"I called several companies and this company was only one who had availability. I should have guessed why. Courteous lady but doesn't listen. I have tenants whose heater went out and two of three are super elderly. When I called in Monday they were able to get someone out on Tuesday between 8-12. No one called me when they were done. My tenants son had to message her to let me know they had left. So, I call and ask if they had finished and she said oh they are barely leaving...which was an hour earlier. But hmm ok. She said they need my email address so they can send quote. I told her I don't use my email address to please call me or I can hold to find out. Well guess what? No call and I wake up today to see an email was sent. I was just on hold 10 minutes and then it says missed called please leave a message. I call back and now they answer. She said yesterday the part was available. She has to call and see if it's available today. She can send guy out today if it is. Let's pray it is in stock today as it was yesterday. This the three star review. Had they actually called me every one would be happy today. This would also have been a five star review post. I hope she actually calls me back and let's me know the status of them finding the part and a time frame when they can go out today???? Jus Sayin"
"Please do not do business with this company. In 2022, this company improperly replaced my roof. I am now moving forward on action and please pay attention to the following:(1) Do not allow them to suggest they will meet with your adjuster. They do not have any bearing on your claim being approved although they will imply that. You pay your insurance, no them. Also, don't give them the adjuster settlement for them to claim work they will not or can not complete.(2) Do not let them immediately start on your house. Demand the contracts are completed and agreed first. In fact, get other estimates from other roofing companies. Make them detail their work or they will try to use it against you through intimidation.(3) Make sure you verify time line for the project, they will drag out work even if weather is not an issue.(4) Do not let them intimidate you on your claim. (5) Demand the number of people working on your project remain through completion.There is poor attention to work with this company, they used products with heavy fumes causing me headaches. The contact will not contact you or think you will forget the issue. They will try to stretch the scope of work, this is why a detailed personalized contract is important. They will try to scare you with the mention of a Mechanics Lien or Police Report. Don't fall for it, this company is bad news.Do not put yourself through the recovery process I now have to complete. And they do not honor warranty. I reported leaks to them during their process, they were stupid enough to use it as an excuse to how it was a fraudulent claim in my complaint process. Their evidence was during their roof replacement process just over a year ago. As I stated their work was poor and they tell on themselves."

I spoke with Diane on Friday she gave me the best customer service and dropped everything to send a technician to my daughters house in El Paso sweltering heat you depend on someone to be sympathetic when you're AC is not working Diaz Services

I have the most horrible experience withe them.Do not sign anything. Do not sign any paperwork, because then you will relay on them and they can lie to you many times. I made the mistake to sign for my roof, and then I called them but no answer, no call back. Not reliable, not professionals. I am so disappointing.

On 5232018 i called them for appointment they said they will return my call.and never did. Waited until the next day 5242018 and no call. I know they dont want small jobs any more like mine but a job is a job. Not even a curtesy call. It sad they start from the bottom and now they only want top jobs and forget where they started. They make it seem friendly on the commercial. Whats the number for the legos there is more chances they will return my call

"I recently requested an estimate on roof damage for my home; I was very quickly told that it would not be covered by insurance and that I would need to pay for the repairs myself. I searched for a roofer who can help and Trevino Roofing came out. He immediately spotted hail damage and said I need to file a claim with my insurance. He also offered to come over when the adjuster was there. Initially the insurance said it would not be covered; however, the person from the roofing company came and showed the adjuster the damage. The insurance agreed to pay for a new roof. I wish APEX had did the same thing instead of quickly telling me (within a few minutes) that I would have to pay for the damage myself."
"Rude, argumentative and very unprofessional when asked to come back and repair a still leaking roof. Do not use these people. They came over five times to repair the same leak. Finally got fed up and used another roofer who pinpointed the leak the first time and fixed it. I hope they are not still in business. I wish I could give them negative stars."
