We stopped in to check out a used Terrain that my wife saw online. We walked away a few hours later with a brand new Terrain (straight off the delivery truck) for the same price. The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. What I dislike the most about dealerships in general is a pushy/overbearing sales staff...Casa is exactly the opposite. Our salesman, Albert, was beyond helpful and accommodating in the entire process. The finance manager, Soraya, was super helpful and completely understood our nuances of parenting and teleworking while we completed the paperwork process. The Service Advisor, Daniel gave us a great walkthrough of their facilities and processes.Overall a great vehicle purchasing experience!

Just found out this dealership took advantage of my elderly father (disabled veteran) selling him a used truck with over 62000 miles on it for about $29000. It was worth $19.5k. I understand that dealerships are out to make money. But seriously WTH is wrong with people? Have some morals.

Came here today just shopping around, not pressed or in need of buying, but would if I found the right fit. I dealt with "Aldo". He tried to appear helpful, but was really impatient and not sensitive to what I wanted. They literally parked my car across the lot when I wouldn't accept what they were offering. Very disappointing, but it's cool. If you listen to another consumers opinion...DONT GO HERE!

Good selection of vehicles but lacks customer service and fails to fulfill promise to customers after sale. No personal touch to each and every customer. Sales department all cares about is their commission. I bought a vehicle here in October of 2022, a used toyota highlander with broken windshield and floors. I was promised for them to be replaced. After following up with my sales person, Marco, I was given the runaround of still trying find a floor mat for my vehicle. I followed up for a few months, still empty promise. It is now March of 2023 and still nothing from them. The same situation with my windshield. I was redirected to the general manager, Hector Solis, but it seems like they are all the same. They fail to fulfill their promise to customers after they made a sale. I will be filing a complaint to their own department because at this point I already gave up on them and I just hope that this do not happen to other people that goes to CASA Nissan to purchase a vehicle.

I'm very disappointed in this. When my husband my the appointment they didn't tell him that they were going too have to keep the car. Melissa is horrible. My husband called three times and talked to him the second time too see the status of the car car because she called. She has horrible working ethics and for that she deserves an F. Is this how Buick does customer service? I'm not happy with the dealership they could do better when it comes to customer service. Never had an issue at any other dealership just this one. They overbooked the maintenance guys.

Today February 7th I spent $1309 on new tires for my 2021 GMC Sierra that has only 14566 miles on it. The technician said the 2 right side tires were cracking and reason my tire sensor lighted up. The technician said there was a very strong possibility that one or both tires would blow out at anytime. I have used Martin Tire to purchase tires on the 4 GMC Sierra trucks I've owned (2 of which I still own) I have also purchased tires from Martin Tire for my H2 hummer and for my daughter's chevy so I trust Martin Tire more than casa gmc now. No more business from me .

Nightmare at the very least. As a recently customer who purchased a 2024 terrain back in December, I was coming back to get another deal on a vehicle. Found an elderly relative with cancer willing to help consign for a loan. Directly told the sales manager Jose (JC) and salesman Alejandro I only wanted to work with GECU until they direct us otherwise. When given the documents for the GECU loan, Mark wouldn't accept her social security card because it was faded and old. Come to find out CASA sent our information to GM finance, Ally financial, Bank of America, Chase and more. We did not authorize these credit pulls or sending out information. When told we were denied by GECU I asked the sales manager what did chase decide since they verified her identity. Loan pre approved for 30k from chase. However when trying to continue working the loan with chase since my co applicant was verified by the bank, the Finance manager Mark said he is going to deny my business with all lenders. First off I just bout a car in December, that how you treat a returning customer, accuse them of fraud when coming back for another vehicle? In huge disbelief, and never have been so insulted in my life. GM service request 9-12150209658Definitely spoke to GM immediately after being insulted by mark. It's unfortunate when you have to say something negative at anytime. But CASA BUICK, you really could have done better. You kept my Buick for 2 weeks in service, and charged me my deductible and nothing changed. My backseat still rattles, and in the process of changing my compressor, you damaged my oil sensor. But you don't want to acknowledge it, that's fine. Lastly, you could really try harder to communicate with each other and your customers. Returning phone calls goes a long way. Too bad, you could have had my business, had you just been professional enough.

I was in town for a visit from Wisconsin when my check engine light came on. Knowing that I had a 1,500 mile return trip ahead I was desperate for a diagnosis and solution. Steve in the service department told me to come right in and he and Danny ran a diagnostic check, discovered it was a small matter, and had me back out the door in a timely manner. Great folks!
