Be careful of the bait and switch tactics their service department uses. Was quoted a lower price on the phone for an oil change ($66.95) and when I showed up price was all of sudden over $84, and their explanation was that it was plus taxes and fees. I came less than six months ago and performed the same service it was only $66.45 out the door with all fees. I asked for an explanation and I was just passed around from rep to rep all of them with poor customer service skills and no explanation. Natalie the cashier was the rudest of all. I understand prices go up and taxes are a given. But I wouldve liked someone to explain what actually went into the fees and why it went up so much. I am definetly not trying to get a free service or anything I just feel the entire service staff needs to be trained in more effective customer service and not attack a customer with the whole "these are the prices, there is nothing we can do about it" attitude. I would have been happy with a small $2-4 dollar discount which was what i was charged for "shop fees" last time and we did not have to make a scene and escalate it like Nataly the cashier and the rest of the service reps did.

Be careful! It's a sad time when you should have to take photos before and after service or ask for a complete walk around your car to make sure they don't damage anything. I bought my car here and the service was just ok nothing impressive or negative but I took my car in for my first service and afterwards I noted huge multiple cracks in my windshield. I informed the front desk clerk Abi who just acted inconvenience... The manager, Russell Geiger appeared just annoyed too after I had requested multiple times to speak to him from the start. He told me there was no way to determine when I got the crack it appeared to be caused from temperature change but I know for sure it want there prior to bringing in my car. I asked if they had cameras in their service area and he didn't even answer me. Also come to find out there is damage to the windshield wiper right on top of the area. They pulled up the blade when they were inspecting so I really didn't even notice it but it's clear as day in my picture that I took at the dealership and when I get home and reinspected the pictures and the area. They told me it would be under warranty but seriously???? Shouldn't they be taking inventory of the condition of the vehicle to protect the customer and them??? Doesn't make any sense! What a headache and to be made to feel like I was lying about it or I am just plain stupid is not right. They need to take responsibility!

If I could give it a zero star I would. Was referred to kia by poe toyota they sent me with my extended warranty to get further diagnosed. I disclosed all the information that was given to me by poe toyota also informed them that my car was not stopping when brakes were pressed informed brenda that my brother also tried the car and we believed it had something to do with the anti lock. Told Brenda that poe toyota had said something about fluid being contaminated and was told by Brenda that the car would not do that even if that was the case. I said ok I understood it might also not be covered I explained I just wanted to get it check good since I nearly got into what would if been a fatal accident with my 3 and 5 yr old in the car for this reason. I left today I get a call in the am from Brenda stated that it was just the rotors and back brakes it was gonna be around 600 plus tax, before I agreed I said I would call my brother. My brother then said he would go and get in the car with the tech so he could see what the car was doing. As soon as my brother got there he was told by Brenda when he told her it was not checked correctly that he wasn't going to know more than her tech of many years.. my brother got in the car went up to 50 and stepped on the breaks the car did exactly what we told them it did the tech then told my brother oh yes sir it is doing that let us check it again... to this point my brother leaves I then call brenda which to this she is still stating it's the rotor but they will further check because the way my brother drove it was not every day use... mmmm hello we live in ep people in the freeway drive over 60 all the time and slam their breaks suddenly causing people behind them to have to break as well sooo that was incorrect. My brother then calls and ask for the manager which I recorded all these calls he is rude from the beginning trying to tell My brother that it's whoever changed my breaks and that we did not disclosed the information from poe toyota which is a lie cause if they look back in their cameras they can see and hear brenda where I tell her what they said about the fluids, where I tell her that the car was doing this even before the breaks got done.. where I tell her my brother drove it and we belive its the abs system (anti lock system) "check ur cameras jose manager before u talk".. my brother got them to admit the rotors had nothing to do with the abs system malfunction.. and told them that it was NEGLIGENCE!!! What they did to call me to and say it's just ur rotors and breaks (which I then told Brenda are u sure if I fix that the same thing of the car not stopping won't happen again cause I drive with my little girls .. and she said no mam that won't happen again.. in my recorded call) my brother told him we needed to fix the serious problem and just to give us a fair price.. manager just said ok. Jose again calls me later I again recorded the call tells me it's gonna be over 8,000 to fix the car again tells the contaminated fluids which the only ones that have touched the cars fluids have been casa kia it is where my car has gotten serviced for oil changes... And i have the report of mechanic that changed the breaks where all he did was change the pads the car had enough break fluid he did not need to add anymore I was also sitting right next to him in his shop he let's his customers see what he is doing... I then tell him that is ridiculous that the first time they call all they say is rotors and breaks and how I could of killed myself and my little girls if my brother hadn't stop by to show them... he then says well good thing your brother came... ( I was in shock a manager would speak to their customers this way specially with the severity of their NEGLIGENCE in first place) I stated i wasnt going to pay the 160 diagnosis fee and ended the call. Not once did they apologize or tried to make it right. Instead they all had a really bad attitude and zero customer service.. IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE AND YOUR FAMILIES LIFE DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO GET SERVICED HERE!!!

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a dealership for service by far. My vehicle, a 2021 mind you, had a recall that needed to be taken care of. I had made an appointment on a Friday morning to get it checked out. Arriving to my appointment, I ask the advisor, Jose Juarez, what the recall is on and he says that the recall is on the engine. Tests need to be performed and if it fails then the engine would need to be replaced. He then say he would give me a call with an update. The next day I get a call, which I did not answer since I work nights, with a brief message only saying to give him a call back. I call back around 1215 or so and no answer and I could not leave a voicemail since his inbox was full. I proceed to wait to see if I will get a call back and nothing. So, I call back and still nothing. Now its around 1300 and I decide to call the main department only to find out that they are gone for the day after speaking to someone in the sales department. He then transfers me to a secretary at the parts department. She asks for my information and I end up staying on hold for over an hour to be told my car isn't there. I got some kind of update from what she finally was able to find. This was just the beginning to an extremely unprofessional and horrible experience. My vehicle ended up staying at Casa Kia for almost 2 weeks with no updates from my advisor Jose Juarez. I gave them a week to follow up and nothing. At this point I needed a mode of transportation, which wasn't even offered to me despite the situation. Since I could never get a hold of Jose, I finally was able to speak to the parts, Joe no last name since he didn't want to give it to me but gladly gave out his employees full name, ended up being even worse. He was completely indifferent to the situation about me not having a means of transportation to work and despite saying that this would get resolved on Monday, nothing ever got done. I spent those 2 weeks struggling to get rides to work and not getting rest because I had to change my schedule to adapt to whoever was offering me a ride to and from work since, they were the ones doing me a favor. I was finally offered a rental on Tuesday only to be told that my vehicle would be ready Thursday. Jose is now calling me and telling me my car will be ready because the mechanic stayed late and worked on my car to get out to me. My vehicle ends up being ready Wednesday morning, mind you I got the call from Jose on Tuesday around 1700 saying they had just received the part. I show up to pick up my car on Wednesday and they basically handed me papers to sign with no explanation as to what was done to my vehicle. I again had to ask what was done, and still no real explanation was given. I had to look up what exactly was done, because according to Jose, I was getting a new engine and that engine looked far from new. NO decency to update me, NO rental car offering, and NO explanation as to what exactly was done to my vehicle. I would give this place no stars and negative everything on this whole experience. Needless to say, beyond disappointed that I even purchased a vehicle at this place. I am even afraid that the job wasn't done correctly. I plan to exchange my vehicle as soon as I can.

All the departments but the Service Department are great. The service department is incompetent and manipulative as if they tell owners they need something just to get more money from them. We bought a 2020 Kia Sedona in Nov of 2019. Since then, my wife has gone in for her 5K Oil changes like clockwork. They have overinflated the tires and never did a tire rotation or recommended one (we only got 28k out of an 80k tire due to this ). The service manager even tried to insinuate because we have a lot of kids that the weight wore the tires out (only 3 live with us full time). Then, they recommend service on one visit but don't bring it up on the next. They talk to my wife like she is clueless but little do they know she grew up around cars. This service department and its clerks tried to tell us to change our oil every 3k miles with some letter from an owner. Another Kia Dealership knows nothing of this "recommendation" which only states the same thing as the owner's manual of severe driving conditions that do not apply to our driving. We are transferring all of our services to the other Kia dealership. If you want to buy a car from them by all means, go for it and talk to Billy. But, you better get your maintenance done at another location.

2 minutes agoI do not recommend using casa Kia service department! Especially after my experience today. We called in to make an appointment for the oil change as we just bought a car through them, and they offer the first service for free. They told us no need to set up an appointment just drive in. When we arrive at 1230 they tell us they don't have what they need to do an oil change on our car so it will be a 3 hr wait until they will get the "stuff". We waited until almost 4 and they were able to take the car back. We were watching through the service window as the "mechanics" walked around not working on a single car and just chatting with each other, it is now 530pm and they just finished our car. My husband is a mechanic so whenever someone else changes the oil he always checks to make sure the job was done correctly. The oil was completely overflowing by a lot (almost a whole inch over the overflow line.) we went back in and had a mechanic look and he agreed that it was overflowing but that to fix it they would have to drain all the oil and order new oil again wait 3hrs for the new oil and they would "put the same amount of oil in anyway" because they "don't have a measuring tool" ... what automotive shop does not have a measuring tool?! My husband decided the best thing would be to fix it himself. We will never be returning to their service department.

The service in their "service department" was the absolute worst service I have ever experienced! There was no one there when I arrived & waited about a good 20 mins before someone finally came back there. When he did, he couldn't even greet me. I did end up leaving my truck never realizing that they would keep it for almost 2 months! And out of those almost 2 months I received 3 updates!! And not because the service technician reached out, nope, but because I was the one calling them. It was also very difficult trying to get anyone in the service department to pick the phone too! When my truck was Finally ready, the service technician was rude to me. I signed the service doc, he handed me my keys, & that was it. No apologies or explanations offered as to why they kept it for so long. I did end up lodging a complaint with Kia Corporate! When I got in my truck, because it had been there that long, it was filthy dirty! Both on the outside & inside full of dust & dirt. They couldn't even wash it!! Absolutely terrible! I will never get my Kia serviced by this shop again!

I bought my 2019 Kia Stinger at this dealership. I purchased a maintenance package when I purchased this car. I bought this car because of the warranty considering I was driving to Midland Texas a lot. I have lived in Midland for a year and they have honored my booklet every time. I've never paid a penny for my maintenance aside from what is embedded in my car payment. I just moved to Houston Texas and came for an oil change, and now I have to pay full price for my oil change. This dealership says they do not honor the maintain with plan I am paying for. So I called to Casa Kia to work something out and the lady on the phone (Lisa I think was her name) told me there is nothing I can do about it. I am going to be paying for maintenance twice over and there is no way to get a refund! I feel screwed and especially at this point in time with the pandemic I can't afford to be paying twice over for my oil changes... I lost my job and my apartment due to Covid-19. Now I'm paying Kia twice over for oil changes?
