"Went in to get my routers and brake pads replaced. Staff was friendly. Wait time was two hours. Worth it."
"My visit at "The Auto Clinic" was mega positive! I did a zipcode search on texas.gov site and this shop's name came up as a place where to get my vehicle state inspection. The shop is located on Far North Dyer Street and based on its outside look and Address I was suspicious but as soon as I arrived I changed my mind. I was immediately and cordially greeted by Kody a Badass knowledgeable Veteran. The inside if the shop is absolutely awesome, if you are into cars and you intrigued by my review then you must visit. The state and emissions inspection was $18 (Feb 2020) They also do all kinds of different services, they offer military discount and 10% discount with coupon."
"I had a bad thermostat on a road trip. Kristen got me in right away and Jeremy did the job in a couple hours. Happy to get back on the road. Prices were about normal for these days."
"Regular customer, have never been disappointed. Quick efficient service. Locally owned and operated."
"These guys are pretty good and one of the three shops i use depending on what I am looking at having done. I've had them do exhaust, intake, electric trouble shooting next up is some coilovers. Usually I can just bring the vehicle right in and they have given me a ride home to bring back my old wheels since they wouldn't fit in my car. They are open from 8-6 M-F and 8-4 Sat-Sun."
"Brand new Cadillac. And I've had to bring it in multiple times for warranty work. Sunroof creaking. Rear axle message. I'm back for both of these again. Why can't they be fixed the first time. Now the rear driver side seatbelt is broken. To top it all off, there are no loaner cars anymore. What am I supposed to do? This is unacceptable."
"What an adventure, we had a tire blow at the junction of I-10 and I-20. We called them at noon and they said they are 45 miles away, they had our tire and would be there in an hour. After 1.5 hours we called to find out what time they would be getting there. Their response was we are on the way and will be there shortly. Another half an hour goes by and I call again, they tell me they are now 26 miles away. They finally show after 2.5 hours, they commence to take the bad tire off the rim and put the good tire on the rim. They try to start their air compressor, it doesn't start and they look at us and ask us if we have any gas in our truck. They didn't have any fuel in their compressor, are you kidding me!!! So they say that their is a gas station about 3 miles away, they will go there and get some gas. They are gone for at least 45 mins before we call to find out what is going on. Had a problem with the tire we had to take off and put the other tire on. So finally after over 3.5 hours they put the tire on and we are on our way. This is just my experience and I would not call them again!!!!Here is an update on the $280 tire that they provided us(it was $318 but they didn't take a credit card so that's all the cash we had) We drove into El Paso and parked our trailer, the next morning we got to the trailer and the tire they gave us was flat. We went to a tire shop to get air and the tire shop said that this tire is no good and we ended up having to buy another tire. That's my experience with this company, I would never use these crooks again!!"
"We dropped off our car on Tuesday, and the service manager told us that they were soooo busy, it could take 3-4 weeks before we could have our car returned! Well, low and behold, we are here after TWO DAYS, to pick up our car! We live this place. They always take care of our car, and offer the best dealership service in the southwest!"
"This place is a steel brown dwelling located at the end of the block (opposite side of the street from Oyo hotel but close proximity)I got AMAZING customer service here! First of all the Lady I spoke with was patient with my numerous calls. When I arrived she explained everything & even put my car up on the lift! The price for my oil change was a steal. Even though the shop was busy - they managed to work as a team to move things along nicely. Even if they had not, I felt completely taken care of. I've said this before & I will say it from the rooftops: PLEASE support LOCALLY owned business EVEN IF it costs a few dollars more (which, in this case - it didn't!) These are the people who live and work with all of us and it is so appreciated by me. Thank you for checking out my review."
"I had a hole in the side wall of my tire. After going to discount tire and deciding to find somewhere else I stumbled on this place. They guy attempted to patch the tire, per my request. When we found out that it wasn't an option I decided to buy a new tire... Talk about fast.. The whole process took less than 20 minutes. Decent pricing and no scamming.. Like!"
"So I had just bought some new rubber for Jezebel and she needed some rims. I called first and spoke with John who gave me some info but requested I go on to actually view what they had. So I drove by this past Saturday and John was there and promptly helped me out to find some beautiful rims to go with my car. They installed them super fast but professionally and they looked great. Plus they also bought my old rims so I didn't have to lug them around. Definitely recommend this place"
"Last week I decided to take a trip to California to check out some night markets. It's all part of my research for a night market project I'm working on in El Paso. On my way back, near Coachella, something pretty scary happened.I encountered a bunch of debris on the road that ended up puncturing my tire, causing my car to spin out. Luckily, it turned out to be just a flat tire, but it cost me around $500 to tow my car to the nearest tire store and get it replaced. But here's the thing: the week before I left, my husband insisted that I have my car checked out because it was making some weird rattling noises. Turns out, the engine mount had collapsed. On top of that, my shocks were shot and needed to be replaced. I'm so grateful that my husband pushed me to get those things fixed because if I had spun out with faulty shocks and a collapsed engine mount, things could have been a lot worse. When I got back to El Paso, the first thing I did was head over to JLN Auto to see Mark, the mechanic. Let me tell you, he's a gem. He took the time to really inspect my car and fix some issues that were causing metal-on-metal rubbing. I can't express how grateful I am to have found an honest mechanic like him. By the way, this is their slow season since most people are recovering from holiday spending. But you know what? It's actually the perfect time to get a maintenance check on your car. The mechanics have more time to really make sure everything is safe and sound. I know a lot of folks tend to drive to Ruidoso during this time, and with all the recent plane incidents, many are feeling hesitant about flying. So, if you're planning a road trip, I highly recommend paying a visit to JLN Auto. They're honest, and their prices are much more affordable compared to dealerships. For example, an oil change that would cost you around $105 at a dealership is only about $65 there. The prices for replacing my transmission mount and shocks were also very reasonable. It's such a relief to know that Mark is honest and took the time to explain everything to me. I can actually feel and see the difference when I drive my car now. Big shoutout to Mark at JLN Auto for the amazing service! I'm even trying to organize a seminar with him to teach people how to do maintenance checks and spot signs of car issues. Living in El Paso, with our dry desert climate, presents some unique challenges for car maintenance. For example, the serpentine belt is more prone to breaking due to the extreme hot and cold weather conditions. Mark also mentioned that during the rainy season, he sees lots of cars that have driven through flooded areas, sucking up water into their exhaust systems and causing damage. So, it's important for all of us, especially those in El Paso and the borderland, to be aware of the driving conditions and hazards we might face and to take proper care of our cars.Stay safe on the road, everyone! -TODOELPASO"

We started hearing a noise toward the rear of our 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. It was very loud and I was concerned that something was going to cause a breakdown. Husband thought from the start that it was a rock in the brakes. These guys got us right in to pull the wheel and found that it definitely was a rock! Would recommend this business.

Honest, friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and efficient. These guys bailed us out in a major way. We were driving from Los Angeles CA to Atlanta, GA, hauling instruments for an Academy Music Tour when we had a blowout that also did damage to our radiator lines and a couple other things. We were on the side of the road for a few hours when the tow truck arrived to tow us. Based on his recommendation he towed us here. After explaining our plight they agreed to stay a little past closing and take a look. They put on the spare and patched us up enough to get on the road and make our deadline. Words cannot express our gratitude in their help when we were in such a tough spot. There are still heroes in this world and you will find some of them here at Tinley-Tee Tire and Auto Service.

Went in to get estimate to repair battery connections. Manager called one of his employees, Mike, the expert. He wasn't kidding. Mike had extensive knowledge, put out ideas and answered all my questions. When they did the work, it looked better, yes better than brand new. Bunch of honest and knowledgeable professionals. Aces to locally owned shops!

It took more than two months to get my license plates due to having problems when vehicle was purchased at the dealership. An obnoxious, loud little person who advertises on TV this dealership, showed up in the middle of me getting information about my plates, and had to wait...I don't think this dealership needs this distractor in order to attract customers...unless trying to appeal people who like a circus atmosphere. Please, place this guy in his office and have a more professional individual promoting your business on the social media. Took my car for service, I was told to wait in the waiting area, that I would be notified when my car was ready. After a couple of hours, I asked about my car, and I was told that it had been ready about an hour ago! Totally NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!!!

"Great folks. Broke down on highway 30 miles outside of town. He stayed open late for me to tow my car in and did quick diagnostic of my radiator. Said he thought was just loose radiator cap that caused my issue. refilled my radiator and said keep driving home and to just watch Temperature. Made it home no problem. Kept me from spending night in town saving me money and time."
"I took my 2010 Mercedes E63 AMG in for an alignment and 4 new tire pressure sensors after having a horrible experience at big no tires trying to get the same work done in a pinch. They did a great job with my car and would definitely return for future business with them. The alignment tech that worked on my car was super knowledgeable and very informative."
"I wanted to believe they would take care of me. Instead I found out that they didn't replace a major part of my vehicle although they got paid by my warranty to do so. Do not trust these guys."
"Paul and Rene are awesome mechanics. They both have integrity and are honest. Having these qualities is very important to me.Their shop is conveniently located in central El Paso, in between Montana and Yandell along Highway 54 South. You can easily find them with their brightly colored flags. The shop is clean and well organized. This tells me they take great pride in their work. They both offer great customer service, have great attitudes, and are very knowledgeable about the vehicles they work on.I love that there an alarm security system and a fence around the property, in the event vehicles need to be kept overnight, the customer has peace of mind.Paul, Rene, thank you for always taking care of all my vehicles. I appreciate both of you."
"I can't say enough about the guys in this shop! We were traveling from Indiana on a 5 week trip across the country in our RV. When we got to El Paso our fuel pump went out and left us stranded in extreme heat with our 11 year old daughter and two dogs. We didn't know the area AT ALL and chose a tow service at random. Calling these guys was the BEST decision we made! Nate was more than helpful and even took my husband to secure a rental vehicle before towing our rig. He came back, had my daughter, dogs and I load up in his truck where it was cool, hooked up and off we went. They did all the repairs-because more than the fuel pump was wrong-and got us back on our vacation! It took a couple of days but the work was done right and done fair! First class operation!"
"I have used the service department for years, and they are excellent. My daughter just purchased her first vehicle from them. The process was very easy, with no pressure. They investigated multiple financing options, and located one with a better rate then their in-house financing. Prices are very competitive with dealers in the surrounding metro areas."
"Went there and got a used tire and they were cool and quick and simple. $26 and still driving on it awhile later."
"My car died in the middle of the night in Arizona. I was stuck and AAA said that they were coming but they never did. I got in contact with Badlands towing and they sent a flatbed tow truck to my location. Their driver, Keegan went above and beyond the call. My car is a new Tesla and Keegan was gentle, efficient and professional. When we arrived at the location he even gave me some suggestions about how to recharge the battery. Awesome company and I am using them again to tow the car to Tucson."
"Today I called Jason at the shop and told him my predicament. I was staying at a nearby campground and noticed two wires hanging out from under my car almost dragging on the ground. Since I was doing a long road trip from Missouri to California to go work, as a solo female traveler I was very concerned that if I didn't get this looked at, it could cause me serious problems later on on my trip. These guys are quick, honest, reliable and do not price gouge. This means a lot to me. Because very often mechanics try to take advantage of women, especially solo travelers who are from out of town. Both Jason and his dad were really nice. I highly recommend taking your car here. I have a sense of relief that I can now travel and not worry about my cables hanging down anymore. Thanks to these guys I can relax and enjoy the rest of my trip without worry. Support local businesses like this one. You won't be sorry."
"Cammie is a rock star! She took great care of us. She really knows her stuff. We were passing through Las Cruces and our starter went out late on a Friday afternoon. They had our van towed to the garage and they fit us in and had us back on the road in two hours. I would recommend them to anyone!"
"[I obtained service on 10/26/16.]Resler Automotive was one of the three AAA-approved auto repair facilities near my residence in El Paso. The labor cost of $85/hr was very affordable, and the posted oil change price of $26.95 was as well.I came for a Texas safety inspection ($18.95 at Resler) and the replacement of a faulty Electric Power Steering (EPS) fuse on my 2006 Chevy Malibu.Resler Automotive provided me with an efficient resolution of both of these needs, as they made sure to perform them in the order that would allow for the fastest turnaround of my vehicle. The EPS fuse is a unique 80 Amp fuse on the Malibu, and had the shop replaced the fuse before the safety inspection, they let me know that it would have prevented me from passing the safety inspection as the fuse replacement would have reset the car's memory.I brought my own fuse, purchased from Rudolph Chevrolet; and Resler Automotive spent 10 minutes of labor to replace it, charging me $8.50. The fuse replacement fixed my EPS issue, and it was fantastic to get my power steering system back.I also needed a replacement wiper blade, and the Resler Automotive technician provided me with the single blade that I needed, a Rain-X 20' Wiper Blade, for $9.95.The technicians were also all very friendly and willing to explain their assessment of how to best address my needs. Based on what I could observe of their work in my situation, they also seem to be very capable mechanics.Another long-time customer of Resler Automotive was in the lobby when I arrived, and he said that, in his experience, Resler represents the most honest and capable auto repair facility on El Paso's west side.I certainly had such a positive experience during my recent visit, and I look forward to the opportunity to continue to benefit from Resler Automotive's compassion and expertise for any of my auto repair needs in the future.Thank you to all the technicians at Resler Automotive. Please keep up the excellent work."
"Love this place, been coming here for years. You're in and out super quick and the workers are all friendly and great."
"This place is great!! Super friendly and very professional. The manager has been of great aid a few times and has educated me to make good decisions with our vehicles. (We have a Nissan Altima and GMC Sierra) Their only drawback is that they aren't cheap, and I think if anything this company has a business model similar to cell phone plans - give you a "freebie" but offset cost elsewhere in items you can't even understand what they are. But I guess they can't control that on their end being that is a company thing. (I'm an analyst/MBA and can disecar those invoices rather well) Anyway, being that they do actually deliver on their offer and educate those additional charges can be very well worth it. This is a great place and it's very clean too for those that wait."
"Great service in the parts/service department with scheduling with Dolores. She went above and beyond! Nice waiting room with coffee, tv and free wifi."
"Great Ford Dealership. I broke down just East of the New Mexican border. I had a tow truck take me to this Dealership after hours where we dropped off my car. They were the closest Dealership. The next morning I went to the Dealership and they were able to fit me in and diagnose the problem. My engine was blown. Fortunately there were 24 miles left on my warranty. Anyhow, great treatment by everyone here, including Ed is sales who took the time to personally get me to the Greyhound Station. Thank you Ed!"
"I was super happy with my purchase of this gti 2018 was a amazing experience the team worked well with me I would defiantly recommend this place they got me out of a horrible vehicle and in one that I always wanted now a little over a year I still love the vehicle and am grateful to be driving this awesomely fun car!"
"Ordered some front tires from them which went well and the man that was helping me over the phone was great. Although after I got my front tires put on, I went in their shop after I called in for an appointment and was looking to get my 2010 Mercedes E63 AMG aligned but was told they didn't have the equipment to align my car when I got thereI guess it's safe to order tires from them but not for a Mercedes alignment"
"Sadly this place is not what it was. Had an issue with a new car. Always had a good experience before it changed names. Now I would stay way the hell away. Gladly had it towed away from here. Communication is awful with these folks. They have not responded even using the Lincoln concierge trying to facilitate getting things done. They are a nightmare. Be warned, sadly I bought my car based on available dealers in Silver. I will likely not buy another ford or Lincoln cause we don't have a dealer that is reliable in silver for these vehicles . I am still waiting on a resolution from an issue in December. Lincoln Concierge still waiting to hear from Jeremiah! Wow these guys are not in the business of selling cars or honoring a warranty from said car. You have been warned!"
"Installed the tires on the wheel backwards when it says clearly outside and inside on the tire"
"Very helpful and flexible company when I blew a tire. I used our insurance roadside assistance and was assigned one of the only towing/tire companies that would drive the 70 miles to help me. I later discovered the dispatcher on the insurance end told Balmorhea that I needed gas. Thankfully Balmorhea came prepared for all issues and with a little creative use of various jacks, was able to get me back on the road later that night. So grateful that they are willing to drive such a far distance to get stranded motorists to safety."
"The guys at tire city were pretty cool. I appreciate how well they worked with but I was on a time crunch. I was told that it wouldn't take more then an hour and a half to get me in and out. An hour and a half came and went and NO ONE said anything as to what the hold was. I could've made arrangements to handle my business if that was the case. When I was addressed it was already after the fact. Another thing was that, when they took my old rims off they just mishandled my old tires to where they were all over the place and they just didn't handle them with care especially when you can see what they are doing. This was my first time there and I heard good things about them but professionalism goes a long way. (Martin Tire) ...and this would not be an ideal way to conduct business if you are not going to meet time lines or mishandle peoples property. I need my old rims and equipment so like don't let my stuff just fall around all over the place. If I were to ever come back here or you consider coming to this place, make sure you are not stressed for time. Chances are you might be late or going to miss it. Thanks guys"
"Good service! When they fixed mi exhaust pipe, it was quick and well done!No need to go anywhere else.TOTAL AUTO REPAIR is a good place to go."
"Bravo Chevrolet! Thank You!The Service Mgr., Mauro, took care of business in fixing my '03 Z06 stripped lug nut from a previous visit. I really appreciate how he and his Shop foreman listened to my concerns and handled it like the pros that they are.I'm a "Happy Camper" now and will be a return customer and will recommend Bravo Chevrolet to my friends and family."
