Amazing food and service. We dined outside on possibly the windiest days in El Paso and with our puppy. The server was so accommodating and was on the ball for our every request.

New restaurant bar in the Cinci area by UTEP. Unique selection of seafood and Mexican food. Really tasty alcoholic beverages at a reasonable price. Inside decor was really cute and service by the staff was attentive. My friend and I loved the veggie platter. The one minor thing that could have been better is that they forgot to bring salsas for my friend's tacos which is why I rathe my experience a 4.

The vibes were really nice and the place was empty we found bugs on the tables. Sadly, the waiters spoke no english and took 1 hour to bring out the wrong order. Lots of potential but still rookies. We only paid for water. which was bottled.
