"Avoid! This place presents itself as an honest, faith based business; it is not. We bought a truck a month ago and have had it at the mechanics four times. The dealer\owner refuses to help. He has our money so he is done. When I finally was able to shame him into helping all he was willing to do is "have his mechanic look at it" which I pointed out should have happened before he sold any car, but okay take it and look at it. He finally agreed to let us have a loaner since literally we gave him all our money and had no transportation but we heard nothing until he wanted the loaner back a week later and we had to meet him at his convenience. All the lights on the dashboard were on, it vibrates worse at 55mph which was not a problem before, still have oil issues and there was no mechanics report just an auto store receipt with parts he says he replaced? We are saving money to pay a mechanic while we beg for rides. If this sounds like something you would like to live certainly buy a car from this business but if you don't want to cry yourself to sleep every night worried about money please avoid this place."
"My grandfather bought his car here, I was really impressed with the salesman. He didn't try to up-sell him or talk him into any nonsense. He asked what he needed and made an excellent recommendation. While grandfather bought his car, I asked about a new set of tires and not only did I get an excellent quote on tires I got a mini-lesson on types of tires. I went back about a week later for tires and was greeted by name. While replacing my tires they found that my shocks were bad and made a recommendation for replacing them. My car looks and runs great! I am more than satisfied with my service."

"This place has fast talking typical sales people. The salesman is a dishonest person. Be careful when signing papers because you are buying the car as is. Also, be warned he sends inspections to HIS people. Definitely take the vehicle to get an independent inspection. He sold us a car without a working horn, a bubble in the tire, and broken tire sensor, which he replaced but within the first couple of months the vehicle overheated in the middle of traffic on the freeway putting us in a very dangerous situation. We finally had it towed to a chevy service center and they were able to tell us that many of the parts inside of that vehicle had been replaced with cheap after market parts. The water coolant system needed repair and the turbo feed pipe, and multiple hoses needed to be replaced. When I confronted the salesman Jesus he actually told us that we shouldn't have had it towed to the chevy service center using our on onstar account but should have called him instead. Like we would call him at 6am stranded on the freeway instead of using our onstar services. They refused to pay for the damages. We paid OVER market value for the vehicle and still paid out of pockets for repairs. Also, he will ask you on the day of the purchase of the vehicle to leave him a good review BEFORE you've had a chance to see how the vehicle is after purchase. They didn't take seriously the fact that this vehicle I purchased from them had endangered my family on the road. So disappointed because he seemed like a nice person."
"This is dealing with only the service department. I have been going here for years to get my car serviced, John the service manager is always friendly and accommodating. This is the only dealership I reguraly use as I always felt ripped off at any other dealership over my lifetime. Prices are fair and they do what you ask. Normally they give me a new loaner or if it is just an oil change they will shuttle me to my work."
"To spare everyone a long story(1months plus several weeks long). The entire department has an us against them attitude. They(to include the service manager) blame the customer instead of admitting to their own errors. I turned my vehicle in because it was showing a high coolant, check brake light warnings lights on dashboard. Instead of checking the vehicle's engine to see if it was overheating they just replaced the cluster and module controller so it would stop flashing the warning lights, a week later the dashboard was flashing the same warning lights. In the end, the engine needed replacing according to them. When I requested a refund for an unnecessary repair they began to say all kinds of things that were not documented in the paperwork I received when I paid $1,841 for the repair. Needless to say, I never received a refund. I simply paid for my car to be towed back home after they quoted me $16,572.86 to replace the engine for a Fiat 500. I just didn't trust their competence any longer. They returned my car is worse condition, now it doesn't run. Stay clear of this place."

"My wife bought an Atlas in 2019, and we haven't had any significant issues with the car. The dealership runs fairly well for sales. The service department does a good job as well. I have brought the SUV in a few times, and the service was taken care of whether it was brought in or on a scheduled maintenance visit. The waiting area isn't bad. They have drinks and snacks occassionally. The snack area could make some improvements. Overall, everyone is friendly and helpful."
"Last Monday, I took an hour from my work day to test drive a 2017 MDX. I thought the vehicle drove excellent and the salesperson was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and its options. I spent most of the time inspecting the vehicle's interior and asking questions. The vehicle had an MSRP of just over $57K (sticker price) as equipped with the Advance Package, the top-of-the line for the 6-pax SUV. Upon returning from the test drive, I spent some more time with the sales person, asked more questions, and informed him that I had to get back to my office and that I would follow up with him later in the day with further instruction.I found the experience after leaving the dealership to be less than satisfactory. I don't understand why it took five days to receive their offer--and then their best offer was full sticker price. This vehicle is aggressively discounted by other Acura dealers. To the dealership's credit, after reading this review, management has agreed to rethink its pricing strategy on my offer and I'm awaiting another deal sheet."
"Words cannot express how much I love this place and l can honestly say I've never been anywhere quite like it. They have everything from art & apparel to vintage motorcycles and jewelry and despite it all being quite eclectic it all comes together to make a wonderful artistic experience. I actually heard about it because a local ceramics artist was selling her tequila cups there and I had to have one. But what I found was a place that I could spend hours in just admiring everything. And it really feels like they are bringing a unique artist community together under one roof. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and although they only have weekend hours they all can set you up with appointments. This is not a place you are likely to just stumble upon but it's definitely worth go out of your way to visit it."

Went into to fix a flat on my Car and the technician attended us quickly and came back to show us that the tire had no leak and explained that it may have been the valve leaking he repaired the problem and charged us 0 zero ! Awesome job!

I contacted Best Deal Auto Sales about a 2008 Armada on May 2nd. I was needing to get a bigger vehicle since I am pregnant with our 4th child, so I was looking for a third row seating vehicle. I was told there was some trouble with the financing part of the deal because of credit but they were going to talk to the banks on May 3rd since it was around 545 local time. They said they would stay in contact with me. Neither I nor my husband heard from anyone about the status of our application. It wasn't until I reached out again on May 7th around 1130 local time that they responded we were denied. No problem, how about a $500 down payment on top of 2 trade ins. The dealer messaged saying he would run it again. That was around 1200 local time. They mentioned the banks they go through are in Dallas so an hour ahead of us. I reached out around 130 for a status update and didn't hear anything so I called around 315 local time. I was told that my financing on one of the trade in vehicles had not updated since March 31st on the report and that is the main reason we were being denied with our credit score. It was showing too much negative equity. I could have taken care of this on May 3rd but they didn't keep communication with me or my husband where I had to go back to them for answers several times, and now I have to do more leg work to get the information updated so I can get a vehicle. I do NOT recommend wasting time with this company at all.

It's Dec 23. My Tpms and asr light came on and I'm passing through el Paso as I was driving from las Vegas to corpus Christie. Called hoyfox and was lucky enough to get an appointment for 7:30 on the 24th. I advised hoyfox that I was leaving the following day to continue my road trip and although I was told there were no loaner car's they brought my car right in the shop and got it diagnosed and repaired very quickly. Turned out to be a software update, nice! Had Brian working on my car and was impressed at the efficiency and quality of work that was displayed. Workers were polite, curtious, and very friendly. I was very impressed as I know working on holidays can be a drag but these workers made the best of it and made another customer out of me. I will def be recommending hoyfox. Thanks for the quick repair to get me back on the road, happy holidays!

Once again, they didn't disappoint with their terrible customer service in the service department. Car towed Wednesday with an appointment of 2pm. Was told my car would be looked at Thursday, then was told it was on the list for first thing Friday and now the service advisor isn't answering texts and/or calls. Call to talk to the service manager and he tells me "they aren't a doctors office and don't work that way". All I want is simply some customer service and communication. All I got was rudeness and excuses! Why is the the only authorized Fiat service in El Paso?

Worst place to buy a car, This place sold my mom a lemon she didn't even have it for a year and the gear messed up on her it's been getting work on for 2 months already and she has paid $1200 for the repair out Of her own pocket and it still keeps doing to same thing we called them and they keep giving us the run around but it's ok I told my mom about the Lemon law they have in El Paso and if anything take them to court.

We were car shopping for my mom's dream car, an Atlas. We started this car shopping phase in November. We took home a gray VW Atlas SEL. She didn't want it, because she didn't like the price due to inflation. Finally, we got a red VW Atlas SE w/Technology, and the sales guy, was super nice! If you're shopping for any type of car, I recommend going to Rudolph Volkswagen because everybody there is super nice!

I just noticed the "business photo" is me... so they get some extra gold stars just for that.. but 2.... this was my first time ever buying a car brand new, and this place made it breezy AND enjoyable! Now - Bear with me.. I get to the point eventually!Stopped in here as the last place on the agenda for the first day of new car buying. I had already been to a couple of places to shop around and found some stuff I liked (loved.. just didn't buy because I refuse to be an "impulse buyer")... well right off the bat these dudes were your normal car-salesman-eager types (as soon as you drive up, they're right there with you)... but by the end of the car shopping day I didn't care and was ready to cut the crap. No more "I'm just looking"... so my RBF kicked in and I said "I like XYZ.. with XYZ included... blah blah... super specific.. impress me because I know nothing about Mazda I'm just here as a courtesy to YOU.." (Obviously that's word-for-word.. duh).. So Saul (he was great.. and Hector, too, later on) gave me a very sales-pitchy version of "I have just what you're looking for.. blah.. blah.. blah".... welp.. my RBF was very skeptical... but was pleasantly surprised that HE ACTUALLY DID!... He didn't lead me to the highest priced, best selling piece of fiberglass on wheels.... he gave me EXACTLY WHAT I was looking for... albeit... out of budBut... we got down to my budget.. and RBF was tired and just not sold... so they let me take it (not just for the night, but) for the entire weekend to see what I thought.. Not gonna lie.. this car is nothing special (yes it is.. to me! I LOVE IT).. it's a Smurfette-Blue Mazda CX 3 Touring..So I drove it for the weekend... brought it back in with the intention to NOT get it... just had some minor issues... the style...the "add ons" (again, after seeing the competitors at multiple dealerships AND doing extensive research.. I knew WHAT I should get AND HOW MUCH I should pay)....the color (Okay Ill be honest.. this was my ONLY issue with it...SMURFETTE BLUE _ her name is now Smurfette..) ........... but dude.. after working with Saul And Hector And Elizabeth (the manager).. they came out to a price that made us ALL happy. And now I get a decent price at 0% interest.. unlimited car washes for a year... oil changes.. routine services... so much Stuff!AND.. as if THAT wasn't enough (Obviously, yes I Bought the car!).. what actually led me to this review.... they called to ask about my experience.. and dude.. I had a MILLION questions that I didn't think to ask when buying and stopping back in quickly and what not... this kid (who was just supposed to ask how I enjoyed my car buying experience) went completely OUT OF HIS WAY.. to not just talk to some salesmen to get some answers to basic questions.. but fully researched all that comes with an APP on my phone. So yeah.. let's just say I'm a happy camper"
"Truck was a total lemon. Wiring inside of the dash was totally shot. One rain and it was done. Spent a few thousand trying to fix my purchase within a week of purchase. Found out days later the truck was from a potash mine and was basically worthless. These guys are crooks. Watch out. Truck was supposed to come with a warranty and new radio. Neither of which barrio followed through on. Go to a reputable dealer who will be honest with you and fair. Ill never buy another vehicle from a mom and pop shop again. Go to the dealer. "Saw a truck online listed for $18,995, talked to the guy for a few days inquiring about the truck. Then when I was ready to see the truck, I called the dealer and asked if it was still available and they said it is and quoted me a price of almost 25k, and I asked why it was that much and then they say it's because it has bigger tires and nicer wheels. I said ok and messaged the guy I have been talking to right away, asking about the price. He then said the car has been sold at the asking price. I then asked him why the guy on the phone let me know that and why the price online ad was different then the price on the phone. He went on to say it was a error and that he doesn't need to justify anything to me. And then went on to say I should have better finances (doesn't even know my credit/finances) and calling me a woman. Need less to say... if I could give the store any less stars than one, I would in a heartbeat. Never would recommend this place to anyone since you WILL get ripped off."
"Not sure were to begin but we been trying to buy a preowned. It tooked them a week to let us know that it wasnt ready. They just keep saying it will be ready that day and we go and end up saying something is wrong or that they need more time its been the third time we been there and keep wasting our time. "Every time we want to buy a used car we go here first. We have bought one car here and will buy more from them in the future. Carfax is listed on window and price is usually below that. The cars are clean and mechanics have reviewed them. It feels weird to say I trust any used car dealership but I trust them. They also have a car buying service where they will hunt down what you want and have it shipped. They will also sell your car on consignment. No hassle car buying the way it should be"
