"Making my way back to Texas from Arizona my car died. Eric was very accommodating when I called and promptly sent a Tow Truck to get me and my car. I was going to get a hotel close to to where I broke down. I'm glad that the Driver Robert recommended a better area stay for me and my Lexus to stay in until we can get it repaired. Thank You, I would highly recommend for roadside assistance."
"I have been a AAA member for over twenty years. Best is one of the primary towing Contractor's for AAA in El Paso. Over the past ten years Best has come to give me a "hot shot" several times on hyper cold days. I have always found their personnel to be polite and professional. Last week my car "died" on Border Highway. A cooling hose broke and steam was everywhere. We pulled over and called AAA at 11:15 a.m. Through a variety of errors we were on the phone with AAA customer service at 1:00. We still had no tow truck. It was 91 degrees. Apparently the El Paso Police commandeered the tow truck originally sent to help us to remove a car from a crash blocking traffic. At 1:20 we spoke with AAA. A Best tow truck was coming to assist us; yet it was a half hour away At 1:50 our Best Tow Truck pulled up. Robert was the driver and he was truly our "knight in shining armor". He had been dispatched from Horizon City yet made it to Border Highway near downtown in less than a half hour. We were returning from a Hospital in Juarez where my wife had lab tests which required fasting. Between the bridge wait time and the breakdown; my wife had not eaten in 17 hours I had concerns about my wife possibly passing out in route to the mechanics shop. Robert had both bottled water and donuts which he offered immediately (Before I could ask if we could stop at a convenience store in route) Talk about "going the extra mile"Robert could not have been more helpful. He assisted my wife into the air conditioned cab and went about hooking up our car. I have an older car and Robert cared for it as if it was a brand new Mercedes. He worked quickly yet double checked everything. Most of us will only meet perhaps a half dozen people in our lifetime who have the customer service skills of Robert. No with towing you normally don't think of "customer service"; yet when it really counts; we are blessed that there are towing firms like Best and tow truck drivers like Robert who will come to our assistance. If you need a tow and you are not in AAA: Best would be the only tow firm in El Paso I would ever consider"
"Slid off the road and was stuck at a angle that could have resulted in the vehicle rolling down the embankment. A1 brought equipment and personnel that were able to get vehicle back on road with no damage to vehicle and in the dark! Thanks guys."
"Darrell arrived to the scene of my collision in an extremely timely manner. He was super flexible with where I needed my car to be taken and was very kind."
"Amazing, professional service. Had my car break down on the other side (west side, i live on the east side) of town. Unit 56 comes to the rescue and brightens my horrible day with personal freindly service at a great price! There's good people out there!"
"I can't say enough about the guys in this shop! We were traveling from Indiana on a 5 week trip across the country in our RV. When we got to El Paso our fuel pump went out and left us stranded in extreme heat with our 11 year old daughter and two dogs. We didn't know the area AT ALL and chose a tow service at random. Calling these guys was the BEST decision we made! Nate was more than helpful and even took my husband to secure a rental vehicle before towing our rig. He came back, had my daughter, dogs and I load up in his truck where it was cool, hooked up and off we went. They did all the repairs-because more than the fuel pump was wrong-and got us back on our vacation! It took a couple of days but the work was done right and done fair! First class operation!"
"Don't even bother with this towing service. They don't accept anything but cash and overcharge. They don't notify customers of the cash only option until your vehicle is at its destination and ready to be dropped off. Then if you can't come up with the cash they charge you for a second Towing and take the vehicle to their storage facility and charge you storage."
"My car broke down in the Dunkin Donuts parking lot when I went to get some coffee on my way to work. My husband wasn't able to figure out what the problem was and we needed to have the car town to our house nearby. I looked up towing companies and called them down the line. This was the 3rd one I tried and they answered immediately. I explained where the car was, guy came really quickly and towed my car to the house. I ended up being a little late to work but it wasn't too bad. Last time I had my car towed I had to wait 2.5 hours for the guy. When they say ASAP, they mean ASAP.He set up an appointment before he left for the next morning to tow the car to the dealership. Next morning he was there early and ready to go. I grabbed a card when I hitched a ride to the dealership with the car and keep it in my wallet. Price was very reasonable, and honestly they were so timely I wasn't too worried about the cost."
"My car died in the middle of the night in Arizona. I was stuck and AAA said that they were coming but they never did. I got in contact with Badlands towing and they sent a flatbed tow truck to my location. Their driver, Keegan went above and beyond the call. My car is a new Tesla and Keegan was gentle, efficient and professional. When we arrived at the location he even gave me some suggestions about how to recharge the battery. Awesome company and I am using them again to tow the car to Tucson."
"I can't admit to having a lot of experience with towing companies, but working ASAP was the perfect experience. I needed to have my car towed to a deealership service department so I called and scheduled a towing appointment. They showed up early to the appointment, were incredibly friendly, and the price was very reasonable. Couldn't have been any smoother."

With all of the construction going on the West side of El Paso my car broke down right after the barriers on the entrance ram of Sunland Park to I-10. I was able to pull over so the car was totally not blocking traffic. I asked that the car be towed to my house off of Chermont. The cost was $65.00. Is this normal? Am I paying more because of the construction. The car was a Hyundai Accent not a big car. The call to the towing was around 1:30 p.m. but it did not get to the house until after 4:00 p.m. Not very happy with the service.

When you are stranded on I10 with a monsoon storm barreling down, the lights of the wrecker are a welcome sight. There was a wait, but they were coming from 50 miles away. The incident that put me there was harrowing, and i was shaken. Tray bought me a soda when he filled up in the next town to take me the 80 miles to Las Cruces. He was so very kind. He had no problem with the dog. He played music he thought this 65 yo woman would like/know. We talked this and that, and laughed a bit. i could relax and finally felt safe. We were able to drop the car at the dealer before the lot closed which was a concern due to the time. They are professional, and Tray is an asset. He flipped my day: part comedian, part psychologist, and "bad to the bone". hahaha. thanks so much.

My insurance company utilized this company for roadside assistance. Waited patiently 3 hours from their estimated arrival time. Still nothing, so contacted my insurance company several times and also tried contacting this insurance company. Interestingly enough, when I called the company directly ended up getting hung up on. Really shows the professionalism of this company. So I called back my insurance company and had then go with the competition where I immediately got a call back from a competitor and am waiting on their arrival. Don't use this company whatsoever unless you like getting the run around and sad to say that they messed up an insurance company's work order.

I called and asked for help putting on a spare, but when the driver, Sergio, arrived, he insisted on towing it. I get reimbursed through insurance so I went along with it. He immediately got on his cell phone while driving and never put on a seatbelt so I had to listen to the warning beeps the entire drive. He got off the phone and said "you're paying cash, right?". I told him I did not have cash on me. He pulled over at the next 7/11 and wanted me to take cash out! Totally sketchy rude service. Never again!

Most unprofessional company I've had to deal with. My co-worker and I were at work when this company was called to tow our vehicles. After they were told we were allowed to be there and showed them our parking passes, they still insisted on charging a drop fee even though MY vehicle wasn't even hooked up. My boss, being the nice guy that he is, paid for the drop fee so we could get back to work. Most unethical towing company around. Beware!!!

"Do you like going almost a month without your car? Do you like it when they tell you your car will be ready Friday then you call Friday and they say, "nope, Tuesday" then repeat that Tuesday? Do you enjoy being told "we'll call you with an update" then never receive a call? No? Then take your car somewhere else."
"I requested roadside service at 2am through AAA. Apex came quicker than any other towing company sent by AAA in my experience. The driver was over the top professional, friendly, got us on the move in less than 15min. Extremely happy and pleased with this service provider"
"Big Dave is an utter and complete condescending, rude, sarcastic, A**HOLE. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with this wrecker service. The reviews don't lie.I will say his attitude changed further along into the interaction but not enough for me to ever give them another dime for anything. His employees are sweethearts and took care of me especially the older veteran. They also brought food for those of us that were stuck. For the I'll give two stars"
"Great Ford Dealership. I broke down just East of the New Mexican border. I had a tow truck take me to this Dealership after hours where we dropped off my car. They were the closest Dealership. The next morning I went to the Dealership and they were able to fit me in and diagnose the problem. My engine was blown. Fortunately there were 24 miles left on my warranty. Anyhow, great treatment by everyone here, including Ed is sales who took the time to personally get me to the Greyhound Station. Thank you Ed!"
"Jerrod was great. I took my 4runner in to get mud flaps installed, put window decals on, changed my oil and he also took care of my well well covers. Great one stop shop! Highly recommended!!!!"
"Husband's radiator busted while driving back from Arkansas. He managed to make to this place. Mechanic takes him about 8 miles away to a motel, telling him be picked up tomorrow at 11, and truck will be ready by noon. Well nobody came for him, he arrived to truck taken apart, not even being worked on. My husband is already angry, then owner quotes $120 an hour, after he had been told $95 an hour for six hours. Needless to say truck was towed elsewhere."
"I've used this towing service several times, the price is very reasonable, the service is fast and professional. I would recommend to use this service every time, I keep the phone number in my contacts."
"Very helpful and flexible company when I blew a tire. I used our insurance roadside assistance and was assigned one of the only towing/tire companies that would drive the 70 miles to help me. I later discovered the dispatcher on the insurance end told Balmorhea that I needed gas. Thankfully Balmorhea came prepared for all issues and with a little creative use of various jacks, was able to get me back on the road later that night. So grateful that they are willing to drive such a far distance to get stranded motorists to safety."
"Requested a tow for 1 mile and was charged $364. Had to wait for close to 2 hours. The company had poor communication skills. They did communicate an estimated eta. The price was not revealed until it was already moved. Their advertisement stated as low as 100 bucks. The driver couldn't speak English and he didn't offer or provide a translator. It is not his fault for not speaking my language. The driver didn't provide information about the cost either. communication was poor in regards to final payment. However, he did an excellent job loading the vehicle and unloaded it into a tight area."
"An unfortunate incident caused us to use the services of Nuttall's Towing and Doni (the owner's wife) couldn't have been more friendly and useful. She answered all my questions and gave me great directions for finding them once I reached Safford. The price was beyond reasonable for towing and impound and when I arrived close to midnight her husband and owner was helpful and didn't even charge the extra fee for after business hours vehicle retrieval. Huge bonus was that the truck that had to be towed was full of some very expensive equipment and the owner made sure that the truck was well protected and stored in the back to keep the equipment safe. I am VERY appreciative of their customer service and friendly demeanor."
"If I could give more stars, I would! AMAZING service! We were driving a super heavy box truck cross country when we blew a tire on the I-10. We found this place online & spoke with the owner Tom (who was incredibly nice & helpful) and immediately dispatched Chris out to our location. Once he got here, Chris went above & beyond! He did absolutely everything he could think to help fix the blown tire. In the end, the poor guy ended up having to go back to his shop to get 2 more jacks & then come back but he NEVER once was rude. Chris handled everything so professionally & provided us with such amazing customer service. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!"
"I keep forgetting to write my review! On Easter Sunday we had a blow out on the Border Highway. The truck had a spare, but it was a pain in the ass to remove, as it was attached underneath the bed of the vehicle! After 20 minutes of trying and no luck, I turn around and here comes a wrecker from this company! He was a God send, he stopped and helped us! He knew where the tools were at to remove the spare, and we didn't know there were tools in the truck to do that! Within 20 minutes he did everything! I wish I knew his name, his uniform just said "The Kid." Well The Kid only charged us what we had and we only had 12 dollars on us! That was so sweet of him!"
"Very rude owner. I twisted my ankle walking through uneven gravel on a pipe sticking out of the ground. to his shack of and office. When I told him I was hurt he started screaming at me to call an ambulance is I was injured. I said no I will go to my own doctor. He continued to scream at me to call an ambulance. I finally had to tell him I know my rights and I can choose what medical care I get. He still yelled at me mocking me for limping as my son and I walked out of the office."
"My tire blew out on me on the free way, completely shredded. Insurance quoted me double with a triple wait time. I called King's and they were out so quickly. My driver got the car loaded up quickly and safely to get us off the overpass as soon as possible"
