We had a very similar experience like everyone else on here. We needed a flood certificate for one of our properties. They charged my credit card right away but they were always too busy to send me the survey. The company culture here seems to be to treat all customers as rude as possible. Receptionist said they were too busy to send me the survey and so did the owner. Owner then proceeded to hang up on us.**BEWARE when doing business here**

Called month and a half in advance and could not get service. Was lied to about date to call back, days turned into weeks and led to a month and a half finally was told to look in the internet or yellow pages to look for alternate help. We called in from Austin TX to help us out in El Paso we would not recommend this business to anyone!!!!!! Your business will be unwelcomed ***CONSUMER BEWARE***

Yup some experience as the rest. Bad customer service. The person was rude and not willing to help at all...

Bad bad customer service!! I called asking for a survey and they told me that they didn't have time for me and that they didn't care for my business... very rude and unhelpful left me on hold for a very long time before he came back to tell me that he was not going to help me he should have his license revoked should not be in business hes better off picking up trash along the side of the road where he doesn't have to deal with customer service issues ... he is not customer service oriented ! run run run!! use anybody but this place!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!:(((

I needed a home survey as soon as possible, since I needed it for closing. I had called over 10 other surveyors, as I had read the terrible reviews on Calderon. The Calderon Engineering guys went out of their way to help me out. They had done my survey on this very house 12 years ago; but, since I bought lot next door I needed a totally new survey. They were so helpful & very professional & they did my survey that very afternoon. They are the best!

Very unfriendly place, not even the owner was nice enough to help me. I called at least 10 times and their answer was that they did not have time to help me with my property survey, they were just too busy. Would not recommend even trying to do business with them!

Not a friendly business, flat out told me we are to busy to do any of the work I was asking for (survey)!
