I'm not sure how many people work at this office, but the two people that I dealt with were very rude and never replied to my emails or calls in a timely manner. Paula was one of them and the other girl never gave me her name. They would ignore my e-mails for the most part, and when I got someone on the phone, they would cut me off mid-sentence to put me on hold once I made it known that I was waiting on a response from Paula. I usually try not to sound irritated on the phone, as that can cause more delays, but even so, I was answered with an attitude and it always seemed like I was a bother to these people. Definitely not working with this agency again.
