Casa De Oro Center

wife went 2 hours without dr ordered oxgen and no meds after being transfered back to the facility. from mountian view( they had several hours notice and a list of the needed meds)the rn hid her phone( only handing it over after the other lady in the room told him she saw him grab it) and somehow managed to melt her phone charger.

They mistreated and abused my grandfather so bad that the VA social worker had to step in and pull him out. They do not honor vets because if that were true mine would not have been beaten up. The entire staff turned their head knowing what was going on. I don't know how they are an "award winning" facility when they can't even get the laundry with the name EMBROIDED back to the right person. Everything my grandma bought him we never saw again he was always in some old clothes that were not his. My grandpa died two months after leaving this hell hole and i am so disappointed he lived the last of his years in such an awful place in the care of awful people. No one deserves that I wouldn't even wish this care on my worst enemy. So a big screw you to casa de oro and the staff. You're all a joke.

My mom had a very short stay here before passing but we had no complaints whatsoever. The administrators could not have been more helpful or efficient which was so appreciated by us after dealing with some other nursing homes in Las Cruces. Many thanks for the care they provided.
