I've had is the $25 fee per dog over one. I can see no reason to charge me $25 if I want to have a second terrier sized pup. It causes NO interference or issues for the park, such a small dog in a fenced area is NO danger to anyone. Like someone else, I see it as simply stealing people's money. Otherwise, the park is nice, well-kept and quiet. Also, the rent is going up by $35/mo starting in February of this year. Given 190 or so spaces with around 95% occupancy, that amounts to a $6900 raise for the owner. per month, $82,000 for the year. Meanwhile that large an increase totally wipes out MY increase of $43 for the year. OK, so I got an $8 raise thanks to the park owner. Yes, I understand that taxes go up. But we pay our own utilities, So I don't see any need for $82,000/year. I doubt very seriously that this parks tax bill has gone up by $82,000/year.

I have been a tenant in Casa Mobil home for 2 years and although it might seem that this is a short time. I am more than pleased with the change and move I have made. I have encountered great professionalism on behalf of owners with the application process and approval. Property manager, respectful , courteous and always on call and available if we have questions, concerns or if anything needs to get done. Cleanliness and maintenance always a top priority with employees. You always see maintaince employees making sure park is clean, and it is cleaner than others. Party hall available for rent. Washer and dryer availability. Safe gated park, quiet and calm atmosphere, lighted park, cameras on premises, with speed limit for our safety, and childrens. Safety of tenants is an obvious measure we see. Small animals welcomed and we only had to pay a small affordable fee, and that was a big worry for us, since my kids couldn't bare to be without Schmidt our chihuahua, cable. Transition from my previous place to Casa Mobile home park on 6145 quail ave. Has been one of the easiest and non regrettable ones for my family and myself. This is the place to live at!

If you are thinking of moving your mobile home / manufactured home or rent to own mobile homes by Kim Wilkinson owner of Casa Mobil Home Park , 6145 Quail Ave in the Northeast El Paso do not. Kim Wilkinson owner of Casa Mobil Home Park had her new property manager send out a letter to all the tenants advising them if they have animals over 25lbs or more than two animals they will not be able to keep them or they will be evicted. I have lived in this park for over 12 years and have seen many property managers come and go due to the owner's inability to hire property managers that are not trustworthy and have allowed tenants with animal over 25lbs or have more than two animals per trailer now are asked to give up their pets or move. When the tenants call Kim Wilkinson she does not return calls nor meet with tenants who rent the lots to address any of the issues tenants have. Two years ago a similar situation due to a couple of neighbors not getting along. After a tenant speaking with her and calling her out due to her prior statement about a dog the owner was told they could have this large dog. She asked the tenant what should she do because of the chaos of these two neighbors. When Kim Wilkinson asked why she does not allow larger dogs she stated the yards are not big enough, which is completely false. When brought to her attention she then stated because that was the way it was with the prior owner. Tenant replied well can you tell me has there been problems with large dogs and the answer is no, it is the smaller dogs that bite and get out of the yard not the large dogs. Over 2 years larger dogs have been allowed to come into the park until today due to these two neighbors. Kim Wilkinson wants tenants pay 25 dollars for the 2nd animal, keep in mind she does not do anything to improve any of the lots tenants live on; she expects everyone else too. This is stealing from tenants. It is understandable to have a Pet fee for the homes she rents to own. Kim Wilkinson is a horrible person that has no regard for the tenants, animals nor working with tenants concerns nor safety of Casa Mobil Home Park tenants. Casa Mobil Home Park advertises the park is safe, however this is not totally true in the last month there has been several break ins. Find another mobile home park that respects their tenants and animals.
