"I called several companies and this company was only one who had availability. I should have guessed why. Courteous lady but doesn't listen. I have tenants whose heater went out and two of three are super elderly. When I called in Monday they were able to get someone out on Tuesday between 8-12. No one called me when they were done. My tenants son had to message her to let me know they had left. So, I call and ask if they had finished and she said oh they are barely leaving...which was an hour earlier. But hmm ok. She said they need my email address so they can send quote. I told her I don't use my email address to please call me or I can hold to find out. Well guess what? No call and I wake up today to see an email was sent. I was just on hold 10 minutes and then it says missed called please leave a message. I call back and now they answer. She said yesterday the part was available. She has to call and see if it's available today. She can send guy out today if it is. Let's pray it is in stock today as it was yesterday. This the three star review. Had they actually called me every one would be happy today. This would also have been a five star review post. I hope she actually calls me back and let's me know the status of them finding the part and a time frame when they can go out today???? Jus Sayin"

"We would not entrust any other team to replace the roof on our100+-year-old cabin than Bass Brothers Roofing.They came out, measured the old roof, and explained and recommended the best replacement.We did wait a few months for the roof to arrive, but that was to be expected as we ordered a metal roof, and it's delivery delay was due to the pandemic.Once it was delivered, the Bass Brothers did not delay, they got right to work. They removed and replaced the rotted boards, nails, and gutters.The entire job took them about one week, and they left the entire site clean.We love the end result. The roof looks amazing!"

Victor Saenz does an excellent job of communicating and staying in touch with clients. All estimates and work start on time as promised. The work was done quicker than I expected. The work and materials appear to be excellent quality.I hired Victory Construction to replace a roof, turbine, and repair a water damaged ceiling. Apparently they do a little of everything. The roof appears to be better than what it was when it was new. The ceiling was expertly repaired and one can't tell the ceiling was ever repaired. The ceiling came out better than what the way I was told it would come out. I work graveyards so I sleep during the day. The crew was very respectful of the fact that I am a day sleeper and they didn't make any unnecessary noise. They also took measures to protect my property. They covered anything they worked near to avoid damage I would highly recommend using Victory Construction, and I plan on using them again in the future."

Lone Star Mechanical Contractor

"Do Not, allow this contractor onto your property! They retrofitted my HVAC system. I bought a home, the seller bought a home warranty for me, American Home Shield (AHS). Condensed version...May 05, 2022 the A/C needed service, 1st company AHS hired doesn't work in my town. 2nd was Lone Star Mechanical (LSM). LSM came out May 17, 2022, condemned the entire system. AHS agreed and hired them to replace the furnace, evap coil, condensing unit and service disconnect. LSM and AHS were to coordinate the equipment purchase. Other's have mentioned out of pocket cost discrepancies with AHS the 'vendor' and the home owner. Same for me. Three different figures. It took them over 30 days to get the equipment to my house. LSM started the demo and installation June 25, 2022. LSM's work was so shoddy and dangerous I fired them. Today is July 08, 2022. The contractor I hired to fix LSM's mistakes is here now. They've documented (and fixed) numerous, dangerous code violations installed by LSM. Violations that had the potential to start a house fire or electrocute a service technician. I'm not happy. I feel it's my duty to report Lone Star Mechanical to the Texas and New Mexico licensing boards, get LSM shut down before they get someone killed. I'll ask LSM to reimburse me for my added expense!"

I searched for a roofer who can help and Trevino Roofing came out. He immediately spotted hail damage and said I need to file a claim with my insurance. He also offered to come over when the adjuster was there. Initially the insurance said it would not be covered; however, the person from the roofing company came and showed the adjuster the damage. The insurance agreed to pay for a new roof. I wish APEX had did the same thing instead of quickly telling me (within a few minutes) that I would have to pay for the damage myself."

"When it came time to choose a contractor for replacing my shingle roof, I was nervous since I've seen a lot of poor quality work around town. I went with ProGreen based on the reviews here and my initial contact with the owner, Art, for the free estimate left a good impression. I proceeded and mostly coordinated with Frank. Both these guys were a pleasure to deal with and always kept in close contact with me. If we scheduled a time to meet, they were always on time. When the actual roof work took place, the crew took only a day and a half for my 1,300 sq ft home. Cleanup was quick and thorough. Once the work was completed, Art personally stopped by and inspected the final work and took care of any refinements that were needed. I'll be using these guys again in the future and highly recommend."

"Please do not do business with this company. In 2022, this company improperly replaced my roof. I am now moving forward on action and please pay attention to the following:(1) Do not allow them to suggest they will meet with your adjuster. They do not have any bearing on your claim being approved although they will imply that. You pay your insurance, no them. Also, don't give them the adjuster settlement for them to claim work they will not or can not complete.(2) Do not let them immediately start on your house. Demand the contracts are completed and agreed first. In fact, get other estimates from other roofing companies. Make them detail their work or they will try to use it against you through intimidation.(3) Make sure you verify time line for the project, they will drag out work even if weather is not an issue.(4) Do not let them intimidate you on your claim. (5) Demand the number of people working on your project remain through completion.There is poor attention to work with this company, they used products with heavy fumes causing me headaches. The contact will not contact you or think you will forget the issue. They will try to stretch the scope of work, this is why a detailed personalized contract is important. They will try to scare you with the mention of a Mechanics Lien or Police Report. Don't fall for it, this company is bad news.Do not put yourself through the recovery process I now have to complete. And they do not honor warranty. I reported leaks to them during their process, they were stupid enough to use it as an excuse to how it was a fraudulent claim in my complaint process. Their evidence was during their roof replacement process just over a year ago. As I stated their work was poor and they tell on themselves."

I was called within the hour and my appointment was scheduled. Before the appointment, Jayson called ahead to tell me his name and what he would be driving so that I would know it was him. He showed up 15 minutes early. This is amazing considering most people show up late. He was kind, polite and courteous. Because my roof was over 20 years old, I assumed my roof would not be covered by my insurance and I would have to pay for the whole thing. He walked me through the steps of filing a claim with my insurance and even met with the adjuster to survey the roof and make sure all the damage and code violations were noted. They actually convinced them to cover the cost! All I had to pay was my deductible. The roofers were all friendly, fast and efficient. They took their time making sure all roofing debris and nails were picked up. I couldn't be happier and the roof looks great. "5-13-22 ***UPDATE*** HG CONTRACTORS HECTOR ADAME and painter, moved the fridge to paint behind it, but not the stove or the rolling cart? Not even a whole coat of paint! Hector said it's not customary to move anything in the kitchen. But he moved the fridge, and is it not customary to Paint the entire kitchen without seeing the background color? What a joke! This has been an ongoing complaint since January of 2020. BE AWARE of what you're getting done on your roof as well. He didn't even put wood on a portion of the roof, he deliberately covered a large area without wood with only shingles, and with the rains, we had last year I have so much damage to my home and my patio, more so, the main wood and beams!! Look at the new pictures!! You will see where the water has come through the hole that he left on the roof and how my patio ceiling is coming down. Water seeped into the beam and soffit and rotted the wood there as well! They are beyond horrible! Make sure if you use them, you get a final inspection when they are done, because he did not do that on my home. I've called the City and the Final Inspection was never filed!! If I could give a ZERO RATING I WOULD.I'm a single parent and female, and I believe he took advantage of me. I first contacted Hector with HG Roofing Division in March of 2019 and signed the contract in October 2019. He finally started the roofing job in January of 2020. To this day, in April of 2022, he has not completed our contract. I chose a hunter green roof with matching gutters that he said he could do. He spray painted my gutters and left overspray on the wall of my home, and he will not repair it. Hector said he would drop off the paint for the facia that he also didn't complete it because it would cost him labor that I already paid for! He also failed to replace the wood in the porch area, and now the wood has rotted and the roof is already placed. In the pictures, you will see he used spray paint because it's not even, and the overspray to the wall. He was supposed to fix the skylight in the kitchen and paint the kitchen because they rushed the job, he painted on top of wet caulking, causing the paint to crack and bubble and missed behind the cabinets and spots throughout the kitchen. I met and pointed out to Hector his shady work, but he will not come back to fix it. My home is only 1900 sq ft, so it's pretty small for him not to finish it. It's been two years and he has not completed his part of the contract. It is the worst job I've ever seen from a professional. He is so disappointing, there is so much more to this but too lengthy to continue. Don't waste your time look for someone better!"
