Caprock Apartment Homes

My girlfriend currently lives in these apartments and she can't get out of here faster. During the heavy rains in El Paso, her ceiling began collapsing in and her and her roommate reached out to management and they didn't come by for 3 MONTHS. When they finally did, they looked at the roof, did something for a hour and claimed they fixed it. They didn't do anything inside the apartment and the ceiling looks like it's about to burst and it's over all their electronics and the wood floor is now peeling. They don't want to do anything about. It also appears mold is starting to form as well and they won't do anything. December can't come soon enough so they can be done with their lease and move out.

I needed a temporary apartment (3-4 months) while my new home is being built. My former townhouse sold much quicker than anticipated (a good problem to have) but I had to find some where to live. Caprock Apartments were recommended to me as being reasonably priced for the situation; many month-to-month leases are asking between 1500 and 1700/month on the West Side. The staff here is very friendly and the manager is super accommodating- this made a very stressful situation very easy for me, which I appreciate.They allow pets (within limits). They have two laundry facilities open 24/7, and one of them has machines that take debit/credit cards so you don't have to show up with a tote bag full of change. They also have a pool, fitness center, racquet ball court and sand volleyball.They are remodeling parts of the apartments and mine came with nice new tile in the master bath, nice modern ceiling fans and a newly installed beautiful wood floor in the living room. The kitchen does need some updating but the appliances are great.The main traffic areas and the bathrooms are nice ceramic tile and the bedrooms are carpeted; the closets are very large.The walking paths are well lit all night and the grass is maintained beautifully- my dog loves it! Considering this is a nice sized apartment complex, it is pretty quiet and my neighbors upstairs and next door are pleasant, friendly and private- just the way I love it!The location is wonderful.

Tiny, over-priced little ruts that offer free everything just to get you to sign on the dotted line. Dont do it.Nothing charming or welcoming whatsoever..yuck!

I can confidently say that the management team at Caprock created an extraordinary living experience for me during my time there . They have amazing staff ,exceptional professionalism, prompt maintenance, commitment to community, emphasis on safety and more. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a apartment in EL Paso

I want to truly say these are the worst apartments in regards to customer service and maintenance. Rent is extremely high for no reason and don't get me started on the lack of support. My ceiling was falling apart after the rainy season, which was totally fine just wanted the maintenance team to repair it as there was water all over my belongings and floor. Their solution was to bring buckets for almost five months and nothing else happened. Parking is terrible here as well and don't bother asking to get anything done. If I were the owner my first step would be to get an entire new team because the staff, starting with the manager, is losing business. Very disappointed and sad the way I was treated, should've went to the apartments across the street. DO NOT MOVE HERE SAVE YOUR TIME!

Unbelievable the issues I encountered while living there! Constant water issue, constant vandalism and cats everywhere.. Managment was less than helpful for the issues I encountered. on move out the apart was cleaner than when I moved in, in hopes I would recover my refund, they made up so much extraneous issues, I not only did not get a refund They state I owe them I "Do Not Recommend" them if you value quality living

Very calm and respectful neighbors and the office staff is great! Apartments are priced fairly and they have two pools!

He vivido durante un año en un apartamento para una persona, por motivos laborales me tengo que ir, mi estadia aqui ha sido muy buena, el apartamento es espacioso para ser de una habitacion, tiene todo lo necesario para poder vivir de buena manera. La administradora y en general todo el personal de este conjunto son muy serviciales y amables, resuelven los problemas que pudieran existir de manera rapida. La ubicacion es perfecta cerca de supermercados, bancos y distintas tiendas comerciales. Y el conjunto tiene todo lo que uno necesita piscinas, estacionamiento, cancha de tennis, lavanderia, gym, y siempre se puede ver al personal de mantenimiento trabajando para mantener todo en las mejores condiciones. Lo recomiendo para personas con familia y para quienes tienen que viajar solos como fue en mi caso.

The worst experience I have had in my life. These people are Inhumane and will not think twice about finding every excuse to charge you extra specially at move out. They kept my deposit and are charging an additional 100$ on top of it. It is sad how they treat someone who Renewed with them and never gave them any issues. Please do it fall for their false advertising, it is all PR strategies with no genuine good will.

Had my fridge breakdown overnight and told management first thing in the morning. It took them a few hours to replace which is fine but they didn't replace or reimburse any of my groceries. Definitely a hard place to live if you're a family on a budget.
