I have known them for a little over a year and their work is always excellent. The Nail Shop is conveniently located off the Mesa exit in The Promenade shopping center. This location is across Walmart Super Center, the movie theatre and restaurants. You can get some grocery shopping done, grab bite to eat and get your nails done all in the same area. The shop is open Monday-Saturday it can get very busy on the weekend so I recommend making an appointment."

"We hadn't been back for quite some time since COVID but we remembered the great service so we went back today. As usual the woman working there(can't recall her name) greeted us with a friendly attitude and got to work right away with our pedicures. (My son came along). My heels needed a lot of work and I had asked her several times to use the scaler(not the sponge) and boy did she did a GREAT job!! The only con was the price... we left paying $85 bucks for my gel pedicure and a 10 min pedicure for my son. Overall a great experience but I wish she didn't charge so much."

"First they are taking Covid precautions in case anyone was wondering, cleaning between each client and insuring clean tools. Destiny did my nails and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM! She took her time and even took my gel polish off from another place, but didn't use the electric file which I hate because it really hurts my nails. Instead she used an acetone warmer and a normal nail file to get it off! This salon is very professional, clean and has such a great personal touch! I love that you can book your appointment online using the Booksy app! Shonique the owner did my eyebrows she's funny and takes her time doing ya brows and totally helps you out with getting those eyebrows to be sisters!! Anyway this is by far the only salon in cruces that is a one stop shop and isn't ridiculously full of people especially on Saturdays! I highly highly recommend coming here for eyebrows nails hair y todo"

"Yes We Did doesn't take appointments for haircuts, so I went in around 4 pm on a Sunday (an hour before close). There were several customers, but I waited less than 5 minutes!I asked for a simple, very slight trim because I wanted to keep my length. This has been my only experience (ever in life) when I didn't have more cut off than I wanted. Fabulous! I also cut my bangs; it was cut little by little so I was comfortable with the length I chose.I had a comfortable experience, I like my haircut, and the price is unbeatable ($9 haircut). I don't have any experiences with getting my hair colored or styled here though. If you're not looking for something very particular, this is a great place to get a trim!"

Let me start by saying the building (inside and out) could have not been more peaceful or beautiful surroundings! We got there a little early and sat outside on the back patio! The sun, mountains were something from a movie. The massage was EXACTLY what a massage should be. Totally focused on each of our problem areas . Just the right pressure... such smooth motions. (My husband slept thru his as it was sooo relaxing) The facial used hypo allergenic My mask was kale, spinach and broccoli (my veggies for the day) LOL my husbands was hops. My mail bed shape is NOT square, I expect the my nails to get shaped to their natural shape. I came in with an oval shape that was done here 3 weeks ago w/ no additional charge. And you don't tell me about the upcharge until I inquired about the bill? That seems deceptive to me. Plus the service normally comes with neck massager and complimentary drink; why do I need to ask for it specifically. Well, my time coming to this salon is officially over."

"I needed a quick hair cut and did not want to spend the 35$ I normally spend. So I took a risk and went in here. Parking was easy and comfortable. I walked in and the girl who greeted me was a little rude or maybe I just didn't hear her first greeting. I eventually got we'll be with you shortly sign in blah blah. So here's a pointer for next time, walk in and sign in and someone will get to you. They do not take appointments! Overall of the interior, the waiting area is okay. You have a view of the products and the stations. Couches. And for anyone ever looking, they carry Johnny B product. I signed in and waited. I was next. A girl greeted me after cleaning up her station. I never caught her name. I sat down and we went right in for it. I described what I wanted done and she complied. I wanted an above the shoulder cut with a little extra length through the front and some layers through the back. Perfect cut. I left with wet hair (which I know is a big mistake) but when I got home and my hair was dry and styled it was perfect. I paid nine dollars. I forgot to show my military ID. But it was a fair price with what I got."

"Came here because my daughter was getting her hair done in the area and I had a few hours to kill. Just so happened to need my nails and feet done, so without Yelping first, I took a chance on Sky. They opened at 10 and I came in 10 minutes afterward. I was seated immediately in the pedicure seats and they began working right away. Finished both mani (dipped with tip) and classic pedi by 11:30. Speaking of the classic pedicure, I definitely should have gotten a massage and hot towel as stated in the description. The lady kept trying to upsell me and I skipped it because I didn't want the top of the line pedicure. Not integral. I didn't fight it much, but made sure they knew before I left that it was not included and should have been. My manicure was done thoroughly too. Started by someone who was in training I believe and finished by someone more experienced. Unfortunately I got knicked with the electric file and it cut the skin some. No bueno. Ugh. Little things like that really shouldn't happen. Gotta be careful with hand sanitizer now!They're not close to home, but overall they are quick and pretty good. I honestly probably would return if I was in the area and needed nails done. We'll see if it happens."

"Regular mani-pedi service, sure you can't go wrong. But for powder dip, turn around. The lady who did my nails, failed to apply the dip base binder prior to the color dip. And to top it off, she topped my nails with clear GEL top coat. Therefore, my nails did NOT last more than a week. At the 2 week mark? The coating just started chipping and peeling off.This salon also charges for everything. $5 for removing the previous color and $5 if you have long nails to shape. That is insane. You're looking at almost $50 for a powder dip nail... with half ass application."

"Definitely needed a pedi/mani and I decided on Heaven Nails and Spa after reading all the great reviews. I called in first to see how long the wait was, and the friendly lady on the phone told me there was no wait to come on in. I arrived at 4pm and she already knew I was the one who called. She told me to sit for a bit while she finished up on the customer she was working on. I wait maybe three minutes or so and she calls me over. She did a great job on my gel manicure which took about 25 minutes. I then proceed to the pedicure chair and sit and wait. And wait. And wait. I waited about 20 minutes until finally I got my pedi started. I got the "regular" pedicure which is the basic one for $26. The employee doing my pedi was also friendly and everyone on the pedi chairs were offered mini water bottles by a different employee. It was 6pm by the time I was done. The place was very clean and the pedicure chairs are very comfortable. The decor is cute. I paid $30 for my gel mani which I though was overpriced since back home i pay $18 for the same thing. Oh well."

"Well.This is my go to nail salon on the west side, I'll admit that - but that's because everywhere else has been worse.When I get the nail techs who actually care, this place is 5 stars. They don't rush, they take their time, they're friendly - but if you don't get them? The techs can be rough, rush your service, and make you feel over all like a burden.This place isn't cheap. It's expensive and "luxury" - so in understanding of that, I expect "luxury" - not paying 70 dollars for a 26 minute pedicure that skipped all of the stuff you're paying for. I normally don't ask or complain but I asked for the scrub and the wax that came with the pedicure I bought and it lasted a total of two minutes. Such a bummer. To pay for such horrible service is so sad. Perhaps, if the manager reads this, have a timer each tech uses. That way it's not feeling like your skimped. Because why would I continue to pay for a more expensive pedicure when the person next to me pays for the cheaper session, but gets a tech who takes the time and is an hour long versus 30 minutes?The environment is super nice, it's beautiful. And honestly - the people who give a care are the reason I go back, but there is a reason all the reviews say the same thing. Hopefully someone takes notice and fixes the problems - or another salon on the west side opens."

"Complimentary wine with your services! That's probably one of the most important parts to point out lol. Mostly because if you don't ask, they won't offer it to you neither and you miss out.So not very often I like to give 2 stars. The reason for this is strictly out of services. Aside from their cheap approach at avoiding all their wine stock from being depleted, the staff is blatantly rude and in your face too about it. They think they mask it well because they speak in Vietnamese and you don't understand them. But they don't realize how their obvious stares and gestures towards you make it obvious. You always feel kind off bossed around too when you need to move your feet or hands for their services. I found that the most pleasant experience is if you have an Americanized employee which was only once for me. I went here to have acrylic nails removed too and the lady was rough. She tried to removed them by force to avoid using the shaving tool but really caused me pain. Even after i made it obvious she hurt me, she didn't seem to mind or gestured any apologies. Instead, she makes her way to the back, speaks to her coworker in Viet, and that other person turns her head to look at me. I served it right back to which she noticed and looked away. Just the worst and rudest.The setting is considerably fancy for a nail bar. When I found out that they give complimentary wine, one employee made the comment that that's the reason their name is Fountain Nail Bar. Coulda fooled me.. and did!"
