Flautas immersed in a roasted flavor red sauce, oooooh yeah!
Their signature soup with sautéed green onions, bacon, pork and quesadilla. Sorry I forgot the name but oh so delicious.

We have eaten here a number of times - breakfast, lunch and dinner - and everything was fantastic! It is not your normal regional restaurant, but a variation on a number of dishes and some I've never had. I've not had any meals I would consider as mediocre at all - each was unique and delicious. Very clean and good staff. Highly recommended!

Have you been aching to try some authentic Mexican food that is not TexMex? Desiree took care of us in super clean dining room explaining each item on the menu. A sample consommé used for their marinated meat is offered to stir your taste buds, the Jalisco style roasted flavor soft tacos with shredded pork birria style marinade was to die for. Rojas Poblano peppers are awesome! We also had their flautas in a hot volcanic stone bowl called a molcajete. It felt like mini-travel vacation to Jali! I'll be going back!
