The fact that this venue thinks that running an air conditioner without water is appropriate or even the fact they don't have refrigerated air in the middle of the desert is still mind boggling. Especially for what they charge I would've expected better. Practically the whole party was outside due to the extreme heat inside . Ridiculous and the lady standing outside with a water hose was the icing on the cake ...... save your money and don't book here."

Jenny L. "Xzone East. Took my son a while back around 4pm on a Sunday. Got thoroughly lost each time trying to find the place and of course since it's one way adjacent to the 10 freeway, it's a pain to turn around and try again. To avoid that you want to turn into the narrow lane BEFORE Perches Funeral Homes.Food was a little pricey but I figure that's how they make the majority of their money, water and snacks. At least the CA burrito was filling and pretty good considering the location is a kids play area. The meat wasn't chewy, the tortillas perfectly thin and stretchy. I would have liked more sauce but maybe that's because I'm so used to El Paso food now. I saw a lot of people with cups of a spicy chip like entree, not sure what it was though. Bring your own water and grippy socks if you want to save money. The place was crowded, lots of birthdays and excited kids and bored adults waiting around while their kids played. There's seating scattered around and the areas are manned by staff. They're very nice and try to warn the kids to play gently but are clearly outnumbered. Not a lot of social distancing here. There is a toddler area but I saw some older kids and even adults without toddlers just hanging out there.I heard that they have toddler times during the week and maybe it's calmer then. I've been to these places before for birthday parties pre-Covid and it's one of the cleaner places and more organized than most. It's just the kids are so wild and the parents just watch without intervention that I worry about the ability to get hurt, there's only so much the staff can do. My friend's toddler daughter broke her arm in the trampoline area of a play area like this so I'm very cautious. I ended up walking alongside the perimeter keeping an eye on him and it was a good workout, lol. I definitely like that a place like this exists for kids, it's hard to find indoor activities that are fun and the prices aren't bad at all. I'd come back for a birthday party and definitely would try out the food here, it's not overpriced for the potions. The boy loved it there and keeps asking to come back. They have an American Ninja Style obstacle course complete with ramp and spider jumping wall and he had the best time living out the show. I'll be honest that there were a few speed bumps with the changing of the wedding planners and some details falling through the cracks, but damn did they knock it out of park when push comes to shove and their team made sure the day of was everything we planned since first booking.Grace Gardens is an absolute gorgeous venue and my family was able to secure the 4th of July weekend in 2019 due to a last minute cancellation (granted this last minute cancellation was like 12 months in advance). Their loss, our gain lol.We reserved the grand ballroom which is a perfect blank canvas to transform any occasion to your needs. Everytime I flew into town to go in with my family for updates, etc., they definitely take event planning serious. Here's some things to keep in mind:-You can rent glassware directly from them or bring in your own-You can bring in your own dessert vendors (as long as it's something that they cannot offer)-They have a beautiful room where you can build out your table settings. You can select platings, table clothes, linens, style of chairs, and SO MUCH MORE-They have direct contacts for florals and they'll make sure they're setup for you.-Rent out the patio seating. It serious elevates the mood.- They have some beautiful scenery props you can rent out and utilize. Such as the floating candle wall and white orchid trees.-Hiring bartenders and staff is SO REASONABLE. $100 per bartender for event.-You can supply your own LIQUOR for the bar #WINNINGThe day of logistics and service from the Grace Garden team was outstanding and everything went along so amazing. From the cocktail hour in the reception featuring various horderves and beverages (we were allowed to bring in a string quartet) to the custom gobo we had for our sister and BIL made which they happily placed on the dance floor. The grand ballroom is a dream and seriously the staff throughout the evening was surreal. I highly recommend this venue. Beautiful views, quality service, expert staff, and most importantly the creation of priceless memories.I'm certain I'm missing so much more but just know that they really are a 5 star venue space."

Paige L. "I am not sure where to start for this absolutely incredible experience. My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams at The Copper Fountain on September 18, 2021. When we began looking around for venues, the minute we spoke with John and Ruben, we knew we had found our location. To begin with, John and Ruben are kind, lovely men, who genuinely want to make your event perfect. Honestly, absolutely everything provided exceeded our hopes and expectations. The entire process of planning was so easy. John and Ruben made every effort to accommodate us in every way to make it the most special day for us. They were always quick to respond, making communication simple. All aspects of the contract were clearly explained, and the timeline / due dates were easy to follow. We held our reception in the stunning, tastefully designed intimate and warm hall, as we only had around 50 people. The table settings were gorgeous, the drinks were perfect, and the plated meals and their presentation were outstanding. I love that The Copper Fountain's packages include the linens, plates, silverware, glassware, gratuities, and other fees - we did not have to stress about a thing! For our ceremony, we were married on the patio. During the reception, the staff was amazing and kind to everyone, and treated us like royalty. Our friends and family raved for weeks about how incredible everything was, saying it was the perfect mix of class and unpretentiousness. Even my 10- and 5-year-old nephews raved about the food, and that is saying a lot for picky eaters! I cannot recommend this venue, and all the staff, enough. I wish we could host more events there! A million thanks to John and Ruben for giving us an unbelievable day, and memories we will cherish for a lifetime."

She talks decor, food, cake, Dj, photographer - basically anything you need and everything you didn't think you needed that day - she has it and is on top of it making sure she doesn't skip a beat! She's alway super quick to respond and has a person for every service should you need it! She's got photographers, Djs, bar staff, people who can marry you, catering staff, I mean they've got it all! Your one stop shop for your event! Hector comes into play on your rehearsal and guides you through it all. On the day of the wedding he's super present and hold your hand through the day guiding you during each event (i.e entrance, all the first dances, toasts, wedding traditions he's there). My special day went incredibly smooth and I was so much at ease! The only thing I worried about that day was my feet hurting from all the standing/dancing! Three of us had the Green Chile Cheeseburgers with French fries, and one had the Patty Melt with French fries. Everything was exactly as we expected: very good. The owners have done a great job with the interior, even had a fresh wood smell. Also, impressed by their outside set up: tables, etc., for their outside music events. There is a decent amount of free parking and I really love how they have live music playing on the grounds. The tables are basically a first come, first serve process and they not only sell wine by the bottle but by the glass. What I really ENJOYED about Zin Valle Vineyard was how you can bring in your own food! I saw folks doing third party food deliveries and was blown away by that. It's close to Scenic Drive so you get that same, wonderful view. Scenic Ballroom is also really spacious. At least 200 were in attendance at this wedding. I consider that a decent size. The hall also includes a stage and kitchen area. There's plenty of room for the mariachis and dancing! :) There was a lot of staff on hand. They were all very nice and helpful. Jamie B. "Booking almost a year in advance, we contracted with Dickerson's catering to cater my son's bar mitzvah lunch. The caterers were to provide linens, utensils and plates, and then the following menu:Assorted pastriesFruit displaySandwich tray (egg salad and tuna salad)KugleBagels and salmonJuice water coffeeThis menu is priced at 18.00 per person plus 20% gratuity and tax. On the day of the bar mitzvah, the caterers arrived on time and laid out the food, but what they provided was not what we had contracted for.For 100 people, the caterers provided 35 bagels. The bagels quickly ran out, and that was the end of that. For 100 people, the caterers provided 1 salmon filet that serves 30 people. Again, the salmon ran out right away. There was no fruit display at all.The pastries ran out, and additional baked goods had to be provided from things that were already in the temple kitchen. The big trays of kugel tasted good, but it was clear that they had been cooked long before, since they were greyish-green in color, rather than potato colored with golden brown tops! Most damningly, whereas I would have interpreted "sandwich tray" to mean a tray full of sandwiches, what was provided was a giant bowl of premade tuna salad and a giant bowl of premade egg salad. And by giant, I mean punch-bowl size. Both the tuna and the egg salad were so swimming in mayo that you would have needed a slotted spoon to get some of them onto your plate. These were served alongside pieces of bread, so that people had to make their own extremely sloppy sandwiches. To add insult to injury, the egg salad must have been made of old eggs, because it tasted rubbery. I was REALLY embarrassed at what ended up being served to my guests. My sister thought that the tuna salad was so disgusting and hilarious that she actually took a picture of it with her cellphone. To her credit, Marcie Dickerson was extremely apologetic for the way things turned out; but I don't know why she wasn't personally supervising the event . . . it seems like had she been, none of this would have happened. After the fact she said that she wouldn't charge me. I said that was a bit excessive, since people DID eat, they just ate food that was not at all what was advertised. In any event, you only get one chance to make an impression on someone; and Dickerson's catering made a bad impression, not just on me, but on all the people who came to the event that day. So for anyone considering hiring a caterer, caveat emptor!!"

I drove around to find it and it wasn't that easy to find. There was one sign that told you which way to go in the middle of the honeycomb of streets, and it had a huge bush in front it. But I found it. It was well worth the search as the next few days I tried a few things off the menu. The stuffed peppers were excellent. The nachos were clumped too high but were fine. The Quesadilla was far better than I expected. I really liked that.Later in the week I checked about getting on the driving range. It was allowed if you had a tee time set but I had an injuring that kept me from playing. I reached out to Mike D the Director of Golf and explained the issue. He was great about it. He got it approved for me to go still hit a few balls on the driving range. The range was beautiful by the way. Incredible views and it really felt like the best of Las Cruces vibes. Jay B. "As some of you regular followers of me may know, I've lived in El Paso off and on for the last 18 years (I travel around a lot). I remember coming to Tinseltown back when it was actually still called that. And then...a title was changed, some upgrades were made....and somewhere down the road, this place became awesome sauce! Buuuut...they ain't perfect. Allow me to elaborate.Okay. Let's get the obvious out of the way. Everyone knows the reclining lounge seats are bloody amazing! It's like sitting on a bed of popcorn (okay, probably not as awesome as it sounds, but....j-just go with it, k? okay.). There are PLENTY of screens, plus reserved seating is a thing here. So, you'll never have to concern yourself with breaking your neck being stuck in the front row because you arrived at the movie ten minutes after previews on opening night. But...but....I haven't even gotten to my favorite part yet..This particular movie theatre (yes, that's how I'm spelling it. Come @ me, bruh!) recently upgraded their ticket scanners. So basically, they actually f*cking work now! That's right! No more painstakingly inputting your ticket number by hand that you pre-ordered online ahead of time. I'm sorry, but I just don't feel the folks who thought ahead to mobile order their tickets should be punished for it like they are on the East Montana location. Yep. I'm calling them out because Tinseltown (far as I'm concerned) is everything the East Montana theatre should be, and then some! Seriously, why the eff can't we get some MOTHER FLIPPIN' RECLINING CHAIRS AND FUNCTIONAL SCANNERS in Eas-- *breathes deeply and slowly*... sorry. Hot button issue. Almost lost it there. Anyways..With all this damn near acolyte-level praise, you're probably wondering why I don't grant Tinseltown a perfect score. The answer may shock you, for it's not something a lot of people bother to consider. It's their extended food menu. Not that it's not good, per se. It's fine...for movie theatre food, anyway. But it's also incredibly over saturated in calories. My Gawd!! Literally two thirds of the menu items are easily over a thousand calories! When the Mrs. and I were deciding what to order, we both realized how unhealthy and superfluous the menu here is. The burger meal alone houses 1200 calories! The f*ck?! Even the McDonald's Big Mac meal doesn't have that many calories. And I don't even consider myself a health freak!Despite that glaring shortcoming, Tinseltown remains the gold standard of movie theatres for me and it will always be worth the 15+ minute drive from my house until or unless the East Montana location gets their shit together and starts doing some serious upgrading. Tinseltown, you get 4 plushy reclining lounge chairs that feel like how we imagine sitting on popcorn would seem out of 5."
