I didn't know this location existed, but now that I know it's there I will come back. It lacks some of the ambiance of the location on I-10 but it nice and clean, and the food is yummy."

My daughter had chicken pho and the broth had such a great flavor. I had the shrimp stir fry noodle and I must say it's the best I've ever had. Everyone is friendly and my little one said we will be back! Oh try the mocha smoothie it's so good!"

I ordered the grilled spring rolls, the veggies in it were very fresh and the peanut sauce it comes with is so good. We live on the Eastside and will gladly come all the way out here for this place alone!"

Chan'tel M. "Came here for lunch with my family on Father's Day. It's more of an Asian fusion restaurant serving some Thai and Chinese dishes. It's far from San Diego's cuisine that's for sure!My expectations weren't too high after reading the reviews, but I've been craving Thai and wanted to see for myself. I ordered Pad Thai shrimp and surprisingly it wasn't too bad. Not well enough to cause me to return though. My kids ordered orange chicken dishes and a chicken nugget + fries dish. The kids raves about the orange chicken. They're also big Panda Express fans. The chicken nuggets were comparable to McDonalds and the fries were meh. Hubby ordered chicken fried rice and didn't like it at all. My daughter tried a peach boba drink and liked it. I really wanted to try one of their limeades they had on the menu, but apparently they don't serve limeade. Darn. That really sounded refreshing. We won't be back, but glad we tried it any way."

Samantha B. "Food: Delicious. The spicy beef pho was flavorful and filling, which made for a super cozy meal on a cold day. The egg rolls were crispy, hot, and tasty. The taro boba tea could have been mixed a little better, but was still good. Service: Quick, friendly, helpful, and attentive! No complaints. Ambiance: It's a pretty casual Vietnamese restaurant. They decorated for Christmas, which added to the experience! Side note: this location has plenty of parking so no worries there.Totally recommend if you're looking for some good pho."

Mario L. "So with this cold dreary weather hitting us, it was perfect Pho season and our son recommended this restaurant. We get there and there were a few customers in there. We were promptly greeted and sat. Our server was prompt and took our order for some cold green iced tea, and some shrimp and pork spring rolls as our starter, my wife ordered the Brisket Pho and I ordered the combination Pho. Our food was promptly served and the spring rolls came with some yummy peanut sauce and some chili sauce. They were so good and fresh and crisp and highly recommend them. On to the Pho, my wife ordered the small and I the large and they were perfect for each of us. Came with some bean sprouts, some lime wedges, some fresh basil leaves and some thai chilies. The broth was amazing and the noodles were so good. My wife enjoyed her Pho and mine was nice and spicy just the way I like it. Our was so heart warming and filling but we still ordered some French Flan which was Flan that isn't as sweet as traditional flan we are accustomed to here and there was some ice chips on top of it, interesting but definitely it was good Highly recommend this restaurant if you're a fan of Pho and we will definitely be back."

Even my 7yo son commented several times on how great the broth was. He force-fed himself to finish (so he could get a Boba). Yes! Their Boba House, affiliated with them, is right next door and conjoins their kitchen. Such a great idea! Enjoy!"

Susanna L. "Their food is soooo good and is legit vietnamese food. The owners moved from San Diego, CA and started this restaurant about 20 years ago. I just moved here from Los Angeles, and let tell you, I am so happy that Las Cruces is blessed with this restaurant. I literally transplanted from a part of LA that has a gang load of asian food around me, and this restaurant definitely lives up to making dank ass food back at home. They even have a vegan/vegetarian menu too , which honestly none of their items I have tried so far have disappointed. They always deliver !! Items I recommend here:-chicken with 5 sauces and fried rice (my favorite) -Pork chop with egg, pork skin and rice-vegan vermicelli with soy beef and egg rolls - cafe sua dua (vietnamese drip coffee with condensed milk ) -cant go wrong with their pho, vegan or regular -their fied rice is sooo gooood I literally frequent this place at least once every few weeks. For those of you who don't cook often, this place is such a great restaurant to do takeout for multiple items and saving their food to eat throughout the week"

Eric M. "I tried avocado fries once at the Mesa Street Grill in the airport and was less than impressed. They were bland and greasy with an off texture. However, in my head, I knew this was something that should work. Thankfully, The Curb proved me right. They season the avocados before they're battered. The better was also a fluffy tempura batter. I enjoyed the texture, but would've been okay if it were panko'd for a nice crisp. I also tried the fried Brussels sprouts. It didn't say it on the board, but they are covered in a balsamic sauce. It wasn't bad, but I'd prefer if they got rid of the sauce and used a flavoured salt instead."

We got there and were promptly seated and greeted by Salma, our server. Place wasn't crazy packed and the ambiance was nice. We started with the pork belly Spring rolls and they were delicious, fat and fresh and the peanut sauce was so good. I just added some chili sauce to the peanut sauce and it was perfect. My wife ordered the Chicken Rice Bowl and I ordered the All Meat Pho. My wife's plate arrived and it was a good sized portion and she said it was delicious. My pho arrived and it was a large bowl full of meat and the added bean sprouts, jalapeños and cilantro were just the touch needed. The broth was delicious, clean and very nice. They also offer a delicious Spicy Beef Soup. Also know as the " Bún Bò Huế " this spicy Vietnamese noodle soup is absolutely addictive and one of the best noodle soups in the world. To me the Bun bo hue is where it's at. This homemade soups is a labour of love. This takes time and a little bit of effort, but like any thing that is worth waiting for, this soup is absolutely heartwarming. It was recommended by my Vietnamese nail technician, so I had high hopes that she knew what was up! Upon entering we weren't sure what to do, so I asked and was told we could seat ourselves. So we did lol. It was very busy and took a minute to be noticed, so a sign would have been helpful. The place is clean and gives me cafeteria vibes lol, but I'm not complaining. Everyone there looked as if they were regulars, which is always a good sign of a place with good food. I ordered the Pho as planned (sorry forgot to take a pic!) and it was just right. It's such a great soup to have if feeling under the weather. Bone broth is excellent for health and the fresh ingredients (basil, jalapeños, bean sprouts, and lime) are just what the body needs, not to mention the warmth just gives all the good feels! My husband tried it and said it was good too. Judy B. "Two things... POPCORN CHICKEN AND MILK TEA BOBA!!!I feel like those items are the best things to walk away with and call it a day for lunch. Everything else was subpar at best. I ordered the lunch combo of pho and boba with the meatball and brisket option and original milk tea. I also felt the need to try their beef stew and popcorn chicken of course. All for $30 which wasnt bad. I was hoping to try their summer roll, but they were out of that. I think theyve been open for only a week. The menu was surprisingly extensive for a fast food spot. The fact that they had beef stew and of all things, spicy sate, was a bit much to me for a fast food joint. Plus they somehow can manage multiple rice plates, vermicelli bowls, pho bowls, popcorn chicken and 3 types of spring rolls. I think it showed by how overwhelmed the staff seemed and how difficult it was to get your order. At first our pho and beef stew come out. Theres a self serve condiment station which consisted of thai basil (which is hella surprising!), jalapenos, and cilantro. No bean sprouts tho since apparently they give that to you upon request behind the counter. I go back to wait for the rest of my order and a new bowl for my stew since it was leaking somehow.... plastic bowls for hot soups so go figure. I was also kind of grossed out that the trash recepticle is just a foot away from all the condiments. The healthcare side of me is undeniable lol.About 5ish mins and 2 rude customer encounters later, i finally get my milk tea boba and a popcorn chicken bowl instead of just the chicken option. I pointed out that i ordered that and at first the chef was going to take it back but i realized i paid more for my bowl and said i would keep it.Let me tell you, i was food critiquing this stuff hard! Lol im sorry, but the pho was mediocre and rather expensive for the size bowl given. Hard pass on that. Lots of brisket tho which is arguably why that price. The beef stew was good but i had a couple chunks of beef that were cold!...from the fridge maybe?? Whatever it was, i tried to dip that into the hot soup to make it tolerable. There were rice noodles too which surprised me and a TON of beef chunks! I was protein wasted! Popcorn chicken was really good with its chinese 5 spice but not my favorite. Mediocre as well but still good since its the only place around here that has it at all. The bowl as a whole was good with a fried egg on top and pickled daikon and carrots. I wouldnt want to get my pho fix here nor the beef stew, but one things for sure... that milk tea boba is as close to CA home quality as it can get! Damn it was good. It had that super fresh steeped tea flavor which i havent had since being in CA last and the boba was perfection! Thats about as good as it gets for me, but i will be back for those 2 things always here! So i hope it stays and continues to improve to do so."
