Card My Yard El Paso

Card My Yard El Paso did an excellent job for me and my son and family! They went above and beyond to make my son's 15th birthday extra special. I really wanted my son to have a memorable birthday. He had one alright...it was perfect even during a pandemic. He is a good student and doesn't cause me to get lots of gray hair. My mom told me about Card My Yard and I immediately reached out to them. They promptly responded to me. I contacted them on social media. They told me I could order the sign I wanted and pay online so I did that. They asked me what colors I would like and even what my son was into. He loves video games. A cake I ordered wasn't included in the sign but no biggie at all. They said items may not be available when they go and set it up. It was $70 plus tax. Yes, a bit pricey but so worth it for mijo! I really wanted to have a big party for his 15th birthday but unfortunately that wasn't an option. Hopefully we can have a big party for his 16th. We celebrated the best way we could this year. I highly recommend Card My Yard. They came and put the sign up a day before my son's birthday. This is a nice way to celebrate holidays or someone special in your life. I'm thinking of doing it for my grandmother's birthday in January. She's in the photo with us here. She'll be celebrating 86 years God willing. :)

Spent $105 for the yard sign, which was nicely done; however, the company's customer service leaves much to be desired. We received a text early that morning letting us know the card had been placed. At 8:30 PM, the signage was gone, and we weren't notified that it was being done - which was not only a bit creepy, it violated the terms of the agreement. The FAQs on the website (the only place to view Terms and Conditions) stated that the signage would be removed after 24 hours. When we contacted the company to inquire why no one reached out to let us know of the removal and why the signage was removed prior to the 24 hour window, the owner stated that it isn't their policy to let customers know when they were coming to the house. We were offered the opportunity to take photos over the weekend as compensation, but the owner never responded after we accepted the offer. We waited for my spouse to get home from work so that we could have a family photo with my child in the frame we paid an extra $35 for, but sadly, we have no photos with the birthday girl. Very disappointing for the amount of money we spent.

Card my yard did such an amazing job making my nieces Birthday. With all the difficult circumstances over the last two years "Card my Yard," on the westside has made it easy to put smiles on our families faces to celebrate they're special days and giving us a sense of normalcy. Will definitely continue to use them!

This company is amazing! I wish I could give them more stars. Made my sister's birthdays super special! Great selection to choose from! Will be ordering again soon!
