Casa Bella and Milton's Place Apartments

Terrible neighborhood, scam artist owner, apartments falling apart. owner overcharged us and refused to give us our money back. Probably the worst apartment experience I've ever had. There are way better places that are affordable such as Villa Sierra, or find a house to rent for similar price and less hassle/better management.

This landlord said I have a fake disability she said I don't see her disability the apartments are trash moldy they repaint Over the mold also they never clean the appartments when you first move in so much dirty tiles n the windows are gross of dust us the washers n dryers don't work very well also the swamp coolers dont work in the summer plan on purchase window airconditioner.

Had a lease with a roommate and my fiancé. Roommate left and landlord wanted to pay a "break lease fee" of my total months rent to alter the lease. Overpriced apartments. ($600 for a one bedroom in 5/10 condition? Seriously?) Noisy neighbors 24/7, kids that ride bikes and scratch your vehicle paint and their parents don't give a damn. The only thing this property has going for it, is the semi/view of the mountains and a small sidewalks distance from Starbucks. Maintenance virtually non-existent. Landlord won't pick up to answer the phone unless you're lining her pockets with cash from all the stupid fucking fees. I was in dire need of a place to stay, but holy hell what a terrible lease.
