Got ripped off on parts. I originally went in for an engine job. LOOK UP PARTS BEFORE YOU AGREE. Car has been running hot since March off and on. They still haven't fixed my car.I will be going to a different mechanic shop who won't rip me off and will actually fix my car. Also I will be reporting this shop to the better business bureau ... AND!!! I will be suing them in claims court to get my $3,500 back. I've dealt with rudeness; I see them in the garage area, they barely touch my car and I have recording and hidden cameras from what they've done to my car .. BARELY ANYTHING AT ALL!It's hard to find a trusted mechanic now a days. Of course they will reply with a BS message like they actually care once I post this...

Took my car in to get axel repaired and because we had previously taken our cars to them before the manager kindly waived the full labor cost and only charged us for the cost of the parts. We are very pleased with their service. My husband and I will continue to bring our cars for any repairs. They are always very professional and very efficient. I recommend this car shop for any repairs.

I've been looking for a reliable, trustworthy, affordable mechanic since we moved to town in 2019. After a few visits, I think we found it.I've brought both of my vehicles here for items such as brakes, belts, oil changes, and washer fluid pumps. I have been completely satisfied so far!

So I went for a quote for my truck. My scanner said something about solenoids. The older guy said they can replace the solenoids/ diagnose the transmission to see what the issue is. The next time I came by to schedule to have it towed and dropped off here a younger guy tells me they don't do "spot repairs" because it will "just keep coming back" and a rebuild would be about $3200. Needless to say I went with another business for my solenoids

They gave me an estimate of $1300 to replace transmission and fluids and filters as part of a routine maintenance check. I got an estimate of $500 from the dealer for the same work and of $460 from another local repair shop. Beware of the prices here and get a second or third estimate before you leave your car with them.

I went to get my car inspected earlier today and was told my car couldn't pass because the emergency brake needed to be realigned. I called up Car Fix Auto Repair and Alex told me to come by. They got my car in fast and confirmed my emergency brake was fine. I appreciated their honesty and will be going back to Alex if I ever have any issues. I took my car to a different inspection place and passed without issue.

Traveling across country and my Skoolie had an exhaust issue over thanksgiving holiday. The owner Willie called me back and hooked me up w his team, fixed the exhaust issue and got me back on the road in short order! So appreciative of them I ordered them pizza!!

They didn't put a part on right under my car and tried to blame me. The owners have bad attitudes because they think they right.
