Absolutely abhorrent! Our dogs were there for over 5 hours and still hadn't completed all of the services we paid for. If anybody asks for payment before service is rendered, be ware! When we asked for a refund of the services not rendered the owner threatened to call the police. Should have let her because what they did is theft. Theft of our money and refusal to return property (dogs) that are rightfully ours. I don't deny that tempers flared but, a professionally run business would have apologized and offered to make things right. This never happened. We will never be back and, if asked where we take our dogs, we will be sure to tell anybody, avoid this place at all costs.

My parents left their two dogs here overnight for the weekend. The day after they were dropped off, my parents received a call from the staff that one of their dogs had been whining so much that a nearby store called animal control, worried for the dog's safety. The staff asked if there was anything they could do to help the dog, and since my parents aren't used to this behavior from the dog, they tell the staff that if the dog keeps crying, the staff should contact them so that they could have one of their friends pick him up. After the incident, there was no phone calls from the staff. When they picked the dogs up on Monday afternoon, my dad had noticed their dog had a shock collar around his neck. The staff didn't tell my parents about this, nor did they get permission from them to do so.

I wish I could give no stars... 3rd time being there and every single time I've been there they would take 5-6 hours.. this last time I took my pup, they cut her under her armpit and didn't even give us a notice when we picked her up. A few hours past and notice that my pup was bleeding and that's how I found out. I called them up and ask the manager why they didn't give us a notice and she said she had no idea and her employees never mentioned or saw anything.. questioned her, how did they not see that they cut her when she'll automatically bleed???... she could only tell me to go in so they can clean up the wound?.. that is the last time I'm taking them there. please do not take your fur babies here.

Extremely unhappy with service on this day. It was the third time taking our babies to this groomers. I blame myself for not knowing better, but am still angry with the situation. It was a Saturday morning about 10am when I dropped off for a walk in bath and brush for large breed and summer cut for our small breed dog. It was very busy and I should have just rescheduled for the next day. I received a call late that our small breed dog jumped off the table and broke a nail. Their simple fix was to offer me a discount for this incident. They still hadn't finished with the grooming so I had to wait longer to actually see what the problem was. I have over twelve years experience with caged animals and knew things like this happen. I picked up babies and they seemed fine, bandage and all, strangely no pain or limping. Upon getting home they were extremely dehydrated and still dropping the hair dust that is normally cleaned and brushed off before presented to owners. I am mad because they are more worried about quantity of pets that walk through the door, rather than getting a quality job completed for repeat customers. Our pets were there for eight long hours with no water. Their staff was probably tired and just wanted to get services done. I am huge on quality, I don't mind paying for it. I was a walk in, don't be afraid to tell me to schedule an appointment and come back. Don't be afraid to tell me your babies will be locked up for 8hours if you choose to wait your turn. Don't be one of the many groomers in town that care about the bottom line rather than the repeat loyal clientele. I wasn't given an explanation on how this happened, but it seems to me that upon cutting the nail our pet moved and they sliced her nail clean off. To add icing to the cake I was given a ten percent discount ($8) because of the incident. Wouldn't have made a difference in returning but WOW that's what their clientele is worth. Plus as I am walking out they tell me to call Monday (two days later) if anything is wrong. They made no follow up call the next day NOR Monday. This groomer has priorities all mixed up and needs to rethink her business plan. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS GROOMER TO ANYONE

Not a happy customer!! First of all they are not a happy staff. As soon as you walk in they greet you with a "next" Claudia the owner is literally always in a bad mood. She can never have a settled staff, new people every month. This is about the 5th time I take my dogs thinking maybe I'm just paranoid or the shop will do better this time gotta give them a chance but my dogs know it's a torture chamber for them as soon as we walk in to the reception area. They shake and cry and give us a hard time. When we pick them up they are sad buy joyful to see us. They get home scared and terrified. CR always messes up the cuts. Pathetic because the receptionist writes it down on the paper(facepalm) and they over charge us. We get a bath and de-shedding for one of the dogs and they dont even do it. But they are so happy to charge us for it. I have to give it a 1 star just to leave a comment. If these people dont get their act together they will not make it on this block!! Great service! My dogs hair always looks great :) it usually takes a good half a day from the time I drop him off but I usually go on a Saturday when they're the most busy. Nonetheless they always call when he's ready and they give you enough time to pick up. Great place and good customer service

The lobby is beautifully decorated and smelled fresh and clean. The menu of services was posted boldly and professionally. They were very kind to my little old dog. They did an excellent job on her nails and coat. Scout was relaxed and happy when I picked her up. I highly recommend these groomers!

30 mins after picking my dogs up I brushed them for 5 minutes and they had all this hair that wasn't even acknowledged, I had paid their upgraded desheding fee and was reassured by the employee that they are thoroughly brushed before and after bath. Definitely was scammed by their services .

Took Harley today for a wash and de shedding: I picked him up and immediately his behavior was off - we went less then 3 mile and he shit in the back of the truck and when to clean him; he attempted to try to bit me. This is not my buddy normal behavior- after washing him in the front yard he bolted on me and I had to go chase him down. Something has got my German Shepard spooked- I don't know what this place did to my dog. I will be filling a complaint with The BBB
