Casa Medical

I came in to the store to return a knee brace that didn't fit, it was only used to try on. The employee had to ask manager if the item was returnable came back to say it wasn't because the brace was used more than once according to the employee. I don't understand the level of disrespect, because we as a costumer are purchasing a product and wasn't the correct size we should be able to return it, the employee kept saying that it was used more than ones and giving unnecessary attitude, very bad service. The value of the brace was pretty pricy not at all what the quality should be for the price.

I rented two transport wheelchairs to take my elderly mother and aunt on a week-long cruise to Mexico. Casa medical had them waiting for me. Picked them up on a Friday, cruised Saturday to Saturday, returned them on Monday. They charged me a weekly rate of $25 each. Can't beat that price, and the staff was awesome!

The prices are very reasonable! The staff are incredibly helpful! I'm from out of town and it's stressful having family who are not healthy. I've gone into Casa Medical a few times and they just could not be more helpful! But this last visit totally wowed me! Bonnie helped me find specific items and intuitively suggested things that might even be cheaper and much more efficient. She listened carefully and knew just what I needed. She went about her work with such cheerfulness and genuine interest in helping our family in our need to care for our family member. Thank you so much, Bonnie! Thank you Casa Medical! You rock!

Love the people. They are so kind and helpful. They had equipment, when no one else in town did. Whatever your medical needs are, this is the place to be. Thank you guys for everything you do. I love you all.

I would like to express how satisfied we are with the recliner chair that we purchased at Casa Medical. My mom is no longer able to stand on her own and this recliner helps her to stand. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful especially Jacob.
