Tbh i never write reviews but i come here pretty often since i work down the street and i never really liked carls jr but this location the food is always super fresh and hot the fries are always crispy and hot as well, just enjoy it every time !!!

Okay. Clearly, an update is in order here.4 years ago, I tore this place a new assh*le and rightfully called out the inept staff at the time for their inability to fulfill simple requests via drive thru.A lot has changed since my last review. Well...mostly. Pathetically, Carl's Jr still doesn't have an app with mobile ordering (unless you live in California). In 2020. They don't have mobile ordering. *facepalm*However..My delectation comes mainly from the fact that I have switched from mostly ordering their lunch menu....to mostly ordering their breakfast menu. Breakfast means early mornings. Early mornings means shorter lines. Shorter lines means happier Jay! You get the idea.Now then, what's so great about a breakfast menu at a burger place, you ask? Well, I'll tell ya.It seems they have since offered more options. See, I used to only get the breakfast burger here. And even then, on very rare occasion. Thing is, today I discovered a new, mouthwatering item: the prime rib & egg biscuit.This thing...my GAWD!! This thing will change your freakin' life! I am not joking, you guys! J-..just try it (unless you're not a meat eater, of course).But I'm rambling a bit. The main thing I noticed immediately is the service has gotten much better. I haven't really had any mishaps with orders lately. Yet. *knocks on wood*They also added a prime rib burrito, which I'll MAAAYBE try one day. Dunno if their salsa is the spicy kind or not. But the biggest upgrade I've seen to their menu is...real cracked egg! They now have an option where, if you get the breakfast burger, you can order it with fresh cracked egg (fried) instead of their usual scrambled egg.Anyway, just another selling point. I am now updating my previous review from 2 stars...to 4 savory, cheesy, delicious prime rib & egg biscuit sandwiches out of 5.

Visiting this Carl's Jr location was quite terrible. Stopped by while waiting on someone. The restaurant was empty we were the only ones in the drive thru and took over 15 minutes to get our order. The food tasted terrible. Now that they don't have a indoor playground I will never come back. Absolutely terrible. Slow, bad food, no playground.

Yummy yummy yummy! I haven't read the reviews but I'm a little shocked at the rating. The woman in drive thru was exceptional! Came on 5/19/2018 at noon! Super sweet, personable even through the drive thru. I always get the low carb burger! A must try! Sweet tea is always perfection!!!!

All these bad reviews are strange as I've never had but a pleasant experience with Carl's Jr. It was 10:30pm. Close at 11:00pm. Drive through. Two burgers. One was an Angus Classic with bacon while the other was. Jalapeno Double Burger. Both were fresh and delicious. Prices are a little high, but they are high everywhere. Zero complaints.

Three stars just to be kind. We have been to this location twice and both times there was no one really there. However, we had to pull around both times in the drive thru to the parking lot to wait for our food. We ordered two kids meals at each visit and with hungry kids having to wait 10-15 minutes for it to come out...no thank you. The first time they also forgot the toys/surprises/what makes a kids meal dreamy. The second time only one of my kids got their surprise. That was fun. Overall this location just needs more help and more FAST food.

I went through the drive thru today. I drove around the parking lot first and it was very clean. At the speaker there was a friendly voice that took my order and made sure it was correct. At the window I was greeted by a smile and a young girl. She repeated my order back perfectly. I waited a short time before I was given my drinks and then my food came to follow. I asked the girl her name. Shya. She did an amazing job. This location historically hasn't been the greatest in past experiences. This time it was turned around. Our food was perfect. The fries were piping hot and the entire order was correct. I am very satisfied. I hope this location continues with the outstanding service. I would come here again.

One time I went here and it was good. I would give them a five star rating but they were out of regular size combo and drink so I had to get a large but otherwise it was okay.

WORST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVER!My burger literally mold on it I call no one answered I stopped for lunch and with the short time I don't have to go back nothing can be done now. I did their guest survey hopefully soon they hear from corporate if anyone knows a food inspector send them their way!

Only putting 1 star because it won't let me put 0 me and my family went through the drive through and I guess their system for credit card was down and made us wait for 15 mins and then said they couldn't give us our food and wanted us to wait for them to call their tech and figure out was going on. If it was any other food chain they would've just gave us the food for the inconvenience I don't care about the food but the fact that they wanted us to wait for them to call their tech? Very unprofessional
